• Driveway hard to see at night, no late breakfast.

• Staff was very impersonal, talked too fast, no eye contact. TV monitor right above the check in desk makes it hard to hear any conversation.

• A little noisy in the public areas.

“I would recommend this hotel to any traveler. I am a solo business traveler and the word friendly rarely applies. In this case you will be treated like a person not a credit card. It was very nice.”

• Pool too small.

“Great place too start your trip staff was friendly and accommodated the need for 2 adjoining rooms with little problem. Shuttle to airport was running 24 hours if large crowd in hotel pool and hot tub would be too crowded.”

• Staff was excellent and bed was excellent.
• Front entrance was being carpeted an access was very difficult for me, pool area appears unhygienic.

“This hotel has very comfortable beds and friendly staff. But, unless I was only stopping by for a place to sleep I would not use this hotel again. The pool area looked like a breeding ground for bacteria. The water was murky green. Restaurant food is limited and does not have selections for special dietary needs such as low salt, fat, etc. Alternative food choices require driving somewhere else. The front entrance was being carpeted during prime check in hours and not only was access limited for normal mobility it was almost impossible for anyone even with a mild mobility issue. The pool area was totally impossible to access even if it had not had a disgusting color and odor. In short, it is not comfortable enough to be considered a "homey" place and does not have the amenities to be considered a special place to visit.”

• I felt that the pool temperature was too cold for an indoor pool.

• The decor was great and the room was spacious. Also, we loved the sink, coffee pot and fridge.
• The bathroom was a little below par.

“The room was spacious and the decor was wonderful. I loved the living room section and the fact that our room was separate from our kid's sleeping area. Also, having a fridge, sink, coffee pot and microwave was a great benefit. My better half loved the flat screen TV the best, but I loved the giant comfy bed.”

• I can't say anything nice about the hotel.
• They put us in the wring room, kitchen caught fire.

“The hotel location was great but got a little room. We finally complained and they moved us to the right room. The restaurant burnt my daughters food, and then said they would replace it with something else, and then forgot to bring it out. The next morning we went down for breakfast to find out the kitchen caught fire.”

• Efficient check-in, room was spectacular, far exceeded my expectations.
• The restaurant was very pricey.

“The grounds were very nicely kept, the staff was efficient and friendly. The one down side was the $6 a day parking. I did not expect this outside the city.”

• They do not get the Phyllis games.

“My boyfriend and I were headed to Mexico for a week and decided since our flight left so early in the morning it would be best to stay near the airport. When we got to the hotel it was beautiful inside. The staff greeted us with smiles and warm welcomes. They answered all of our questions we had and sent us up to our BEAUTIFUL room. The room had 2 large flat screen TVs with a leather sofa, a desk, a very nice bathroom and a door for the bedroom to keep the sitting room noise out. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and the room was the cleanest room I have ever been in. We used the shuttle to get us to the airport and left our car in the parking lot of the hotel. We could not beat the price of parking and when I returned from my vacation my car was never touched. I was very happy with lighting of the parking lot and the hotel was amazing. I would recommend everyone I know to stay there.”

• I appreciated having two televisions. Good view of the city.
• I did not like having to pay to park. The pool was very small.

“One big concern that the hotel should correct is the walk area around the pool. While there, I saw several people slip and fall. Other than this, it's a great place to stay. Very clean inside and out.”

• It's always nice to be in a suite; also refrigerator/wet bar helps.
• Neighborhood didn't have selection of nicer restaurants and $5.00 charge for parking.

“This was the nicest room (a suite) of our 10 day trip and it cost the least. Anyone wanting to be near the airport should be happy here as it was convenient to I-95 and the airport exit. We didn't use the shuttle but one was available. Hotel restaurant was primarily a burger place with limited menu so we didn't eat there. Business center with 4 computers was in a good location in the atrium lobby. Staff very friendly.”

• The suite was just what we needed.
• The swimming pool was not very clean and the area around the pool was very slippery.

“The staff went out of their way to give us a room that we wanted. We did not eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked very nice and clean. The swimming pool was another story. We had taken our grandkids and were happy they had a pool, but the pool looked very cloudy not clean. The floor around the pool was very slippery and many children fell, including my granddaughter who fell twice, and she was holding my hand.”

• The suite was lovely and I wish that I had been staying longer to enjoy it!
• The restaurant was a bit "Spartan"-not a "warm" space, although food was good.

“The hotel was certainly very good value. My suite was lovely-although there was a picture that had detached from the wall and been set aside before I entered the room. Bell staff was very helpful, especially the bellman who retrieved my luggage and drove the airport van at 4:00 a.m. I would recommend this hotel to others.”

• Very difficult to access from the one way roads, not easy to get into the parking lot had to drive on one way streets and make u turns, very cumbersome.

• The flat screen TVs and the amount of room in the suite.
• We did not get what we asked for. Not safe from construction.

“We have stayed there before during the construction period. We were on a different floor of then construction. This time we were on the same floor. There were razor blades and debree in front of our door. I did tell the staff about it. Also we did not get what we had a reservation for. We did not have 2 doubles and a pullout couch. They did send up a cot at my request. My other son slept on a chair. I would like to be compensated by this inconvenience if possible.”

• Food form restaurant was very good. However by the time it got to my room it was cold. My ice cream had become total liquid.

“Although the lobby and restaurant were under construction at the time of our stay, we had a lovely time. As usual with most hotels, the food is quite pricey. The rooms are large suites with modern decor and king size beds. There is free shuttle service to/from the train so you do not have to drive in Downtown Philly. The staff is very polite and helpful. This was our second time staying here and we will certainly stay again.”

• The suite layout worked very well for 2 travelers who did not want to share the bed.
• The rooms were not cleaned daily.

“The room was not cleaned daily. The days the staff had cleaned the room, the bathroom floor was still dirty. The staff was incompetent. We returned one evening to find the door to our room open. When I called the front desk to complain, the clerk explained that it sometimes happens when the cleaning staff doesn't close the door properly. The room had not been cleaned that day. The next night a strange man called my room, claiming that he had read an ad about me on the internet. When I inquired at the front desk, the clerk confessed that she had sent the call to my room. The man had called the hotel, looking for another guest with my first name (but a different last name). The clerk told him that I was the only person with that first name in the hotel, gave him my last name, and sent the call to my room. None of the ATMs in the hotel complex worked. The hotel restaurant is grossly overpriced ($14 for a club sandwich!). It's a really inconvenient location.”

“This is a converted Embassy Suites Hotel. It is under renovation right now but the room we had was very clean with spacious living quarters. Highly recommend this hotel for the price!”

• The access by car is a nightmare.

“The hotel was being completely renovated, which is certainly necessary. I wish I had known that though and I would have gone somewhere else. The hotel is also located at the crossroads of different interstates and it is a mess to select the right exit. I am a local and missed twice the exit, therefore having to drive miles back and forth to finally get there.”

• The beds were the most comfortable.
• No real dining facilities.

“This hotel is under major construction and will continue for another 5 months. They converted a room to offer meals but it was awkward. No seats because there is no lobby which is difficult when waiting for pickups.”

• Showers did not work well, Restaurant Staff were slow.

“Overall a good stay, hotel is under renovation and was not aware of this. Staff is friendly, restaurant staff slow. Upon renovation completion will be an excellent hotel that I would stay at.”
