• Great location.
• Had to request that the room be cleaned.

“Best location to see all of the historical sites. Convenient places to eat of all types. Bathroom was not quite up to par in cleanliness, however, once we mentioned it to the floor supervisor who was walking around, it was taken care of immediately.”

• I liked the location, it was perfect. The staff was very accommodating to their guests. Very friendly!
• I thought the bed (mattress) was rather old, not very comfortable. I do not like feather down pillows.

“Overall the hotel was great! Location excellent.Only negative.. I just was not happy with the bed (mattress) it was older and not a pillow top, for a four star hotel I would like a pillow top mattress. Also I am not a girl who likes to sleep on feather down pillows. They should give an option of both types.”

• The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is beyond words. Right in the heart of the historic district.

• Great location, wonderful room and friendly professional staff !
• Absolutetly nothing, it was a wonderful stay.

“Great location within easy walking distance to Penn's Landing and the Federal Court where I was on Jury Duty. Unlimited fine dining within a 5 minute walk.”

• LOCATION! Right beside Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.
• This hotel did not comply with my request for foam pillows due to allergies; had to call and correct.

“Fantastic location, friendly staff, elegant lobby, superb bed, great bathroom w/ shaving/makeup magnifying mirror. Just be sure to stress the importance of foam pillows if you are allergic to feathers as I am...they did not seem to take this request seriously until I went down to the front desk and complained.”

• The staff was exceedingly helpful and pleasant and our stay relaxed us wonderfully.
• There's so much helpful staff we ended up tipping a bit more than expected b/c there were so mnay ppl to tip.

“The Omni more than met our needs. It's location was fantastic for visiting Historic Philadelphia, and still close to South Street and Market Street shopping. The staff was incredibly helpful, everything from complimentary cookies and milk for our 2 yr old to dining recommendations, free toothbrushes for the ones we forgot to pack and getting us a flat rate in a cab to our final destination upon leaving. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom fully stocked to fit our needs. We'll stay there again when we can.”

“Nice location near Independence Hall. Expensive on-site parking. Broken mirror in bathroom unexpected for hotel of this rating. Concierge present but minimally helpful for activities around Philadelphia for a Friday afternoon in May.”

• could have provided info for first visitors about places to go

• The rooms were large, clean , and well equipped.

“The staff at this hotel was perfect. They were always present but not in your face. The facility was in a great location. The concierge was very helpful. I will stay there again and recommend it to friends as well.”

• The hotel was impeccable. It surpassed my expectations for the quality of hotel and cost
• The restaurant is usually closed on Mondays. Due to it being Valentines Day, it was open but with a prix fixe menu for couples.

“Wonderful hotel! I loved it! From the moment I walked into the lobby to the minute I left. The express check-in..my key was waiting and ready for me! The rooms are spacious with all amenities. Lots of extras, as well! The room service and foold was excellent. Not a complaint or care in the world when I was at the Omni Philadelphia. ”

“I was overall very pleased. However, upon check-in there was no bellman or anyone to park the car, and the front desk clerk didn't really seem to care. However, once the bellman returned from helping another guest, he more than made up for the inconvenience with his demeanor and professionalism.”

“The Omni delivers as promised. Very well located, a well appointed, lovely lobby and comfortable sitting area, with a similarly appealing bar attached. Staff were helpful whenever asked for assistance. My room overlooked the park across the street with a terrific view past that and across the city. The room itself was large, clean, marbled bathroom. I thought this was a great value and would heartily recommend it to anyone.”

“My husband and I used the weekend as a "getaway". The staff was very warm and friendly. The lounge was very cozy, with a nice view of the street. Valet parking was very convenient, and a good value, because parking in the area was not very convenient. There were many restaurants and even one with live blues within walking distance. I would definately go back again.”
