• The outside yard/picnic area was nice.
• The maids didn't speak english, no microwaves avail. for rooms.

• Staff extremely accommodating, excellent location and
  very comfortable.

• Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating.
• Wish rooms had own microwave in them.

“Clean, modern, well maintained throughout. Attention to detail by housekeeping staff. I am repeat visitor to hotel, and will stay again on next trip to area.”

• Friendly staff and nicely decorated.
• The bathroom smelled like it was cleaned with dirty water, even after aired out.

“Overall, the hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and the rooms and lobby were nicely decorated. The only problem was that the bathroom had a strong odor. It smelled like they cleaned the bathroom with dirty water. I did mention it to the woman at the front desk; however she did not seem to care.”

• Breakfast buffet.
• Waiting 2 hours for crib delivery.

“The staff seemed somewhat confused and unhelpful. It took 3 phone calls and 2 hours to have a crib delivered. A manager chewed someone out about it, but that didn't help the fact that we had a tired toddler keeping everyone awake after a long day. Also, at check out the clerk said the charge was over $100! Didn't feel like a vacation, but, the price was decent.”

• Clean, everything seemed new, comfortable bed, and good set up.
• Only a shower, no bathtub and with 2 small children, a bathtub is better.

“Checked in late, front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Very pleased with tasteful, classy decor of the room. The bed was really comfortable with 5 very soft pillows. Set up of the room was nice with a big wooden armoire and matching furniture, and I liked that they used environmentally friendly compact fluorescent light bulbs in their lamps. Only thing is that the bathroom didn't have a tub, but besides that, I would stay again. Only 15 minutes to Sesame Place!”

• Bed was comfortable with nice pillows, loved the deck! Front desk clerks were very nice and helpful.
• Not close to restaurants but have several that deliver.

“Great hotel at a great price. Loved the decor in the room, the beds are so comfortable and they give you several soft pillows to rest on. The deck was a great touch, we were able to sit out there and relax. Very quiet location, not loud at all. Love the hotel and recommend to all!”

• Location to interstate 95, made it easy on and off.
• Was a little further away than we wanted to stay.

• The decor was nice.
• There was a fight outside my room and the hotel did nothing about it.

“The location and decor were fine. There was no security at all. After the incident that occurred outside my room (there was a fight between 2 other guests at 1 am and the police were involved), the staff was very unapologetic about the incident.”

• The room was in new condition and bathroom was spotless.
• It was not located close to good shopping or restaurants.

“I was impressed by it. It was very clean, staff was friendly and it was in very good condition. It was not in walking distance to shopping, although it was only a ten minute car ride.”

• Quiet and easy to find. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
• The indoor pool is a 15 by 15 square. It is very loud and echoed in that room.

“Nice hotel, clean, reasonably close to Sesame Place (15 minutes). Beds very comfortable. Did not include breakfast which would be helpful with small children. Otherwise, highly recommend.”

• My family and I really enjoyed the pool and cafe in the front lobby.
• No lunch time seating.

• More variety of food on the breakfast buffet.

“Beautiful hotel in a very quiet part of town. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. There is a short drive to get something to eat or shop, but well worth the drive to stay at this hotel.”
