• Cleanliness and price.
• Nothing.

“This is absolutely the cleanest hotel Ive ever stayed in. Free wireless internet, great continental breakfast, everything in this place is brand new. Bennigan's restaurant on premises.”

• Nice rooms Jacuzzi tub.
• Smoke alarm went off repeatedly.

“this hotel had very nice rooms and complimentary continental breakfast, our room floor was damp and we had a faulty smoke alarm which went off three times throughout the night before some one was sent to knock it off the wall, this doesn't make for the most pleasant experience.”

• Old and dirty.

“We checked in late, midnight. When we got off the elevator we thought that we had missed the party. There were trash bags full of garbage and bottles outside room doors, lining the hallway. If it hadn't been so late, we wouldn't have stayed at that point, we would have looked for something else. Our room had been newly refurbished, parts of the room. The carpet was very old. I told my daughter not to let her feet hit the floor, to keep her shoes on until she got into bed. ”

• Continental breakfast and free coffee and tea at any time.
• The hotel had a strange smell to it. Desk staff weren't really very personable, except one person.

“It was OK. I don't think I'd stay again though. Didn't feel like the service was very personal. If I was desperate and couldn't find anything else, I guess I'd stay.”
