“70s style hotel in a perfect location for Museum goers. Within 1 block of the Rodin Museum, Within 3 blocks of the Franklin Institute, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Eastern State Pennitentiary. Not a fancy hotel, but perfect for casual traveler or the business traveler.” Aug 12, 2007 by

“This hotel was good for a one night stay. It was your basic economy hotel, nothing elaborate. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. They did not charge for parking which was a nice savings. The restaurant was ok, again fine for a basic hotel.” Oct 28, 2006 by
Mark from Lakeland, FL
“This was the most overpriced, run-down and antiquated hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was rude, and exhibited no concern for my comfort. There is a bar on the ground level that caters to local alcoholics, drug addicts, and panhandlers. The facility is unsafe and certainly not the type of accommodations a family or solo female business traveler would want to stay at. To characterize my stay - horrific and frightening topped with extended sleep depravation.” Jul 27, 2006 by
Kathleen from Livonia, MI
“Hotel has seen better days; not very convenient to historic/tourist sites. Staff not particularly welcoming. Mechanical and plumbing in both rooms we rented (toilet kept plugging and AC not cooling in room #1; shower wouldn't drain in room #2). They gave us a key to a third room so we could shower.” Jun 3, 2006 by
Mary from Baltimore, MD
“Nice hotel. Room was fine. Location great. Staff very helpful. Rooms were not very soundproof. Gift shop never open. Breakfast buffet boring. I liked that the parking lot was easy to get into and out of. I would probably use this hotel again if I come to Philadelphia” May 12, 2006 by
Sherri from Industry, PA
“We were looking for an inexpensive downtown hotel in Philadelphia for just one night stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a basic room that met our needs for a one night stay.” Mar 29, 2006 by

“An ok place if you get a good deal. Not worth spending more than a 100 bucks a night.” Hotel Representatives:
