• Really comfortable bed.
• Minimal selection for breakfast.

“Very comfortable hotel, large indoor pool area, jacuzzi tubs! would definitely stay here again.”

• Lovely lobby with free coffee. Pleasant staff.
• Staff was not as helpful as I'd expect from a hotel of the price.

“This hotel is a newer hotel. It's situated next to a group of stores and a restaurant - which is helpful. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Rooms included a small refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel is a short drive from the Baseball Hall of Fame and we had a wonderful view of the mountains.”

• The staff was very friendly, they went out of their to make it a great stay.
• Nothing.

“The location was great for the Cooperstown was wonderful. The rate for the room was truly unbelievable.”

• The bed was comfortable, the room was clean.
• We had to wait until 3 to check in and the staff was not very friendly.

“I would stay there again.”

• Warm cookies from the night clerk.
• Hallways were too hot.

“Nice hotel - needs to be a better way to moderate the heat in the hallways and the rooms.”

• Festive lobby at holidays -warm & inviting.
• Hair in bathroom & terrible breakfast.

“Nice, fairly clean rooms. Really comfortable beds. Breakfast offering was horrible. Food in Tupperware containers for you to help yourself. In short, room was available at a good rate and except for a few stray hairs in bathroom, room was clean and quiet.”

• Good location for family travel.
• The rate.

“The hotel is representative of the 2 star rating but the "in season" rate is way out of line. It is possible that this rate is representative of Coopers town during the season, but it sure seems high to me. Perhaps this is the going rate to visit this beautiful part of New York.”
