- Great location to Princeton University.
- Terrible restaurant atmosphere as well as the bar/lounge.
“The hotel is excellent. The restaurant is on the lower level and you sit in an open area with other groups having private affairs wandering around. I didn't even bother to look at the menu as there was no way I was going to sit in this "open-air bullpen" and try to have a relaxing meal.”

- The small wet bar-like sink and refrigerator.
- Housekeeping staff does not know how to make a bed so that the bottom linens stay tucked in.
“This hotel needs to go much further green that it has. It needs to plant about 500 trees and put solar energy panels on its roof. I has a large parking area with grass areas that would easily accommodate 500 trees. If hotels like Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton don't do this, there is no lead to follow.”

- Staff was excellent.
- Parking is horrible.
“Of the 3 hotels I stayed at during the week (Hilton Garden Philly/Hyatt Regency Princeton/Marriot downtown) The Hilton was by far the best for the money. The gymnasium and lobby wasn't as nice as the Marriot. The beds were very comfortable.”

- All employees were courteous and helpful, going out of way to make our stay comfortable.
- No complaints.
“My siblings and I were attending a funeral in town, and the hotel staff made sure we were comfortable, accommodating our need for a late checkout due to the timing of the funeral. We greatly appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help us.”

- The comfort of the rooms and the hotel is clean and well maintained.

“This hotel is a great three star hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are excellent. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. It probably deserves a 3.5 star rating relative to the other 3 star properties I have stayed at in the same area. I would gladly stay here again.”

- The fitness area was great and the common areas were beautiful.
- There was no mini-fridge or microwave in my room and the wireless internet was an extra fee.
“The hotel is easily accessible with ample parking. The entrance is wide and spacious and the check-in staff was polite and helpful. The common areas feature a soaring atrium and koi pond which are dramatic and beautiful. The prices for breakfast are exorbitant and the overall quality and portions of the meal were disappointing. A simple breakfast of coffee, juice and pancakes ran me $30. The room was clean and comfortable, but lacked a small mini-fridge and microwave for snacks. The staff was helpful and responsive every time I spoke to them and make me feel quite welcome. The fitness center was well equipment with a variety of machines and was absolutely spotless. The pool and Jacuzzi were sparkling.”

- The style and layout of the hotel was nice and my room was very nice.
- I did not like the fitness room several machines did not work properly and they should offer free WiFi.
“Overall the hotel was very nice. They promote the hotel as being great for business travelers, but I felt that most of the services that business travelers need such as WiFi, faxing, scanning etc. were only accessible through expensive fees. You basically pay 9.99$ a day for internet and their business center is run by an outside company so everything you do in their requires a credit card. I used the fitness center, it was very small and a at least 2 machines did not work properly. The pool area was very nice and the hotel was designed nicely. My room was also very nice.”

“Very nice hotel, pleasant to the eye and good size pool that wasn't too busy. Room was nice and not too small. Only bad point was that we dined for lunch in the restaurant. It was almost empty yet the service was very slow, not good at all. Next day went to breakfast at hotel. Was very badly organized. Terrible service with people queuing everywhere unhappy. I would definitely recommend this hotel just don't use their restaurant.”

“Coarse and bulky. Heavy bed linen was downright, unpleasant. Some room views are lovely, others are less attractive and somewhat dark. Bathroom lighting is useless for applying makeup as at most hotels.”

- The rooms were very spacious and very well equipped.
- I did not like the fact that the hotel charged for internet access.
“All around the hotel was pretty darn great. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but on the inside it's great. The lobby looks fantastic, as well as the hallways and elevators leading to the rooms. I only dined in the restaurant for dessert but it was excellent and fairly priced, although a little bit on the high side. Rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Rooms were very clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly and attended to our requests in a very timely manner. They even lent us a small refrigerator at no extra cost, which was surprising. The only down side I found to this hotel, although it was a big one to me, was the fact that they charged for internet access. I brought my laptop along expecting free internet access and was extremely disappointed. I have been in hotels of lower quality then this and have gotten free internet access.”

- Room service food was good and delivered promptly; pillows and bedding were very nice.
- Hotel key didn't work (3 times!). Hook was broken in bathroom, food was very expensive.
“For a three star hotel and the price, this was excellent. The food is good but overpriced, and there are no other readily available options. When I arrived, the hook was broken on the bathroom door with the hardware hanging down, no glasses in the bathroom, room keys didn't work. But the room was fine, the room service was prompt, the wireless connection went through with no problem.”

- I didn't feel comfortable all through the stay.
“One of the girls in the reception desk didn't smile at all. The room smelled awfully so I instantly insisted to change the room, but she blame the former user and she had nothing to do with it, and there was no other room (it was 3:10 pm). I asked a couple of times again, and then she gave me the wheelchair room. I had no other way to accept it. It has huge bathroom and other space was so small, no hair dryer and no make-up table in the bathroom.”

“We rented 2 rooms (4 totals in party). Temperature of water in shower of Handicap Room (first floor, Room 111) was not consistent. Also, room was not well furnished with shampoo, etc. Would have preferred to have a counter with sink in handicap room. Our other room (#141) was great! Front desk staff was great!”

- Outdoor hot tub was closed.
“I spent the weekend visiting my daughter who in college in Princeton, NJ. The location is perfect, close to all shopping and restaurants. Easy access to Rt 1, less than 5 minutes to I-295 and I-95. A+ staff, customer service, friendliness. Gorgeous pool and hot tub facility. Very nice fitness center with dry sauna. Gorgeous lobby and restaurant. Nice shop in lobby for gifts or personal items. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Bedding A+. Desk provided was perfect for work. Wi-Fi available for a fee. This hotel also was absolutely perfect in accommodating my special needs requests. Would certainly look forward to staying again at this hotel.”

- The restaurant was way over-priced. The staff did not do their job.
“The hotel is very hard to find, just off the freeway ramp, poorly lit, and inadequately signed. Our toilet was not working properly and nearly flooded our first night there. It did flood the next morning. We had to use all of our towels except one just to prevent the water from running of the tile on to the carpet. We reported the problem at the front desk. Two men there assured us it would be cared for immediately. We left for the day. When we returned for our second night, the toilet still would not flush properly, forcing us to use the toilet down the hall. And it did not appear that the floor had be properly cleaned and sanitized. We have stayed in better maintained cheap hotels and motels. This is not the quality of hotel we paid for. Despite it all, we entertained the thought of having Easter brunch at the hotel. But when we learned that the price was $60 / person, we thought better of it, deciding to cut our losses. This was definitely our worst experience.”

- It was great for the price. I never thought I could book the Hyatt for 50.00 a night!
- You had to pay for wireless internet. You think if your staying at a 5 star hotel it would come standard.

- Some very minor updates - overall very, very nice!

- Very clean, spacious, & comfortable. VERY friendly staff.
- Pool water cold. Hot tub not working. Pool, sauna etc hard to find.

- Excellent room and location adequate parking.
- Shower was erratic. Water continuously turned from Hot to Cold
“This was a Handicap room. There was no horizontal services to place one's toiletries. Even Handicap persons need a surface for their toiletries. The total did bring us a small table to use. Except for this issue and the erratic performance of the shower, it would have been a 100 across the board.”
