• easy to find, pool design was great for young kids,
• only one entrance, wedding parties are allowed to take over entire facility all day and night!

“This hotel was OK overall. The pool was so great definitly best feature! There is really only one way to get in and that is very dificult when you have a lot of luggage or when the wedding party that is there blocks the entire doorway and won't move so you can get in the door. As you are standing outside waiting for the mob to move aside take a deep breath because you are in for a rough night as they party to Micheal Jacksons Beat it at 4am! Then don't think you can use your bathroom sink because people cut the tags off the hyatt towels and stuff them down the sink clogging it so they can steal them! Then they will ask you to move all of your belongings into another room that hasn't been cleaned first, and just wait for the maid to come. But wait, when she comes she will be so nice, but I hope that you can speak spanish because NONE I mean none of the cleaning staff speaks english. Which is also nice when every morning your there she knocks at the door before 8:00am trying to clean the bed your sleeping in! I think i forgot to mention that there is no AC in the rooms either, hope you like it warm!”

• I loved the location being so close to Princeton and the modern state of the facility.
• Charging for internet service.

“My wife and I visited our son at Princetom U on Apirl 9/10. We were very lucky to have found the Hyatt as the location, rooms, service and helpful staff was all, very excellent. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.”

• The quality of people that stay there is above the standard for a populated city like Princeton.
• My room did not have a fridge or a microwave in it.

“The hotel is very nice for the any kind of traveler. It is well located and has a lot of restaurants and clubs nearby, had a blast. recommend- hooters, and cheese steak with cheese wiz find a hole in the wall joint they make the best.”

• Staff was helpful. Beds very comfortable. Nice LCD TV.
• Internet fees outrageous. Hotel restaurant very expensive.

“Sleeping room was very comfortable. Difficult to control room temperature. Rooms were very hot, even with heater off. Bathrooms clean but a bit dated. Internet was $9.95/day or $5.95 for 15 minutes in Business Center. Could not print directions without paying fee. Breakfast in restaurant was very expensive (1 person buffet + coffee for 2nd person was over $30). Staff was very nice. Hotel conveniently located for Princeton University visits. Very well equipped workout room.”

• The brunch was outrageously expensive without a pricetag in view.

“This hotel was a good quick place to stay if you are visiting Princeton. There was a group of loud cheerleaders who were screaming and running around the hotel the entire evening. Must be a tolerant traveler.”

I'm not a complainer, but early Sunday morning I carried my luggage out to my car and stopped at the front desk along the way --- I asked what the check-out time was and was told that it was "Noon." I left several personal things in my room (a pie that I had baked for my friends, a newspaper, magazine, phone charger, notebook, etc.). I make a weekly Sunday phone call to my mother on the west coast and was planning on doing so from the comfort of my room. I ate breakfast right there at the hotel buffet and returned to my first-floor room at around 9:30AM to make my phone call only to find that all my belongings were gone. A friend successfully retrieved the phone charger from the cleaning staff but was told that that was all that was there (a blatant lie). I was very disappointed and upset Why are rooms cleaned at all prior to check-out? Especially since it was clear to anyone that I had not checked out, and it was also substantially before the time I needed to check out anyway. I called room service with my complaint but received no response. There are numerous nice hotels around that area of Princeton. Next time I'll try one of the other ones. I'm sorry. ”

• It was great place to stay in Princeton. It isn't too far from Princeton University.
  
• Everything costs. WiFi costs.
  Business center costs.

“It was worth staying at this Hyatt, it is conveniently located. Only negative of this hotel is everything else cost money, WiFi to business center, but if you are just there for vacation and wouldn't mind those things, it is excellent overall.

• Comfort.
• Restaurant extremely overpriced, location not convenient to other rest or shopping.

“Comfortable & all appeared very clean, except carpet in room very dirty, could not slip off shoes because of this. Hard to relax, every time the AC
turned
off & on, it sounded like a door slamming. Restaurant prices are way out of range for the business traveler.”

• Great location to Princeton University.
• Terrible restaurant atmosphere as well as the bar/lounge.

“The hotel is excellent. The restaurant is on the lower level and you sit in an open area with other groups having private affairs wandering around. I didn't even bother to look at the menu as there was no way I was going to sit in this "open-air bullpen" and try to have a relaxing meal.”

• The small wet bar-like sink and refrigerator.
• Housekeeping staff does not know how to make a bed so that the bottom linens stay tucked in.

“This hotel needs to go much further green that it has. It needs to plant about 500 trees and put solar energy panels on its roof. I has a large parking area with grass areas that would easily accommodate 500 trees. If hotels like Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton don't do this, there is no lead to follow.”

• Parking is horrible.

“Of the 3 hotels I stayed at during the week (Hilton Garden Philly/Hyatt Regency Princeton/Marriot downtown) The Hilton was by far the best for the money. The gymnasium and lobby wasn't as nice as the Marriot. The beds were very comfortable.”

“My siblings and I were attending a funeral in town, and the hotel staff made sure we were comfortable, accommodating our need for a late checkout due to the timing of the funeral. We greatly appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help us.”

• The comfort of the rooms and the hotel is clean and well maintained.
• Food is a little pricy.

“This hotel is a great three star hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are excellent. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. It probably deserves a 3.5 star rating relative to the other 3 star properties I have stayed at in the same area. I would gladly stay here again.”

• The fitness area was great and the common areas were beautiful.
• There was no mini-fridge or microwave in my room and the wireless internet was an extra fee.

“The hotel is easily accessible with ample parking. The entrance is wide and spacious and the check-in staff was polite and helpful. The common areas feature a soaring atrium and koi pond which are dramatic and beautiful. The prices for breakfast are exorbitant and the overall quality and portions of the meal were disappointing. A simple breakfast of coffee, juice and pancakes ran me $30. The room was clean and comfortable, but lacked a small mini-fridge and microwave for snacks. The staff was helpful and responsive every time I spoke to them and make me feel quite welcome. The fitness center was well equipment with a variety of machines and was absolutely spotless. The pool and Jacuzzi were sparkling.”

• The style and layout of the hotel was nice and my room was very nice.
• I did not like the fitness room several machines did not work properly and they should offer free WiFi.

“Overall the hotel was very nice. They promote the hotel as being great for business travelers, but I felt that most of the services that business travelers need such as WiFi, faxing, scanning etc. were only accessible through expensive fees. You basically pay 9.99$ a day for internet and their business center is run by an outside company so everything you do in their requires a credit card. I used the fitness center, it was very small and a at least 2 machines did not work properly. The pool area was very nice and the hotel was designed nicely. My room was also very nice.”

• It is convenient to major roads but far enough away to be secluded.
• Needs to be updated, especially the bathroom tiles.

“Fine for overnight stays (business or leisure). Needs some updating of tiles, carpeting, etc. Linens were wonderful, bed was comfortable.”

“Very nice hotel, pleasant to the eye and good size pool that wasn't too busy. Room was nice and not too small. Only bad point was that we dined for lunch in the restaurant. It was almost empty yet the service was very slow, not good at all. Next day went to breakfast at hotel. Was very badly organized. Terrible service with people queuing everywhere unhappy. I would definitely recommend this hotel just don't use their restaurant.”

• Sounds of fountains in lower level.
• Bed linen.

“Coarse and bulky. Heavy bed linen was downright, unpleasant. Some room views are lovely, others are less attractive and somewhat dark. Bathroom lighting is useless for applying makeup as at most hotels.”
