• Stunning redecorations in progress. Clean and aesthetically pleasing.
• I did not have coffee cups and they did not come the first time I asked for them.

“This was a very satisfactory hotel. The restaurant, however, left much to be desired, both in terms of food quality and management. This needs serious evaluation, as it will surely affect customers return.”

• The room was very clean and the shower was great.

“The Hotel was easy to find and the facilities were excellent. I was not pleased with the Players Lounge, I had a dead insect in my glass that was just shrugged off and snickered at and the price of food and drink was very high.”

• Unfriendly staff, particularly housekeepers; no washcloths left on second night of stay!

“This is an attractive, comfortable hotel. The rooms are relatively spacious and attractive, the bathrooms elegant granite and marble with the classy touch of wall sconce lamps. The public areas of the hotel are opulent. The fitness center, pool, and whirlpool areas are attractive and functional. The staff was generally not friendly, particularly those who work in housekeeping.”

• The hotel and staff where outstanding. I couldn't ask for anything better.

“The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the airport. You don't even have to go outside. The room was large and plush. It was so convenient not having to take a shuttle.”

“For a HILTON, this hotel is disappointing.It is not well kept and the rooms are badly in need of refurbishing.You might as well consider staying in an ECONOLODGE or MOTEL 8.”

• The was only one bed, the room was dirty and full of smoke

“The lobby was beautiful, but they messed up our reservation. The only room left was a smoking room and the air purifier wasclogged up and no one knew where a clean filter was.The air conditioner didn't work and the room was hot and muggy. It was awful.”

• I had a non smoking room, but was clearly next to someone that was smoking and kept smelling it all night.

• The general appearance on the outside and inside of the hotel was very good.

“After some insistence, they gave me the accommodations that I had requested. The hotel, however, was very nice and the room service exceptional. The price was more than reasonable.”

• No control over loud parties and guests. The roll-away bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs exposed.

“This was the worst experience at a hotel that I have ever had. I expected that with the Hilton name there would be quality. This was far from a quality stay and service. ”

“Most of the workers were very nice, but a few had a chip on the shoulders. there was no safe in the room for personal items, there was only one elevators working out of three and there was an convention at the time. there was hair left in the soap dish in the shower. there was contruction also going on that started every morning at 8am. i was told it could not be stopped from 8am to 6pm. imagine a constant beating on the walls above your heard on your vacation. so for missing our sleep and waking up with a headache we received a free breakfast.”

“i would have rather stayed in center city, philadelphia. however, price was a major consideration. therefore, i choose to stay at the airport and commute. in light of the fact that the per night rate was cheaper and i did not have to pay for parking i was pleased.”

“I had an early flight out of Philly airport. The staff was unbelievable, from the time I arrived at the front desk to when I was dropped off. Very pleasantly surprised and well worth the price! I didn't expect that much from an airport hotel. They just renovated their rooms too, they look fantastic!”

“Hotel is very convenient and a good value for the price we paid. However, I was expecting more for the number of stars we were bidding on, and from the Hilton brand. The rooms seemed a bit run down. Electric socket in the bathroom did not work, no trash can anywhere in the room. The room had one full size bed and not even queen which was tight for two of us.”

“Old dingy similar to a 50 year old Vegas hotel before they implode it and build a new one. The worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. 2 star at best. In fact the 2 stars easily surpass this Hilton . Marriot Courtyard much more pleasant.
The noise level in this hotel is equivalent to a Motel 6 - Super 8 - Red roof.”

• The hotel accomodations were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely , a nice place to stay for the rating.
• The outside appearance of the hotel needs to be updated or modernized a little, but other than that, it was a very nice hotel for the rating.

• I Received my room right away even though I arrived early

“The Hotel was courteous. When I gave them my Silver Hilton Honors card they right away placed us on the Hilton Honors floor.
Pool and Spa were very clean, and I did use this facility.
The hotel surely is a 3* hotel.”

• The room was not up to the standards that you would expect at a Hilton.

“The lobby is very classy, but when you get to the room you would think that you were staying in a Holiday Inn or Days Inn. Carpets were stained (filthy), fixtures are outdated. My friend was staying at a near by Renaissance and when I visited him I could not believe the difference. And we were paying almost the same price.”

• The check in process was handled quickly by a very courteous employee.
• The Hotel restaurant food was tasty but the service poor.

“The Airport Hilton is clean and well appointed with excellent service. The restaurant within it has tasty food but poor service.
As for location - it's a bit odd - in a warehouse/industrial park.
The amenities and service are so good I would definitely recommend it and return myself.”

“Our plane did not leave St. Lucia because of the snow storm that hit the east coast.

Due to our unexpected delay, we were unable to transfer our hotel stay to the next day and we lost our entire hotel cost. The Eagles were playing so I would assume that the hotel sold our room and also collected our fee.”
