• Nothing.
• Everything, hookers, pot smell everywhere, no parking.

“This place truly stinks, the hookers, the staff, everything needs to go. What do they actually think they are offering?”

• I got to leave with my life!
• I got robbed in the parking garage!

“What a dump run by a bunch not a care in the world employees. This is a great motel if your looking for hookers or to rob or get robbed, as I did. This place should be shut down by the city of Philadelphia! Even the police are aware of the crime that takes place in district 19!”

• Service, cleanliness, quality.

“Upon first entering the hotel, we were greeted with a disgusting odor. The elevator was just barely opera table, and the clerk was curt and not very helpful. The room was mostly clean, but old, worn, and had definitely seen its share of partying. I admit, I was scared to touch the comforter or walk around on the carpet with bare feet. There are no amenities except towels, which were sketchy. We stayed here because of its ideal location. Only stay here if you are desperately in need of a hotel room.”

• I like the noon check out, so you can at least sleep in from having to stay up all night.
• Not sound proof.

“This is nothing but a big party hotel! It is not for children or for any rest. I was so disappointed by the end of our stay that I don't know where to begin. 1st - We were unable to park in the facility parking area because there is only approx 26 parking spaces in rear and maybe 6-7 in the front. We had to unload our bags in the gas station parking lot next door. Everyone in our party had to use the same cart at one time because we were advised there were only two carts for the whole hotel, and we had to park across the street (CITY LINE AVE). There was no doorman. The only ice machine in the building is on the first floor, so make sure you get ice before you go to your room. When we finally reached our floor, the smell of marijuana filled the hallway, like it was air freshener They are so worried about making money, they booked parties that played loud music until 3:00AM in the morning, making it almost impossible to sleep because the walls and floors are so thin that you can feel every beat of the bass and hear every word of a conversation if your "neighbors" talk above a whisper. And god forbid you call and disturb the front desk with a question, you get short answers, and with attitude. There is so much more that needs to be said, but I will end it with never ever again! Not even close to worth the money they charge for the room.”
