• Breakfast was very nice, more than what we expected.
• Bellman was horrible, should not have had one at all.

“Overall Hotel was very nice spent a lot of time in the room, the only problem with that was that there was now where to sit but in the bed. Called the front desk for a cab because it was poring and waited for 20 minutes out-front before hailing one for myself and getting soaked while the bellman watched.”

• Front desk people were extremely nice and courteous.
• Parking. There is no complimentary parking, but pay only.

“Great hotel, great location. Super nice and friendly staff, from the hotel front desk to the housekeeping to the restaurant attendant. Philadelphians are very nice people! Too bad, but understandable that the hotel being in downtown Philadelphia there is no hotel parking. There is a near-by parking area, however one has to pay 20USD/day for parking, although it does have an attendant which gives you a peace of mind knowing your car will be guarded overnight.”

• Friendly, helpful, very nice and clean.
• The one cup coffee makers and they only put one pack of coffee that only made one cup in the room.

“The hotel was very clean, the people were very nice and helpful, and they did everything that we asked.”

• Loved the view. So much to enjoy.
• No refrigerator; other than that-very good room. Excellent bed.

“Clean, friendly staff, only down-side, toilet clogged, received, handed, by attendant. One plungers helper would have been nice to have had the Plummer, to use it, instead of me.”

• Perfect location, wonderful staff.
• Can't think of anything except hard to get a cab.

“I was very pleased with the hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing because it was not too far from the attractions. The ones in the middle of the attractions seemed like they might be noisier. Will definitely use it again.”

• The location to the convention center and center city.
• No bar or restaurant.

“Hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would stay there again.”

• Clean, comfortable, convenient, and spacious.
• Next to construction site, but won't be always.

• The staff was very nice and helpful. I liked the convience of the breakfast and something to drink during the day.

“It good that you have restaurants deliver but not good to have some kind of restaurant there. Being alone I did not feel safe to go out on my own. That to me was the only drawback of this hotel. I really do like Hampton Inns. The beds and pillows are my favorite.”

• Great breakfast included.
• Hard to locate; parking extra; construction/demolition next door.

“In walking distance to most Downtown historic attractions, but over priced compared to other southern and western cities due to the ambiance of the surrounding area, difficulty of driving directly to it, and the dictate of valet parking if one does not know the city.”
