Don from Wilkes-Barre, PA
“Superb access to Airport & Wachovia Complex. Friendly staff. Rooms are well kept. Breakfast and evening drinks are a surprising bonus. Embassy is a hotel I will stay at again.” Sep 27, 2005 by
Ericka from Germantown, TN
“Marriott Airport and Embassy are both supposed to be 3 star. Marriott is much higher quality.” Sep 19, 2005 by
Dennis from Port Vue, PA
“Could be better. Lobby bar area was dark and dreary and probably not real clean.” Sep 17, 2005 by
Jim from Chino, CA
“This hotel is excellent. True to their brand, the hotel is well managed and maintained. Included in the daily rate is a cooked to order breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Easily, a $10 per day value. Additionally, there is a cocktail party each evening. ” Aug 29, 2005 by
Terry from Magnolia, DE
“What a great value this was. Hospitality was A+, the room was well appointed and spacious, comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.” Aug 22, 2005 by
Jim from Jupiter, FL

Helen from N. Newton, KS
“Great location and very good breakfast. Spacious room and friendly staff.” Aug 5, 2005 by
Dhiren from Troy, MI “I got a smoking room. Priceline must have an option of guaranteeing non-smoking rooms.” Aug 5, 2005 by
S. from Dana Point, CA
“Nice hotel in a convenient location. Clean, well maintained inside and out. 100X better than the Airport "Hilton".” Jul 7, 2005 by
Tammy from Egg Harbor Twp, NJ
“Embassy Suites at The Philadelphia International Airport was provided us with a very comfortable and spacious room at a phenomonally low price. The staff was willing to accomodate visitors in any way they could and very friendly. The interior design made up adequately for the exterior view of the airport and city by providing a huge indoor fish pond with foliage and ducks.” Jun 16, 2005 by
Michael from Pleasanton, CA
“Not a bad place to stay near the airport. They did not have a non-smoking room for me when I arrived so they gave me a room with a conference table in it.” May 20, 2005 by
Nishith from North Brunswick, NJ
“This was one of my tree worst hotel experiences ever. My primary complaint is that the staff did not seem to care that I did not eat the food (of very poor quality) that was served to me. It indicates that they are just going through the motions of their job and don't truly care about customer satisfaction.” Dec 20, 2004 by
Robert T. from Wingdale “The hotel was excellent and very accomodating, I ran the Philadelphia Marathon that weekend and didn't need any distractions.” Dec 17, 2004 by
Gary M. from Montgomery “Had a 2 room suite. Returned late evening and wanted to watch TV. Tried aned tried to get TV on but could not. Finally found both remote controls without batteries. The I operated the tv manual which was not easy because it was not mad to be manipulated that way. House keeping staff should have checked. Hotel seems a little circa "1970's/1980" in terms of upkeep and decorating.” Sep 25, 2004 by
Cory M. from Greeenwood “The hotel is an EXCELLENT location if going to Philly for a ballgame or just needing a place close to the airport. Our room had the coldest a/c I have ever had the pleasure of 'chillin out' with. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the breakfast buffet which I expected, and the several roof leaks throughout the hotel. Overall it was a nice experience just less than what I have experienced during other stays in this upper class hotel chain.” Sep 20, 2004 by
Randy G. from Albuquerque, NM “I received my King size bed. At 2:00 in the morning I woke up with metal springs digging into my side. After fully waking up out of my sleep and investigating the situation, I noticed that the mattress was up side down. I had to take all the sheets off the bed and flip a King size mattress over by myself. The other side with just fine and I made the bed and tried to go back to sleep which was not easy with such a workout. I talked to the front desk the next morning telling them about the problem and the most they were willing to do is notify the housekeeping department.” Sep 11, 2004 by
Hubert B. from North Newton “We arrived at the hotel at 4 a.m. due to storm-related flight delays and inability to find the hotel, perhaps because we were tired and exhausted by that time of the morning. The woman who registered us was unfriendly and gave little eye contact---like she really didn't want to help us. She sent us to a room that wasn't clean and had to relocate us, saying it was due to the audit being run. We planned to get up and eat breakfast, then go back to sleep for awhile since we hadn't actually gotten into bed until 4:30 a.m. The breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m. We overslept but got up, threw some clothes on and got downstairs by 9:38. The woman who was in charge went into the kitchen and began making breakfast for us, then was helped out by the chef. That was very kind on their part; they could have refused because we were late. We ate then went back to the room to get more sleep. Someone knocked on our door and said they had no record of us being registered in the room. We explained how we arrived early that morning while they were doing the audit and maybe that's what happened. We went to bed, but before long the phone rang. Again, someone said they didn't show we were registered.” Sep 5, 2004 by
Pat m. from Sparks, NV “Rooms were large. Had a sitting area with a TV and a table, chairs and a couch and a door to the bedroom, which was also large and had another TV. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was included and was good. Transportation to the hotel was good and the staff at the hotel were nice.”
