  • Parking convenience.
  • The access by car is a nightmare.

“The hotel was being completely renovated, which is certainly necessary. I wish I had known that though and I would have gone somewhere else. The hotel is also located at the crossroads of different interstates and it is a mess to select the right exit. I am a local and missed twice the exit, therefore having to drive miles back and forth to finally get there.”

“This hotel is under major construction and will continue for another 5 months. They converted a room to offer meals but it was awkward. No seats because there is no lobby which is difficult when waiting for pickups.”

  • I did not like that there was no parking and the hotel was a mess and room was filthy.

“This Hotel should be closed. It is under renovation and it is really not suitable for guests. The restaurant was a makeshift place in a tiny room. There was no parking. I had to park 1/4 mile from the entrance and drag all my bags into the hotel.”

  • Excellent accommodations, clean, friendly staff. I was on a business trip but I had my 2 kids stay with me and we were extremely pleased. Thanks!
  • Parking! There were some renovations being done so we saw some minor improvements that were needed like a paint job but overall it was a great stay!

“Wonderful accommodations! Parking needs to be worked on. I think a new lot was under construction so we had to pay for parking. Not much but sometimes due to lack of space we had a significant walk from the hotel to the parking area. Overall it was a wonderful hotel, big rooms, clean, and friendly staff. I would highly recommend as a frequent traveler.”

  • Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff.
  • It is a worn down hotel. The bed was very itchy; like there were bugs.

“This is a good location and we were able to get a room here at a time no other rooms seemed to be available at other hotels. The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We interacted with them 3-4 times and each time, they were warmly helpful. One elevator was broken and the facilities overall were worn. This hotel looks like it has experienced a lot of traffic. The food in the dining room is a bit overpriced and not particularly good but again, the servers were helpful.”

  • I loved the bed and having a separate bedroom. The hotel staffs were very friendly.
  • Hard to get to- you could see it but has a difficult time getting there. Room service order was not correct.

“A bit older but it still works and even though-it is not bad at all. Easy to find but difficult to get to once you see it. $5 for parking- I hate this! Great hotel staff- very friendly. Room service took forever even at 9:30pm and was not accurate. Three words-Does the job!”

“Sheraton beds are the best. Restaurant had a limited menu; I walked to another hotel in the area for dinner. Location near airport was fine, but road construction caused a wrong turn and a considerable delay in getting to the airport. All in all, I'd stay here again for the price.”

  • I only stayed a couple of days and there was nothing really that I didnt like, room service took a while.

  • The gym was nice with most pieces working.
  • There are only eight rooms with two beds in the entire hotel. One per floor. The condition of the mattress on the pull out is laughable.

“When I first walked into the hotel, the staff was eager to help me check in. They were extremely hospitable and offered to help me with my bags. The room was huge and was really comfortable. Since I had an early flight, I used the hotel's complementary shuttle to the airport and the driver was bright and cheery in regardless that it was still dark outside. This made my stay even more enjoyable.”

  • The bed was wonderful, the hotel suite spacious, quiet & pleasant stay. Convenient to city.
  • Renovated spa & lifecycle TVs no properly hooked up at time of stay.

“The desk staff was very helpful, but the hotel was in the midst of renovation. It'll be really nice when everything is completed. The new lifecycles have built in TVs, but the cable wasn't hooked up yet, and the spa jets weren't at full strength. The Sheraton bed is wonderfully comfortable, and the climate control system worked well. I slept like a baby.”

  • The staff was their only asset.
  • Bathroom was dirty & old, furniture old except bed.

“I would not pay the price to stay in this hotel again. Although the staff was extremely friendly & there was an airport shuttle, I want a clean room. The bathroom was shabby & the grout around all tile was dirty & moldy, the cover over the furnace was off, the sofa sleeper was worn & sagging. This hotel looked like it had once been an embassy suite & has seen better days.”

  • Filthy carpet, mold in shower, slow shuttle late at night.

“I usually love Sheratons. After waiting over 45 min for a shuttle that "runs every 20 mins" the hotel checked us in very quickly. I should have called for pickup (which they told me was unnecessary) as soon as I was at the curb. The suite was spacious, but the carpet was so dirty I kept my shoes on. There were also some yucky fingerprints on the minibar cabinets. I was not impressed by the moldy grout in the shower. Dont they know about bleach? The atrium dining area was pretty, but I did not eat there. The morning shuttle was quick and the driver was very nice. If they would improve the housekeeping, Id go back; otherwise Id try somewhere else.”

  • A group of unsupervised kids were running and screaming blocking up elevators for a few days in a row and nothing was ever done with them.

“We had no prior notice that hotel was under renovations so we were not allowed to use some of the facility. Room was beautiful, though not much to look at out the windows. Hotel staff was helpful, except for allowing a group of kids roam as they pleased disturbing other guest in the hotel by running around and screaming, tossing small objects over the side and allowing them to play around on the elevators.”

“Convenient location to the airport on our way to the Caribbean. The hotel staff was friendly but not very helpful in explaining the hotel amenities at check in. We soon understood why. The room furnishings are in need of an update, the bed was uncomfortable and the pool and hot tub were out of service. The modest lounge and restaurant were sufficient. However, the breakfast was overpriced. Thirty eight bucks for two omelets and juice? This hotel should really be rated a two star. We stayed at the Marriott airport location on the way back from our vacation. What a difference!”
