• Bed was very comfortable. We also like the easy access to the business center.
• The indoor pool was not heated. We reported it to the front desk staff and they did not seem to know if it was broken or not.

“Overall it was a good hotel. The room was more than adequate. We used the business center/computers frequently and were pleased with the easy access. The staff was not very responsive however to our concern regarding no lights in the pool room and no heat in the pool. The front desk staff did not seem at all concerned with the safety of no lighting.”

• It was clean and well furnished.
• Insufficient security to handle noisy kids running up and down the halls and knocking on doors until 1 am.

“No hair dryer, no mini fridge, no complimentary breakfast. Front desk not efficient in solving the noise problem reported to them several times. Didnt get any sleep after 12 hour drive.”

“It was ok. The staff was friendly, but looked dirty, and was not very helpful with questions about food. Other than that, the room was nicer than expected, and checkout was a breeze.”

• The staff at this hotel was the high point but not to say that the accommodation lacked.
• The location - difficult at best to locate and access.

“A solid 2.5 star hotel with a more than competent staff. Location is convenient for access to most of Boston's key points. However, driving to this hotel requires the best of directions.”

• It was close to restaurants and the train for which the hotel provided shuttle service.
• They did not provide a luggage rack in the room.

“We loved that we were within walking distance of the train and other restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and answered our questions and requests. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of comfortable pillows. Close enough to Philly to be convenient and far enough out to be quiet.”

“Very disappointing experience. This courtyard is not typical. It was run- down and dirty. I was in a handicap room. Much farther from the airport than I expected. Staff was unfriendly.”

• Willingness of staff to help whether looking up a phone number or the shuttle dropping meat the Marriott Airport for a conference.
• I didn't care for hearing my neighbors alarm clock through the wall.

“This Courtyard is very typical in terms of lay-out and furnishings. The staff is better than average and very accommodating in terms of dropping you at the train station if you are heading into Philly or heading to another Marriott Airport property. I also enjoyed the shuttle driver saying no to the Midwest Air pilot whose flight crew arrived late to take the already full 6a.m. airport shuttle and then asked the driver to kick-off other hotel guests so the entire crew could arrive to the airport on time. Cheapskate pilot stiffed the driver on a tip on top of it.”

• Convenience to Philly airport, near Philly sports complex, New Jersey access.
• Confusion on wireless internet access, small room, confusion on breakfast buffet led to believe it was free.

“The internet connector is old equipment - my wireless card did not work in the room. My laptop didn't have a receptacle for the internet cord provided in the room. I shouldn't have to connect anything to my laptop, each room should have complete wireless access. The information booklet in the room leads guests to believe the morning breakfast buffet is free, which it is not ($8.95). To make it worse, there was a small window of service (6-10 a.m.) for the breakfast buffet. When you charge someone, the hours should be all day. I'm glad I only paid $77 per night because if I had paid the $169-209 price I would lasted one night.”

• They had an agreement with a local deli which delivered & allowed u 2 charge 2 room.
• The mattress of the pull-out bed had a brown stain on it.

“Small, but efficient for what I needed. Pricey, but then again it was Army/Navy weekend. Very close to the airport with a 5 a.m. shuttle which was on par with what I needed.”

• Arrived late and hungry. Two ladies at desk gave me carry out menus.
• Would have been nice to have restaurant open. I got there at 7:30 pm.

“The hotel is in a great place and easy to find off of Interstate 95. Was greeted by very pleasant and friendly staff. Could not have been more helpful. The carry out that was recommended arrived in a short time with hotel food. Breakfast was really good. Had my food cooked to order, did not used breakfast bar.”

• Close to the airport.
• Not close enough to the heart of the city, they charged for the breakfast that I thought was free continental. At least it was inexpensive.

• The room is convenient and clean and very close to the downtown
• There is no refrigerator in the room!!!

• nice friendly van drivers and front desk staff
• restaurant hours too limited

“Clean room and attentive staff. Wish someone could have told us earlier about the very convenient SEPTA bus to Citizens Bank Ballpark. Breakfast Buffet was very nice and well maintained during a very busy period. Overall very nice stay and will highly recommend.”
