“Nice location. Comfortable beds, pillows, towels, and linens. Slightly dated furnishings. Large rooms, great views. Staff was mediocre. Valet did not help us out to our car, just handed us our keys and then later walked over to collect his tip. Reception was dull. It appeared as if we had woken them up (11 pm).” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Dec 1, 2005 by

“This hotel is in a great location, near most of the sights that tourists would be interested in seeing as well near the nightlife of Old City. Plus, the hotel has all the qualities that one would expect from a four-star hotel. Highly recommended.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Oct 23, 2005 by

“Overall appearance was excellent, rooms were tasteful and extremely clean, located in great area which was in walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and attractions. My only complaint was the staff was not very accommodating to customer needs and took an excessive amount of time to accomplish tasks.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Oct 7, 2005 by

“The Omni hotel at Independence Park is the perfect location for any group of travelers; couples, families, even business people. My daughter and I used it as a base to explore the city. We spent a little time at the new Constitution Center a block away then took the phlash bus uptown for only $1.00 a piece. Dinner was a little Afghan restaurant just a short walk from the hotel and the Ritz at the Bourse was literally around the corner for an evening at the movies. The next day we walked to the Reading Terminal Market and loaded with bags, took the Phlash bus back to the hotel. The valet got our car, and we were good to go. The location and valet service parking made this a very, very convenient trip. With the price we got, the Omni was everything we could have asked for.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 18, 2005 by

“The hotel manager took care of the problem right away.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 14, 2005 by

“This hotel performed like a 1 star location. There was no one to valet our car when we arrived; no one there to help with bags. The mini bar refrigerator was warm. There was no noise insulation from the room next door to ours. The restaurant was terrible. There was no one there to seat us. We had no napkins, no spoons, and dirty knives. Tea and coffee being delivered with no cups to pour into. No sugar for the coffee and worst of all our waitress was not around to help us take care of all these problems.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 10, 2005 by

“Best location to see all of the historical sites. Convenient places to eat of all types. Bathroom was not quite up to par in cleanliness, however, once we mentioned it to the floor supervisor who was walking around, it was taken care of immediately.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 9, 2005 by

“Overall the hotel was great! Location excellent.Only negative.. I just was not happy with the bed (mattress) it was older and not a pillow top, for a four star hotel I would like a pillow top mattress. Also I am not a girl who likes to sleep on feather down pillows. They should give an option of both types.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 9, 2005 by

“Fantastic location, friendly staff, elegant lobby, superb bed, great bathroom w/ shaving/makeup magnifying mirror. Just be sure to stress the importance of foam pillows if you are allergic to feathers as I am...they did not seem to take this request seriously until I went down to the front desk and complained.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 1, 2005 by

“The Omni more than met our needs. It's location was fantastic for visiting Historic Philadelphia, and still close to South Street and Market Street shopping. The staff was incredibly helpful, everything from complimentary cookies and milk for our 2 yr old to dining recommendations, free toothbrushes for the ones we forgot to pack and getting us a flat rate in a cab to our final destination upon leaving. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom fully stocked to fit our needs. We'll stay there again when we can.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.May 20, 2005 by

“Nice location near Independence Hall. Expensive on-site parking. Broken mirror in bathroom unexpected for hotel of this rating. Concierge present but minimally helpful for activities around Philadelphia for a Friday afternoon in May.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 1, 2005 by

“Wonderful hotel! I loved it! From the moment I walked into the lobby to the minute I left. The express check-in..my key was waiting and ready for me! The rooms are spacious with all amenities. Lots of extras, as well! The room service and foold was excellent. Not a complaint or care in the world when I was at the Omni Philadelphia. ” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Dec 14, 2004 by
James S. from Royersford “The service was excellent and the hotel was well kept. Nice place to stay if you are in Philadelphia.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Dec 6, 2004 by
Ilene K. from New York “I was overall very pleased. However, upon check-in there was no bellman or anyone to park the car, and the front desk clerk didn't really seem to care. However, once the bellman returned from helping another guest, he more than made up for the inconvenience with his demeanor and professionalism.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Dec 4, 2004 by
Lee J. from Washington “The Omni delivers as promised. Very well located, a well appointed, lovely lobby and comfortable sitting area, with a similarly appealing bar attached. Staff were helpful whenever asked for assistance. My room overlooked the park across the street with a terrific view past that and across the city. The room itself was large, clean, marbled bathroom. I thought this was a great value and would heartily recommend it to anyone.” Dec 1, 2004 by
Linda W. from Fulton “My husband and I used the weekend as a "getaway". The staff was very warm and friendly. The lounge was very cozy, with a nice view of the street. Valet parking was very convenient, and a good value, because parking in the area was not very convenient. There were many restaurants and even one with live blues within walking distance. I would definately go back again.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Nov 30, 2004 by
Barbara C. from Richmond “The hotel was a wonderful value. The room was spacious and well appointed. It was everything one would expect from a four star facility. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the area.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
