• It's always nice to be in a suite; also refrigerator/wet bar helps.
• Neighborhood didn't have selection of nicer restaurants and $5.00 charge for parking.

“This was the nicest room (a suite) of our 10 day trip and it cost the least. Anyone wanting to be near the airport should be happy here as it was convenient to I-95 and the airport exit. We didn't use the shuttle but one was available. Hotel restaurant was primarily a burger place with limited menu so we didn't eat there. Business center with 4 computers was in a good location in the atrium lobby. Staff very friendly.”

• The suite was just what we needed.
• The swimming pool was not very clean and the area around the pool was very slippery.

“The staff went out of their way to give us a room that we wanted. We did not eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked very nice and clean. The swimming pool was another story. We had taken our grandkids and were happy they had a pool, but the pool looked very cloudy not clean. The floor around the pool was very slippery and many children fell, including my granddaughter who fell twice, and she was holding my hand.”

• The suite was lovely and I wish that I had been staying longer to enjoy it!
• The restaurant was a bit "Spartan"-not a "warm" space, although food was good.

“The hotel was certainly very good value. My suite was lovely-although there was a picture that had detached from the wall and been set aside before I entered the room. Bell staff was very helpful, especially the bellman who retrieved my luggage and drove the airport van at 4:00 a.m. I would recommend this hotel to others.”

• I liked the set up of the room.
• The staff did not have great customer service. Was not prompt when requests were made. Not very friendly.

• Awesome rooms, great staff.
• Very difficult to access from the one way roads, not easy to get into the parking lot had to drive on one way streets and make u turns, very cumbersome.

“With close proximity to the airport, shuttle service 24hrs a day, late night room service and huge comfortable beds what more could a traveler ask for. well worth checking out or should I say checking in.”

• The flat screen TVs and the amount of room in the suite.
• We did not get what we asked for. Not safe from construction.

“We have stayed there before during the construction period. We were on a different floor of then construction. This time we were on the same floor. There were razor blades and debree in front of our door. I did tell the staff about it. Also we did not get what we had a reservation for. We did not have 2 doubles and a pullout couch. They did send up a cot at my request. My other son slept on a chair. I would like to be compensated by this inconvenience if possible.”

• It's interior design and color combination.
• Food form restaurant was very good. However by the time it got to my room it was cold. My ice cream had become total liquid.

• Beautiful room, friendly staff.
• Under construction at time of stay.

“Although the lobby and restaurant were under construction at the time of our stay, we had a lovely time. As usual with most hotels, the food is quite pricey. The rooms are large suites with modern decor and king size beds. There is free shuttle service to/from the train so you do not have to drive in Downtown Philly. The staff is very polite and helpful. This was our second time staying here and we will certainly stay again.”

• The suite layout worked very well for 2 travelers who did not want to share the bed.
• The rooms were not cleaned daily.

“The room was not cleaned daily. The days the staff had cleaned the room, the bathroom floor was still dirty. The staff was incompetent. We returned one evening to find the door to our room open. When I called the front desk to complain, the clerk explained that it sometimes happens when the cleaning staff doesn't close the door properly. The room had not been cleaned that day. The next night a strange man called my room, claiming that he had read an ad about me on the internet. When I inquired at the front desk, the clerk confessed that she had sent the call to my room. The man had called the hotel, looking for another guest with my first name (but a different last name). The clerk told him that I was the only person with that first name in the hotel, gave him my last name, and sent the call to my room. None of the ATMs in the hotel complex worked. The hotel restaurant is grossly overpriced ($14 for a club sandwich!). It's a really inconvenient location.”

“This is a converted Embassy Suites Hotel. It is under renovation right now but the room we had was very clean with spacious living quarters. Highly recommend this hotel for the price!”

• The access by car is a nightmare.

“The hotel was being completely renovated, which is certainly necessary. I wish I had known that though and I would have gone somewhere else. The hotel is also located at the crossroads of different interstates and it is a mess to select the right exit. I am a local and missed twice the exit, therefore having to drive miles back and forth to finally get there.”

• The beds were the most comfortable.
• No real dining facilities.

“This hotel is under major construction and will continue for another 5 months. They converted a room to offer meals but it was awkward. No seats because there is no lobby which is difficult when waiting for pickups.”

• I did not like that there was no parking and the hotel was a mess and room was filthy.

“This Hotel should be closed. It is under renovation and it is really not suitable for guests. The restaurant was a makeshift place in a tiny room. There was no parking. I had to park 1/4 mile from the entrance and drag all my bags into the hotel.”

• Excellent accommodations, clean, friendly staff. I was on a business trip but I had my 2 kids stay with me and we were extremely pleased. Thanks!
• Parking! There were some renovations being done so we saw some minor improvements that were needed like a paint job but overall it was a great stay!

“Wonderful accommodations! Parking needs to be worked on. I think a new lot was under construction so we had to pay for parking. Not much but sometimes due to lack of space we had a significant walk from the hotel to the parking area. Overall it was a wonderful hotel, big rooms, clean, and friendly staff. I would highly recommend as a frequent traveler.”

“It was very easy to locate. The room was a bit outdated but for the price we got it, it was perfect. The hotel staff was excellent. My 5 year old niece ordered a movie as we were leaving and the hotel staff was more than happy to take it off the bill. Very friendly!”

• It is a worn down hotel. The bed was very itchy; like there were bugs.

“This is a good location and we were able to get a room here at a time no other rooms seemed to be available at other hotels. The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We interacted with them 3-4 times and each time, they were warmly helpful. One elevator was broken and the facilities overall were worn. This hotel looks like it has experienced a lot of traffic. The food in the dining room is a bit overpriced and not particularly good but again, the servers were helpful.”

• I loved the bed and having a separate bedroom. The hotel staffs were very friendly.
• Hard to get to- you could see it but has a difficult time getting there. Room service order was not correct.

“A bit older but it still works and even though-it is not bad at all. Easy to find but difficult to get to once you see it. $5 for parking- I hate this! Great hotel staff- very friendly. Room service took forever even at 9:30pm and was not accurate. Three words-Does the job!”

• Road construction out front made arrival challenging.

“Sheraton beds are the best. Restaurant had a limited menu; I walked to another hotel in the area for dinner. Location near airport was fine, but road construction caused a wrong turn and a considerable delay in getting to the airport. All in all, I'd stay here again for the price.”

“Overall, the Sheraton Suites at the Philadelphia airport is a lovely hotel. A little difficult to get to from the road. Food court lovely, but if you just want a little snack, this is not the place and nothing within walking distance. Would be nice if they had a simple coffee shop for a simple sandwich, coffee, etc.”

“This is a good hotel for those traveling out of the PHL airport. The shuttle is very prompt and the parking was only $5 per day (compared to $8 at the airport). The food at the hotel was good but overpriced. Very large atrium which was very nice.”

• The hotel staff was of great help with the directions and anything that I needed.
• I only stayed a couple of days and there was nothing really that I didnt like, room service took a while.

“This hotel is perfect for any traveler who is staying in the Philadelphia area; the rooms are nice and comfortable. The area of the hotel is very convenient for any sight seeing you may want to do and a perfect location for any business that you have to take care of.”

• The check in process was quick and efficient. Transport to the airport in the morning was excellent.
• The room was not completely clean and there was no coffee available in the morning, major necessity at 5:30 am.
