• The room looked nice. The bed was comfortable.
• The restaurant was way over-priced. The staff did not do their job.

“The hotel is very hard to find, just off the freeway ramp, poorly lit, and inadequately signed. Our toilet was not working properly and nearly flooded our first night there. It did flood the next morning. We had to use all of our towels except one just to prevent the water from running of the tile on to the carpet. We reported the problem at the front desk. Two men there assured us it would be cared for immediately. We left for the day. When we returned for our second night, the toilet still would not flush properly, forcing us to use the toilet down the hall. And it did not appear that the floor had be properly cleaned and sanitized. We have stayed in better maintained cheap hotels and motels. This is not the quality of hotel we paid for. Despite it all, we entertained the thought of having Easter brunch at the hotel. But when we learned that the price was $60 / person, we thought better of it, deciding to cut our losses. This was definitely our worst experience.”

• It was great for the price. I never thought I could book the Hyatt for 50.00 a night!
• You had to pay for wireless internet. You think if your staying at a 5 star hotel it would come standard.

• Some very minor updates - overall very, very nice!

• Pool water cold. Hot tub not working. Pool, sauna etc hard to find.

• Excellent room and location adequate parking.
• Shower was erratic. Water continuously turned from Hot to Cold

“This was a Handicap room. There was no horizontal services to place one's toiletries. Even Handicap persons need a surface for their toiletries. The total did bring us a small table to use. Except for this issue and the erratic performance of the shower, it would have been a 100 across the board.”

• Nice swimming pool, mostly friendly staff, interesting layout, good soaps and shampoos.
• Old furnishings, internet charge, noisy (during evening wedding), poor restaurant service.

“Mostly my stay here was comfortable, but there were a few notable exceptions. One, our room faced the courtyard of the hotel, and there was a very loud wedding during the evening. Two, the furnishings were outdated. Three, there was no free internet. Four, the restaurant was understaffed for breakfast. Most of the staff was very friendly, but a few were just plain rude.”

• The beds were luxurious.
• Internet access.

“While the hotel and the rooms were beautiful, it was important to have access to the internet for communication. They had a business plan room with only one computer, for which you had to have a special card for access. There is normally a $20 charge to use the computer (how outrageous is that!) which they did waive, but there was never any paper in the printer.”

• Cleanliness and friendliness of staff.
• AC unit is centrally controlled, therefore, our room with ice cold and we had no control.

“The hotel was nice overall, but no one informed us of the centrally controlled AC. When we went into the room, we turned on the AC and set it to 73 degrees and on auto. We had our 9 month old daughter sleeping in a crib with no blanket. When we awoke the next morning, the room was at 63 degrees and our daughter was freezing. I complained about this and the staff was as helpful and apologetic as possible given the situation.”

• Parking could be a problem.

“We were looking for a hotel close to Sesame Place at a reasonable price. This is only 15 minutes away from the park. It has a very nice 3 floor-high lobby, an extremely friendly staff, large well-decorated rooms, good-size baths. The kids had lots of fun in the indoor pool, and we liked that it's right adjacent to an outdoor patio and whirlpool. We didn't try the restaurant, although it was tempting. Plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes drive. The only negative was the parking: although there was a big parking lot, we still had some trouble finding a spot late at night. Will definitely go back.”

• The food was amazing, best sea bass I have ever had.
• Noisy kids running around the hotel at night, soccer kids.

“The staff was great. I ate at the restaurant and had the best service I have had in a hotel in awhile from Jeff, very nice young man. Gave me a heads up on my travels to Trenton where to park and where not to park. The staff was very nice, housekeeping was ok, took an hour to get extra towels but they were packed.”

• Their clothes cleaning vendor needs to be replaced.

“I sent several items to be cleaned/pressed. They came back wrinkled, unacceptable. The hotel staff was very nice and removed a portion of the charges. Other than that, my stay was flawless.”

“The Princeton Hyatt was conveniently located on rte 1. A 10 minute ride to the downtown area of Princeton. Very clean with comfortable bed, sitting room and balcony.”

• Beautiful accommodations great lobby! Friendly staff convenient location.
• The cost of food was astronomical - the most expensive hotel food I have ever seen! $16 for a hamburger and $16 for eggs!

• The rooms were large, clean and comfortable.
• The gift shop was not open early in the morning.

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean, the rooms large and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Downsides: the on site restaurant was expensive, and the extra charges to use the business center and internet access. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.”

• Housekeeping was incredible. They never bothered me to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. .They just appeared when I left the room.
• I can think of nothing.

“This was the most wonderful experience that I have ever had with a hotel. While not the most beautiful it was certainly well placed and probably had the most efficient personnel I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The bedding was out of this world. So much so that I am ordering a setup for my home. Again the Hyatt comes out on top for me (the last stay was in Acapulco).”

• I loved looking down from the fourth floor into the very impressive lobby.
• Only that the room was at an angle and when I came out of the bathroom in the middle of the night I walked into the wall. I had not been drinking!

“The room was clean and spacious. I wish we had had time to use the pool which looked great and the exercise room. The lobby was leveled and very attractive. When we arrived on Saturday night there was a wedding reception and I enjoyed seeing the guests milling about.”

• Music playing in atrium audible while trying to sleep; cleaning too early.

“The constant calliope / piano music from the atrium interferes with sleeping so much that I called the front desk to ask them to stop it (which they did). At around 8 am, the cleaning staff started and I awoke again to buckets clanging, doors slamming, etc. If they could cut the music, make the doors close slower and clean from noon to 4, this would greatly improve one's stay here.”

• Poor cable selection. Floor of room sloped. Bathroom tile is dirty with grout.

• The hotel was nicely designed and very comfortable.
• Had to walk through the lobby to get to the pool.

• The aromas of spaces and soaps/lotions. Gym, business office, pool, and open spaces were wonderful.
• Showerhead needs an incorporated "handheld." TV remote not nimble enough.

“The hotel staff was impeccably dressed, cheerful, cordial, and highly competent. The open spaces of the hotel were beautifully colored and designed. The aromas and music in the hotel spaces were aesthetically pleasing to the senses without being overbearing. Landscaping and interior design were clean, aesthetic, well-balanced, and beautifully subtle with regard to color, texture, aroma, and lighting. Access was easy to an ergonomically designed fitness area, pool, and office/computer room.”

• The rooms were decorated very trendy and up to date. Along with being very clean.
• We called ahead for a king size bed and when arrived told there were no available.

“We absolutely loved the hotel all around. It was perfect. The one problem was we had called a week ahead for king size beds in both rooms and were told they we be held, but when we arrived only one of the rooms got a king size bed.”

• The hotel was conveniently located to our daughter's school, Princeton. We loved relaxing in the very spacious pool and hot tub after a long day.
• At first the turn off from Rte. 1 is hard to see but then we used the more convenient side entrance.

“I definitely would stay there again. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff courteous and the location very convenient to our daughter's school. The only drawback that I saw was that the food was very pricey, especially the breakfast.”

• We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Good food, service and value.
• Our first room had not been cleaned! Dirty towels and sheets'ugh!! They moved us immediately.

“This is an attractive hotel in a good location, but nothing really stands out. They definitely seem to cater more to business travelers.”

• Charge for wireless Internet and adapter. $20 for Internet service is horrible

“Plenty to do for a family, but the rooms are very boring and wireless Internet access will cost you $10 per night. If you do not have a wireless capabilities on your laptop you will pay $10 more to rent an adapter from the hotel. The rooms are not cozy at all and are boring. ”

• We were offered a king bed and got up to our room and had two double beds.

“Although the hotel is pretty and has many amenities, our air conditioning would not shut off, so the room was ten degrees or more colder than it was set for and very loud. Our lamp switch was broken and we had to fix it, so it would turn on and off. The menu prices were very high and there was not a continental breakfast. The location was difficult to find.”
