“I am a Marriott customer and am jumping hotel loyalty to 'Hyatt Place'. It's different front he traditional design & color layout. Some services are still same: Free Internet Desktops are avail, Free Breakfast in morning, but observed parents with infants or kids younger than toddlers were difficult to feed because there is no 'booth-like' seating avail for families in the tight dining area designed for single chair seating adults at or near the Bar..” Dec 24, 2008 by
Rohan from Jacksonville,FL
“Amazing hotel, awesome location. Right next to the mall. You can shop, eat, watch movies right there. Very near to Princeton Junction which connect you to NY. This is the best location. Hotel was very clean, very friendly staff and everything was excellent.” Oct 15, 2008 by

“Large room, great TV, Sep 12, 2008 by

“Rooms are huge and well suited to family or business travelers. The desk staff was first class, and beyond professional. They were friendly and committed to helpfulness and putting the customer at ease and at home. The proximity to the town of Princeton and shopping options is great and the complimentary continental breakfast was much better than the competition. I would return again.” Aug 26, 2008 by
Daniel from Landisville, PA
“Clean, roomy and accommodating. Great continental breakfast, many varieties to choose from. Big Screen TV, refrigerator and safe in room.” Aug 26, 2008 by
Laura from Arlington, VA
“My boyfriend and I were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It greatly exceeded our expectations for a 2.5 star hotel. The room was extremely spacious with very nice furnishings. We had never stayed in this chain before, and we were so impressed with the public areas of the hotel-- very large, really nice facilities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.” Aug 19, 2008 by
Dalia from Lawrence, MA
“I was overall pleased with the staff, appearance and cleanliness of this hotel. I would have been even happier if hotel was in an easier access location, Rt. 1 has a barrier and makes it a little difficult to get on/off to hotel. U-turns are always required and not that accessible.” Aug 14, 2008 by
Jane from Washington, ME
“Very pleased with the accommodations. Everything was ship shape and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Great stay!” Jul 30, 2008 by
Rob from Bryan, TX
“The staff is better than any 2.5 star hotel I have ever visited.” Jul 24, 2008 by
Victoria from Codorus, PA
“The hotel was located among several restaurants and shopping places. It was also right in the middle of all the places we needed to go.” Jul 14, 2008 by
Krishna from Houston, TX
“It is a fantastic hotel.” May 10, 2008 by
James from East Brunswick, NJ
“Positives, very nice, clean room perfect to get away from everything, beds were comfortable, plasma screen TV was a nice plus, location was great, near several fantastic restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and accommodating, newspaper in the a.m. was nice. Negatives, king size bed we requested was not available. We received 2 full size which wasn't exactly convenient since I was there the night with my girlfriend also we were not notified of this, Overall, would recommend this hotel to friends and family, worth the price, however notification of king size bed not being available would have been nice, otherwise we had a very nice stay” Apr 24, 2008 by
Paula from Bear, DE
“The location is great but the rooms are really for business people traveling.” Mar 17, 2008 by
Zhen D. from Kanata, ON CA
“This hotel provides very clean room, LCD TV, section couch, great service.” Mar 17, 2008 by
Iman from Clifton Park, NY
“Very good value for the $. Only downside I stayed while they were 1 week from official opening of the place, so there is still some small construction going here & there. Like wireless Internet is not working yet, exercise room still need some work. Other wise rooms were very nice with a 42 screen TV and a nice sofa. Also they offer free breakfast.” Feb 21, 2008 by
Latoya from Newport News, VA
“This hotel is great and I always stay here. The staff is very nice and they provide great service. The front desk people are wonderful.” Jan 28, 2008 by
Whitley from Hoffman Estates, IL
“This hotel is hard to find, under construction & noisy. The rooms are poorly laid out with the bathtub against a cold outside wall, and the elevators are slow and make screeching noises. The heater is noisy and right by the bed. The lock on the outside door by the pool entrance was intentionally taped up so that it wouldn't lock so anyone could enter at any time. The only food close is the bland macaroni grill or the even worse mall food court. This is the saddest Hyatt I have ever been in, bar none. I've stayed in better Knight's Inns. They should close down until they finish construction.” Jan 3, 2008 by
Marion from Washington, DC
“The hotel is currently under construction and we had to go the back to get in. Our room was ready when we arrived but the heat was inoperable. The staff moved us after 2 phone calls. It's near an upscale shopping area with plenty of restaurants in walking distance.” Nov 5, 2007 by
Tina from Media, PA
“The hotel was very clean, well decorated, new looking, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The continental breakfast was very large and the amenities where very nice. The internet access however was a disappointment. Although the staff worked very hard to get my computer, which will connect to any Wi-Fi server, to connect to their Wi-Fi, they couldnt actually figure it out. So I couldnt do what I actually went to the hotel to do, research and write in peace.” Oct 17, 2007 by
Daniel from Homewood, IL
“This hotel exceeded my expectations in every facet. However, I will never fly united again if I can avoid it.” Sep 25, 2007 by
Paula from Bear, DE
“This hotel was very nice and accommodating and mall walking distance and also food places walking distance.” Sep 12, 2007 by
Linda from Princeton Junction, NJ
“Very nice hotel. Somewhat hard to find off of major highway, but excellent location otherwise. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommend it.” Sep 6, 2007 by
Robin from Walnut, CA
“This hotel is very convenient to the Trenton/Princeton area. For a moderate price the facilities were great. A microwave oven would have been a great addition to the room. Next time, please do not give us a room next to the outside door. The noise was terrible!” Sep 5, 2007 by
Hunho from Sterling, VA
“It's good hotel for family but not for romance.” Aug 4, 2007 by
Elizabeth from Hilton, NY
“This hotel is very close to Sesame place and is very family friendly. They provided us with two cribs, and the breakfast was fantastic. A 42-inch flat screen TV and indoor pool made my three kids under five happy!” Aug 1, 2007 by
Rich from Lake Grove, NY
“Beautiful hotel, 3 1/2 star minimum. Management was very helpful and considerate. Worth every dollar.” Jul 23, 2007 by
Kerri from Pine Forge, PA
“Appears to be renovating, but had a classy feel to it.” Oct 30, 2006 by
Paresh from Morristown, NJ
“The location is fine, however many items detract from the experience. The bed was excruciatingly painful. The TV was horrible. No shampoo or conditioner was supplied.” Sep 10, 2006 by
Kris from Rochester, NY
“This hotel was very dirty. The hallway on our floor had papers and spilled liquids all over the floor for the entire three days we were there. There were fingerprint smudges all over the room, and toiletries from the previous visitors were left in the bathroom. The pool was so cloudy and dirty you couldn't see your feet in three feet of water. We politely let the front desk know about the room and the hallway being overlooked for three days, but the next day nothing had been done. We traveled with 2 small children and were bothered letting them touch things in the room, it was horrible. We checked out early. ” Sep 20, 2004 by
Benjamin E. from Waldorf, MD “Do to an unforeseen problem we needed to stay in the area a second night. The General manager said they were booked up for the weekend and had no rooms. Plus they would have had to charge us more.” Sep 16, 2004 by
“It's only downfall - no computer for guests to use.”
