• Nothing.
• From the time I drove up to the hotel the attendants outside rushed me out of my car told me to back up the car, that I nearly had an accident.

“From the time I arrived at the hotel I was rushed out of my car before I even had chance to pull the car to the side. When I checked in the hotel the reception were very unfriendly and when I asked what room and bed I was getting they said that, they could not give me specifics or details on the room size or bed. I arrived at approximately 7 PM, was tired and hungry from a six hour drive and when I went into the restaurant the waiters were extremely unfriendly so I left the dining room and went to find a restaurant outside of the hotel. I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again.”

• I like the hotel was far from main downtown, but walking distance from historic areas.
• It was the closest hotel to Camden, NJ...the most dangerous city in America!

“The hotel was perfect if you wanted to travel with a spouse for a nice romantic trip. Clean rooms, helpful staff (checked in at midnight to a very cheerful employee), good location. The gym was nice, but if the weather allows, I would recommend a short run or walk along Penn's Landing. It provided a calm scenery to a busy city.”

• The bed was very nice, spacious bathroom.
• It lacked cleanliness and seemed run down.

“The telephone and remote control were absolutely filthy. The bathtub looked dirty. The stationary was used. Overall the cleanliness reflected a lack of detail. The room service menu left a lot to be desired. The staff was very nice. Room service delivery was very speedy.”

“The staff, from front desk to concierge to housekeeping were knowledgeable and friendly. The bed was wonderful - the BEST night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The bathroom was clean, clean, clean (I used to manage a hotel - I know what that takes. Our view - despite not being "right on the water" was great - city plus bridges and water. Finally, the aethetics were wonderful - beautiful colors in the room. Overall a great experience.”

“The hotel originally put us near an elevator, but then upgraded us to a great room with big picture windows that overlooked the city. Wow! It is easy to walk from the hotel to sights. The pool is shallow, but has a great view.”

• The view was great. The proximity to down town was also nice.
• Parking and getting to your room involves 3 elevator trips. Had to cross major roads to get to Historic area. AC was luke warm at best.

“Over all a pleasant experience. Pool was great, staff was friendly. Location was OK. View was great. Breakfast was not good and expensive. Bar was pleasant. AC was not working property and was not fixed.”

• Was not maintained, rust and mold in bathroom,
  A/C did not work. There was and extra costs of parking, not listed.

“I think you should make hotels list if they are going to hit a customer with extra charges, such as parking for 25 dollars a day.”

• Decor and linens were very pleasing to the eye and skin.
• Location was a little out of the way and parking was 21 dollars!

• Excellent location by old city and the concierge was the best.
• The pub portion of the restaurant had poor selection and wasn't very good.

• The view was magnificent - 16th floor overlooking the river and historic ships.
• Parking fee is steep ($21.00 overnight).

“The Hyatt at Penns Landing is within easy walk of 2nd street with its fine restaurants, night clubs and movie theater. It has a spacious lobby and spectacular views east across the Delaware River to Camden, South to the airport, and West to the center city skyscrapers.”

“This is a high-end hotel for tourists and business conferences. Staff was helpful but did not mention that there is connection for internet using land line but mentioned there is wireless internet connection for $9.99 per day. For such a nice room, it has an utilitarian wardrobe that looks like it was assembled from do-it-yourself flat pack box.”

• Charge for everything!! Creates bad-will.

“Hotel clean and updated to include flat-screen TVs etc. Very comfortable. They charge for everything, making me think it is an expense account hotel. Internet was $10/day, parking $21./day and given the location of the hotel, there is little choice. The hotel is obviously taking no chances with security. You need a room key to operate the elevators. Hotel staff were first class!”

• Tremendous views. Rooms were nicely furnished and up to date.
• The self parking was too expensive.

“The staff was very accommodating. We were able to upgrade to a corner room that afforded views overlooking the river. The sunrise the following morning was stunning. It is but a short walk over a pedestrian bridge to historical attractions.”

• Road noise from I-95 is noticeable. Restaurant lackluster and pricey.

“Hotel is located just a short pedestrian bridge across I-95 from Old Town and some nice restaurants and bars. Modern decor and amenities, including nice LCD TVs and strong wireless in the rooms. Comfy bed. Noise from I-95 is a bit much at night, however, and the River Grill restaurant is quite pricey and lackluster. It's worth walking into Old Town for better fare.”

“This hotel is ideally located for anyone wishing to look around historic Philadelphia. Some rooms afford a terrific view of the Delaware river. The pool was warm and pleasant. Compact but serviceable and up-to-date fitness center. Good staff.”

• The bathroom was a little awkward, not user friendly, no towel rack, mirror far away.

“The location is nice, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk into city. Right on Delaware River, so it was nice water view. The bed was awesome! Very comfortable. The room service is obscenely overpriced. Morning fresh fruits and glass of milk came out to $21.00! And the fruits weren't that great. The melons were dry, not juicy, and there were only 2 small strawberries. Plus it was delivered 15 minutes early so I was still sleeping when it was delivered.”

• I wanted to live in this room. Mattress was amazing and loved the furnishings too.
• It was raining. But that isn't it's fault.

“Honestly, I wish I could live in this hotel room. It was amazing. I loved the silvery shears on the windows. The desk chair was super comfortable, I liked the desk as much as my desk at home. The pillows were great. The mattress was amazing. And the big chair and ottoman were great for taking calls.”

• I had a view of the River and the City of Philly.
• Didn't care for the low shower pressure.

“Very pleased with our stay at the Hyatt. Clean, friendly, awesome location near the Old City section of Philly. Would recommend highly and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Had a view of both city and river. Hotel was located right on the river walk. Very comfortable bed/room. Didn't care for the low shower pressure though, but because everything else was so nice that was the least of our worries. Was able to tour Philly right from the hotel steps, and able to walk to several great restaurants in minutes. The cost for valet parking was well worth the convenience. We actually didn't need our car at all because of the great location.”
