“I love the Embassy Suites rooms. They are a comfortable change because you actually enjoy spending time in the room. You have a separate living room and bedroom, so you can actually invite a client in to your room to speak. But the hotel itself was a bit of a let down. Kids were allowed to go running around in the work out room. The design of the hotel is interesting, and if a little more effort was placed into it. But to be fair, they were undergoing a renovation, as the signs clearly stated. I would be interested in seeing the end result when done. The TGIF next door provided a decent full breakfast as part of the room, which was a nice perk. Its nothing grand, but it is on par with an IHOP, and buffet service means youre in and out at your own pace.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Steve from Odenton, MD
“Conveniently located at Logan Square, spacious suite. Good breakfast (included), but manager's reception wasn't what it used to be (my only complaint). Overall, still a very good value.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Jonea P. from Pittsburgh, PA
“I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom area as well. Great center city location. I loved free cocktails everyday, all you drink form 5:30 - 7:30.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Brenda from Philadelphia, PA
“Embassy Suites Philadelphia offers a prime location with easy accessibility to everything Philly has to offer: i.e.: Museums, great dining, theater and historic sites. Very roomy: easily sleeps 6. Pleasant and accommodating staff, excellent manager's reception. i.e.: open bar (could use a snack besides pretzels). Hotel has large, well equipped exercise room but no pool. Presently, lobby is under renovations. This did not affect our overall experience. I stayed here with three friends - great!” Jul 9, 2008 by

“Overall the stay was pleasant once we got over expensive parking rates and dirty sheets. Comfort and ease was most important and the room was spacious.” Feb 16, 2007 by

“Shabby security lock not screwed into door molding door left open by staff open as in not closed holes in walls stains on carpet cold, cold wind draft around sliding doors and windows - one room had tub that did not drained harassed that I stayed 2 nights with 4 other people/rooms changed location to embassy suites due to bad weather forecast in pa and wanted to be able to walk to appointments 13-14 will never consider embassy suites again and hope all who read this will stay elsewhere.” Oct 23, 2005 by

“We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites in Central City. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The location was wonderful. Absolutely no complaints other then we had to pay $10 a day for cable internet. Paying for parking is annoying but we found a parking lot less then a block away that was several dollars cheaper then the hotel so we parked there instead. This one was definitely the best.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Oct 22, 2005 by

“The staff was exceptional, attentive, helpful, friendly. The room was clean with very nice furniture. The bed was comfortable with a fluffy duvet. However, parking is extremely expensive, $28 inclusive of tax when we were there, as well as time consuming valet only.” 3 of 3 people found this review helpful.Oct 21, 2005 by

“Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel. It was convenient to many attractions & restaurants. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. Staff answered my questions satisfactorily. I would definitely want to stay there again.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Oct 20, 2005 by

“The location was very good, the parking situation was dismal. Valets were patient and very respectful, staff was good. Elevators were painfully slow, and we waited 15 minutes for one on one occassion. Our room on the 5th floor was very dusty, sticky tabletops, etc. Remote needed batteries, refrig was leaning out of cabinet. Supposed to be a non-smoking floor, but heavy cigarette smoke was coming into our room from another "non-smoking" room. We were given a $25 voucher for dinner for our inconvenience, which was a nice gesture, but it didn't make up for the situation. ” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Sep 8, 2005 by

“Most of the staff at Embassy Suites was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Our room was upgraded from double beds to king bed but no smoking with no delay when I asked upon arrival. I was greeted with friendliness and a smile as soon as I walked in. The bartender at happy hour was great in recommending places to eat and to go sight seeing. The price was fantastic. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 28, 2005 by

“We used valet parking. The first morning our car came to us with a BIG dent in the bumper and yellow paint scraped on the side. This was after they originally brought up the wrong car. The second day, our car was brought to us with a big scrape on the front bumper and another scrape on the back side panel. We only used the valet service because there was no where else to park.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 23, 2005 by

“Liked location in Central Philadelphia and that rooms were suites” Jun 28, 2005 by
Frank from Springfield, PA
“We had a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The view of the Parkway was terrific. The elevator situation was a bit chaotic with large groups waiting to get on small elevators with long waits. The breakfast was excellent quality with a bit too long of a wait as well. Would definitely return, however.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 4, 2005 by

“Everything was great. The free breakfast and happy hour was a bonus.” May 15, 2005 by
Dino from Butler, PA
“A long wait for the elevator due to a large tour staying there and the hotel had only 3 elevators. Seemed to be a long wait to get my car each time that I needed it.” May 12, 2005 by
Barbara from Manorville, NY
“friendly professional staff overly accommodating location location never heard any renovation noise rooms were spectacular and large with views from the balcony felt like home” May 6, 2005 by
Bill from West Dover, VT
“Rooms were very clean, Did smell a little like old smoke but it is a hotel. Very large rooms. Parking was too expensive, I did not know how much parking was till after my bid was accepted. I could have got a similar room with free parking for the same price, But you do not know what parking will cost until you are locked in.” Mar 24, 2005 by
Michael from Wien, AL
“As mentioned above, I was postively surprised by the size and comfort of the suite. I didn't expect to get a breakfast either, which was a full American breakfast. In regard to the price I was REALLY REALLY satisfied! This has been the best deal I've ever experienced. Thank you!” Mar 15, 2005 by

“perfect, convenient location, nice views. Huge suites with kitchenettes, separate bedroom, 2 televisions. They are renovating all the rooms this week! 02/22/05” Feb 14, 2005 by
Kia from Blue Bell, PA
“This hotel is very spacious and is ideal for families. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus and offered a variety of options, including made to order omelets.” Feb 9, 2005 by
Jill from Dallas, PA
“Were it not for the fire alarms being set off twice within 2 hours of each other starting at midnight, a fire extinguisher-poluted room, switching rooms, and the tight valet parking area, I would have rated my stay as excellent. the hotel staff was very curteous during the entire fiasco and the complimentary cocktail hours and free hot breakfast were wonderful.” Feb 8, 2005 by
Bill from Red Lion, PA
“One of the very best hotels I ever stayed in. Tremendous value for the money.” Feb 2, 2005 by
Matt from Bethesda, MD
“The hotel was great. Center of town. Included was happy hour and breakfast. ” Jan 27, 2005 by
Nancy from Warminster, PA
“All in very nice. As I mentioned earlier it was apparent the majority of the hotel had been upgraded/renovated but it was apparent the bathrooms in the rooms had not undergone this renivation and looked dated compared to the rest of the room. There are only 3 samller elevators for the hotel which is about 20+ floors so getting an elevator when we had bags with us was difficult. They offer a 2 hour cocktail reception each evening and a full buffet breakfast in the morning at no charge and that was a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful as well.” Dec 2, 2004 by
Christine K. from Piscataway “For the price we paid, this place was fantastic. The room (really 2 rooms and a kitchenette) was big, clean and very comfortable. We had a king-size bed, cable TV, in-room check-out and free breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast was not exactly gourmet and we did have to wait in line for about 10-15 minutes, but it was more than adequate and included in the room cost. The location was also great, within easy walking or driving distance to museums, restaurants and every place we could possibly want to go in Philly. My only complaint is the fairly steep ($25) fee for one night of parking. Even so, it was still a better value by far than anything else I found.” Sep 20, 2004 by
Liza F. from Milwaukee, WI “We we're needing to be near the train station so this was a perfect location for us. The room was great and we had breakfast included also.” Sep 16, 2004 by
“Very good location, especially in relation to the Museum area. Bedroom with king bed, plenty of closet space and large TV. Well equipped Living/Dining/Kitchenette area with large TV.” Sep 9, 2004 by
Peter R. from Hamilton “Entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.” Sep 9, 2004 by
Timothy R. from Dorchester “We greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was very large, clean and comfortable with a great view of the Art Museum and surrounding area. The staff was friendly and helpful! Great experience!” Sep 2, 2004 by
Robert L. from Sussex, WI “Clean, conveniently located. Friendly staff. The only problem was that, because of it's downtown Philadelphia location, the daily parking rate was one-half the cost I paid for the room.” Hotel Representatives:
