• I loved the fact that the hotel room had a full kitchen. The carpet and the bathroom were clean. I really liked the staff.
• I can't think of anything. Eve the commute to work was great!

• Everyone and everything seemed to say "Make yourself at home and if you need anything just ask."

“Upon my arrival, the staff greeting was excellent. I was surprised at the safe and secure and comfy sensation I had during my entire stay. The TV and internet was extra nice. I thought the layout of the individual buildings with the landscaping was extra special. The breakfasts were extra special as well and the coffee was excellent.”

“From the moment we walked in and got a smile and a warm hello from the greeting staff member we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was very nice and had a full kitchen and amenities. Room was clean and neat and the housekeeping staff was A-1. The free breakfast was the best I've had including many hot foods including eggs, sausage, home-style waffles, and etcetera. The grounds are well kept and attractive. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• It felt more like a condo than a hotel.
• Couldn't figure out the fireplace.

• We were quite surprise at breakfast the following day, Waffle mixture was fresh, coffee was made every 30 mins, fresh, milk and fruits.
• That we could not change our room for 2 double bed rather than a King.

“Hotel staff was friendly and courteous they helped us map out shopping areas. They brought was a rolled out cot as requested without reminding the staff when we returned latter that night.”

• The full kitchen was very nice to have!
• Constant loud construction, starting early in the morning every day we were there.

“The hotel itself was nice and the room was good, with a nice full kitchen. The staff had trouble running my credit cards, for incidentals. I have no idea why they had trouble and they didn't seem to know either. They weren't very helpful with this. Also, there was constant, loud construction going on, on our very unit during our entire stay. We were not made aware of this by the staff and they could not offer us a different room to stay in. Because of the construction (that started early in the morning every day) we had to leave the hotel every day instead of getting a chance to stay and relax. Would have been nice to have some sort of warning and/or the option of a different room, away from the construction. Overall, the hotel was nice and under normal (non construction) circumstances, I would recommend it.”

• The rooms were huge, clean, and comfortable.
• The hotel is far from downtown Philadelphia.

“This hotel is the best kept secret in the Horsham area. The rooms are large and spacious. This is a perfect location for long-term stay and anyone having business Philadelphia's northwest suburbs. The breakfast buffet had lots of wonderful variety. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The bed was small for two people; it was barely a queen size.

“Nice hotel. Actually, an excellent value for what I paid. The bed could have been bigger. It seems to be a bed meant for one person, not two adults. We and to enter from outdoors, which meant cold air coming into the room, but that's no big deal. Overall, a good value.”

• The extra pillows they always provide.
• Sofa bed was a bit worn out.

“Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. The common areas were a bit small (pool, dining room, exercise room) but well maintained. An unexpected bonus was the evening snacks they put out for their guests several times a week. Marriott does a wonderful job serving their patrons.”

“While meant as a long-term hotel for businesspeople (it's located within an office park), it was great for my single night Saturday) stay. Comfortable, clean, quiet (the night I stayed there) with a buffet breakfast included (waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, etc.) on par or better than most free motel breakfast buffets.”

“For the price I paid, this was an excellent value. I was able to do better than 50% off the normal rate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in good shape - except for the draft at the door (though it was very windy outside the day I was there). This was the best place I have stayed at in the Horsham / willow grove area in pa. I recommend it to anyone who needs a place in that area.”

“I've stayed here before. Love the 'apartment' style feeling of the facility. The nice touches. The popcorn and candy! I can imagine how nice it must be in the spring and summer. We were in a queen bed, found it soggy. But otherwise very much enjoyed staying here. It is worth the extra twists and turns in the driving directions.”

• The staff was friendly and the amenities such as daily maid service and breakfast were provided. Foam mattresses comfortable. No smoking!
• They only have Queen beds. We were not able to get a fireplace. Coffee very weak at breakfast.

“My limited experience staying at Residence Inns has been positive and Willow Grove was no exception. It is a little off the main road, but not difficult to find and worth the extra mile. We will stay there again while visiting my son at college.”

• I liked having a kitchen, and it was nice to have a sofa facing the TV.
• I did not like the fact that I had to drive to get something to eat.

“The residence inn willow grove's rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen was larger than I expected. The lobby sells some items that almost qualify for a meal; certainly better than standard fare you get from vending machines. It was a nice place to get back to after a day of meetings.”

• Walls a bit thin, could hear the neighbors. A bit drafty.

“The residence inn (Marriott branded, willow grove area) is in an upscale industrial park. No restaurants within walking distance but the lobby has daily buffet breakfasts, occasional freebie meals and goodies to go, even frozen entrees available for purchase. The rooms are of very ample size and have decent sized kitchens. Wired internet is free but wireless only in lobby which can be far away as the property is large. Rooms are in multiple buildings in clusters of eight with four each on two floors, accessed individually from outside, not a central corridor. No elevators and two floors. Parking can be inconvenient. The key is the big room with comfy bed and chairs, fold out couch, large appliances and a big desk. Great for a family, a long stay or travelers who want the "home away from home" feel. Lacking is a bar, restaurant, etc. So not for the "room service" crowd. There is a nice (seasonal) outdoor pool on the premises and some of the rooms have fireplaces. I have stayed at plenty of this type of hotel and I prefer them - great bang for the buck. Marriot defines the experience with overall quality although this property could use some better insulation. Off the beaten path but still a solid 8 out of 10 overall. Cheers.”

• Parking was spacious and convenient. The hot breakfast buffet was a real bargain.
• The television in my room was a bit outdated with a less than clear picture.

“The hotel is easy to find in the Horsham area. The staff was helpful and friendly, and, while there are no restaurants in walking distance, great food is available via delivery. The hotel also does your grocery shopping for you, at no additional fee! The rooms are well apportioned with good lighting. Getting connected to the wireless internet service posed initial problems, but friendly tech support took care of that. Overall, this is a good hotel in a good location and I received a really good it price!”

“Pleasant upscale suites hotel set in a secluded suburban office park, yet convenient to major transit. A variety (cuisine and price) of dining choices is located within a 5-10 minute drive. Front desk people are very responsive helpful.”
