“Very good and attentive staff. Very clean and good location for travel (easy to find and easy to get to freeways and the airport). Rooms were good. Restaurant service and food was good as well. All in all a pleasant stay.”

“Mold in bathroom, toilet leaked, shower fixtures loose, shuttle driver does 60 mph in a 35 zone, printed the wrong invoice, key did not work second day, hotel very hard to find at night, night time staff could not provide directions from the airport to the hotel.”

  • Parking was free and it felt safe. The lobby was clean and nice.
  • There were really no stairs except for emergency ones with alarms. Room smelled like smoke. Decor substandard.

“I stay in downtown hotels for a five dollar difference in a 3 star hotel. Nothing about the room was nice. Not the beds, the bathroom looked moldy, and the room smelled of smoke.”

  • Roaches iron which left stains, broken toilet, broken shower knob.

“I arrived in my room and found that the iron left stains on my shirt, the toilet was wobbly and the shower knob (1) was broken and I was left to shower in what felt like 12 degree water. The hotel's response. "Well put you in another room when you return - we'll not it on your account". I returned and no notation was placed, and when I mentioned it, I was placed in a room that had the doors to the TV. Cabinet ripped from its hinges. I explained to the staff, I took the iron out of one room and replaced it with the other.”

  • Location was not right. Van service was horrible. Was not able to get food after arrived at 9pm. Employees are clueless.

“The hotel should not be considered to be in the Airport location. Travel time means less sleep time. The van service was unreliable and caused a long delay in getting to my room. When you already have a short night every minute counts. Upon arrival I had planned to order some food and go right to bed. I was informed that room service closed at nine, amazing. Had they picked me up in a timely manner and been closer to the airport I would not have gone hungry that night. There was no remote control for the TV in the room. I asked about van service to the airport in the morning and was told it was every half hour starting at 6am. You would think that the clerk would tell at that moment that I needed to sign up for it. When I came down for the 6am van I was told that it had left early because all who were registered for it had been present. After reading all this you tell me how you think my stay was.”

  • Convenient off HT hwy.
  • Water stains in the toilet, and chower could have been cleaner.

“Overall, I had a very nice experience at the hotel. They were going through renovations so the floors in the elevators had dried dirt all over. And as a non smoker I wish they had non-smoking floors not just non-smoking rooms. When I got off the elevator I could smell the smoke.”

“The location worked well, though I was initially concerned. It has easy access to major roads. Our first room, near the elevator (which was also being renovated) was loud, noisy and smelly. But the very friendly staff immediately moved us to the much superior non-smoking 5th floor. Neither of our rooms had a fridge or a microwave and it would have added $25 to the cost of the room. Others in our group had both. As we stayed several days, that would have been helpful. They do NOT have a 24 hour shuttle, the earliest shuttle is 6 am, unless you are airport personnel. They also have only one out of 5 pieces of fitness equipment operational. The business center is clean and tidy, but has a virtually useless internet connection. The in room Wi-Fi, works great though. I would stay again, as I really liked the staff and appreciated their sincere efforts to make things work out.”

  • The location and shuttle services are excellent for business travelers.
  • The room cleanliness was good, but not great. There were renovations in progress on the property.

“This hotel is directly adjacent to the Philadelphia sports arenas and just 10 minutes from PHL airport. The property is undergoing renovations, which somewhat detract from the overall attractiveness. Room appointments were acceptable. Overall room cleanliness was good, but the floor was very dirty. The on-site restaurant has standard fare for breakfast. Complimentary local shuttle services are outstanding. Other service at the hotel was good. A good choice for business travelers looking for a bargain near PHL, and a great choice for fans catching a road game.”

  • The disorganization of the hotel staff in response to my problem of being double charged. It took over a day to even get in front of a manager about.

“If youre going to a game, this hotel is a good stay due to the location in relation to the stadiums, and the great bar Benny the Bum right in the hotel. I wouldnt have had as much of a problem with the hotel if the mistake made regarding my payment for the stay (I was charged twice) was dealt with more effectively and quickly. It took over a day to even get in touch with a manager to get the problem solved. The bar, Benny the bums was excellent though. Great staff, great food and good times.”

  • No indoor pool. Only one working elevator. Worn and stained. Inconsistently trained staff.

“We only took a room because we were attending a New Year's Eve wedding at the hotel. We left immediately after the reception to other accommodations. The staff manner was inconsistent: a mixed bag of professionalism ranging from chip-on-a-shoulder grouchiness to folksy familiarity. Only one of two elevators was in working order. The alternative stairs lead you outside before reaching the lobby. The room and bath were neat, but terribly worn and stained, begging one to question cleanliness. The wedding ballroom and reception rooms were pleasantly set up and the food was surprisingly flavorful.”

  • Great sports bar, near stadium not close to airport as other options.
  • Room was used for smokers and when we asked to be changed, was told never used for smoking. Gave me a migraine headache, up all night.

“Should not be 2.5 stars. Lobby and sports bar very nice, but, rooms just ok. Shower very dirty. Hotel very noisy because of location near stadiums. Not for business travelers looking to stay near airport and get sleep. Had to have next room moved because of excessive noise well past 2 am. We stayed here because of the weather and we had to get back to work, as air traffic controllers at 6 am the next morning. We got no sleep so it turned out to be a bad decision. Not happy with the hotel at all.”

  • The staff wasn't friendly nor helpful, couldnt find 1 of our reservations and gave us two rooms with king size bed for 6 people instead of 2doble beds.

“I wouldn't want to stay at this hotel again. I was traveling with my family and the crowd we found at the hotel's diner wasn't the best. We drove around for a while but couldn't find a place opened.”

  • Shower very cold- barely any hot water, bad water pressure.

“Stayed for 3 nights- bed & room were comfortable however the bathroom made the stay very uncomfortable due to the bad water pressure and barely any hot water in the shower. Good for 1 night stay for the price but after 2nights we had a strong desire to leave due to the bathroom. Good value for the price however in retrospect I would have preferred to pay more for greater comfort.”

  • The room was clean. Nonsmoking applied to the entire floor. Restaurant was accommodating.
  • This property is under renovations and the main elevators were not always working and we had to use a service elevator. The wait was pretty long.

“This hotel was easy to find and was clean and efficient. Shuttle service to the airport was timely and convenient. The only down fall was renovations being done to the elevator interrupted the service which required using a service elevator which was slow in the morning when use is heavy from guest checking out. Over all, this hotel meets my expectations for the rating and the purpose I need it for. A comfortable place to spend the night before an early morning flight.”

  • Room was dilapidated; housekeeping was inadequate, in need of an overhaul.

“When I arrived at the hotel, a guest in front of me was screaming at the front desk staff about an erroneous charge, that interaction more or less set the tone for my stay. I checked into my room which fair at best, the windows had the hand imprints of a previous guest (they remained for days unclean by housekeeping), the lamp was broken, the ceiling cracking and the tub and tiles were dressed with black mold. About two hours later another couple had erroneously been assigned to my room, keyed in and were rolling in their suitcases when I startled them with a "can I help you", apparently the room was double assigned, a major security breach. I could go on, but the stay more or less continued to be plaque with a comedy of errors.”

“This hotel is horrible. The hotel did not offer shuttle to airport after 6 am and it took them 50 minutes to pick us up at the airport. Front desk is not professional and did not know what to do. People around are scary, trucker, drunken man and etc. Room is horrible, wall paper torn, carpet smell, bathroom disgusting. I can only rate this hotel as a motel or 1-star, thats it. Location is far from airport. Located no near restaurant. Poor lighting and free internet in room only can be used with special password for 2 hours. My worst stay of the entire hotel I have been.”

  • Free internet in business center.
  • FedEx delivered a package, that was signed for and stolen by someone at the hotel! Hotel refused to take responsibility!

“Terrible customer service as related to having a package stolen; my non smoking room smelled of smoke, and there were numerous cigarette burns on the bath tub. After waiting 35 minutes for a beer at the pub, and having my requests for faster service ignored, I left.”

“It took 1 1/2 hours before I actually got to the hotel; my conversation with the manager was absolutely a waste of my time.   • Close the airport. We were on route from Spain to Canada.
  • Essentially a "sports" hotel. It was noisy (upcoming PA state game, and the clerk at check in was curt.

“My guess is that this hotel was once a good quality place to stay, but the building is showing its age and renovations have been of questionable quality. For example, the bathroom door was difficult to open or close and the bathtub/shower arrangement was awkward to use and obviously in need of an upgrade.”

“The hotel said it provided transportation to the airport, a shuttle every 30 minutes. We waited over an hour and 20 minutes, and when the shuttle finally showed up, turns out the driver had gone for breakfast at dunking donuts. Thankfully, we only had carried ones, because if we had to check luggage, we would have missed our flight. The front desk staff was completely uncooperative.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful letting us check our luggage prior to check in time, and then letting us check in one hour early. The lobby was average in condition and amenities. The problem was with the noise in the hotel at night. The floor we were on had noise all night and security came up after we called, but never came back after three more calls. If we stayed again I would certainly request a room on a non convention floor.”

“There is no way that this should be listed as a 3 star hotel, now should it be listed as being near PHL airport. It is more than a 10 minute drive away probably close to half an hour in traffic. Its sole value is proximity to the sports stadiums, not the airport. There's a late night bar crowd that overwhelms everyone else and makes the whole scene rowdy and unnerving.”

  • The room was nice.
  • My room was not ready until after 9 pm!

“I tried to check in at 5:45 pm and was told my room was still not ready and to come back in two hours. I was going to see Phantom and I actually had to get ready in the women's bathroom. When I arrived after 9 my room still wasn't ready and I have to wait 20 minutes (on a Tue) for them to find me a non-smoking room. Then the bell girl was rude about getting my bags and she told me to "just call from your room, it will take me too long."”

  • Theresa at the front desk was great.
  • Paper thin walls in room.

“The front desk service; Theresa; was great. The bar / restaurant was very good and convent. The rooms were old, drain in my tub was clogged, and my neighbor decided to have a cc at 6 am. I could hear every word through the paper-thin walls. Renovation was going on so hopefully it will enhance the hotel.”

  • The quality of the room.

“Rooms need to be updated. The headboard should not be attached with a 2 x 4 piece of wood to the wall that was loose. It was dangerous and not attractive.”
