• Breakfast, pool, 42-inch TV, suite setup.
• The name changed to Hyatt place 10 days earlier.

“This hotel is very close to Sesame place and is very family friendly. They provided us with two cribs, and the breakfast was fantastic. A 42-inch flat screen TV and indoor pool made my three kids under five happy!”

• Absolutely a beautiful hotel, inside and out.
• Nothing.

“Beautiful hotel, 3 1/2 star minimum. Management was very helpful and considerate. Worth every dollar.”

• Nicely appointed, spacious, actual suite, breakfast.
• No shower cap.

• The bed was absolutely horrible. I woke up with a severe backache.

“The location is fine, however many items detract from the experience. The bed was excruciatingly painful. The TV was horrible. No shampoo or conditioner was supplied.”

• Staff was friendly.
• The entire hotel was filthy, they need to be firmer with housekeeping.

“This hotel was very dirty. The hallway on our floor had papers and spilled liquids all over the floor for the entire three days we were there. There were fingerprint smudges all over the room, and toiletries from the previous visitors were left in the bathroom. The pool was so cloudy and dirty you couldn't see your feet in three feet of water. We politely let the front desk know about the room and the hallway being overlooked for three days, but the next day nothing had been done. We traveled with 2 small children and were bothered letting them touch things in the room, it was horrible. We checked out early. ”

“Do to an unforeseen problem we needed to stay in the area a second night. The General manager said they were booked up for the weekend and had no rooms. Plus they would have had to charge us more.”
