“With regard to my previous comment, to further clarify, Extended Stay should stress, among their staff, the need to maintain boundaries and respect those that stay at their establishment. I've gotten the impression that this is, at times, more than a little lax and it seems to be an attitude coming from some of your staff. Generally, those who work at the desk are polite and professional.” Nov 9, 2008 by
Wayne from Olive Hill,KY
“When I get back to this area I will stay hear if that answers the question.” Nov 1, 2008 by

“I will not stay at this hotel again.” Aug 11, 2008 by
Elizabeth from Holly Springs, NC
“We were extremely unhappy with this hotel. The room was dirty. The staff was unfriendly. No continental breakfast. No pool. The TV remote didn't work. The alarm clock didn't work. The bathroom was dirty. There was a hole above the shower faucet. When I arrived I was told that to had a room with 2 beds I would have to pay an additional $15 per night. A terrible value.” Jul 22, 2008 by
Stephen from Lenoir City, TN
“As an extended stay hotel it was OK. As a vacation hotel for children it was not so good. No pool, small TV, very limited cable channels, narrow, dim hallways.” Jul 22, 2008 by
Patricia from Chambersburg, PA
“The room was clean and neat but it lacked style and coziness. The shower was wonderful.” Jul 14, 2008 by
Yong from Carlstadt, NJ
“Staffs and location is ok. If this motel is a two star, Holiday should be rated as at least 3 star motel.” Jun 21, 2008 by
James
“Fine for cost, but no room cleaning service unless you pay extra, you must take dirty towels to be exchanged.” Jun 5, 2008 by
Bob from Kissimmee, FL
“This is a very good place to stay for family visits or business, reasonable, clean, and conveniently location.” May 28, 2008 by
Harmon from Dallas, PA
“Room was clean but simply furnished. Internet service available for a fee. Nothing in walking distance but a Wal-Mart was less than a mile away.” May 28, 2008 by
Jennifer from Cockeysville, PA
“Great hotel, VERY friendly staff, great kitchen.” May 27, 2008 by
Cynthia from Oakland Park, FL
“The hotel lights were out and we could not see it from the road. The 1st room they put me in smelled of smoke and heavy chemicals and it was unsafe to open the windows since it faced the back parking lot. When I requested to be moved to the second floor the room was cleaner and brighter but the bathroom fan didn't work. The bed linens were awful and the recliner chair head rest smelled. The staff was unprofessional and inefficient and kept me waiting while they found a room.” Apr 19, 2008 by

“If there were any major issues, it would be that the hotel banner sign along Welsh rd. was not lit. The hotel sits on a side street off of Welsh rd. I was lucky to find it.” Mar 4, 2008 by
Roger
“The room and facilities were well kept with the room in excellent condition. The hotel was very quiet, allowing me to sleep and study uninterrupted.” Dec 9, 2007 by

“This hotel is quite hard to find. It is not visible from the street. But once found, it is very comfortable and pleasant. I will be back.” Nov 11, 2007 by

“The location for this hotel was good for the work area. The staff is always nice and accommodating. Overall the stay is consistent with previous stays and I would rate it as good.” Sep 30, 2007 by

“This is a very good choice for someone on a budget who needs to stay several days. I'll be back at this hotel soon.” Aug 26, 2007 by

“You have to keep your eyes peeled or you won't find this place. It's tucked behind an abandoned nursery, down an access road. It seems strange that these kind of hotels don't make up your room each day.” Aug 6, 2007 by
Toan “The hotel sign is small and extremely difficult to find even in day light, much less at night. In addition, the sign's light was out creating a nightmare trying to locate it at 01:00 A.M. in the morning. The night attendant could not speak the English language well enough to be understood when providing the direction to the hotel. Furthermore, this attendant, maybe because of the language barrier, was apparently not very familiar with the area to provide direction to the travelers looking for the hotel.” Jul 16, 2007 by

“The hotel works well for us with the stove and refrigerator. On the road as much as we are to be able to cook our meals is nice. This hotel has been very helpful and courteous. If it was our choice and we could get past the additional cost for the upgrade too two beds we would stay more often and the other people from our company working in the area would also use this hotel.” Jul 12, 2007 by
Brian
“Overall the ESA Horsham was excellent. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. However, some guests prop open the side door with rocks to avoid using the key card for quick entry and exit. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this practice continues on the part of some guests at each visit. This situation should be corrected.” Jun 25, 2007 by
Chuck
“Big parking lot to party in since you are staying 10 to a room. Easy to find behind the huge dirt pile in the parking lot of the old Frank's Nursery.” Feb 22, 2007 by
John
“I was very disappointed with the quality of the hotel. I expect the rooms to be clean, the kitchen to have utensils, and the room to smell livable, even in an economy hotel. I can't believe someone might stay here for more than a couple of days. The staff was very courteous, really the only good thing this hotel has going for it.” Nov 27, 2006 by
Michael
“Located essentially by itself on Welsh Road and 5 minutes drive time from food and shopping. The rooms are clean but worn. Location was very quiet. The front office staff is friendly and professional. Check in and check out were easy. No hassles. The beds and pillows were too hard for me.” Nov 7, 2006 by
Mark
“Windows were wide open, air condition was running .Temperature was 18 degrees.”
