• The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the beds.
• The hotel staff was sometimes rude and in courteous.

“This hotel was very clean and comfortable. My only issues were with some of the hotel staff. One of the front desk managers was extremely rude to my friends and I for no apparent reason. Also the hotel advertised brunch until 11, and when we went down at 10:45, they refused us service saying that in actuality brunch ended at 10:30. In their room manuals and posted outside the restaurant all signs pointed to brunch being available until 11. It was very disappointing.”

• The check-in process was quick and convenient.

“For a business traveler or a quick overnight, this hotel is a great choice. It is convenient to local highways, shopping and office space. It is clean and comfortable. It isn't going to win any design awards, but for the price, it's a good value.”

• Nice lobby area, looks better than expected.
• Only option for morning BF is to buy the buffet. Did not explain in advance.

“If you want to feel like you are in an expensive hotel, this one does, with a fancy lobby sitting area, but the rooms are not up to standard with no in-room refirg or microwave, and this is planned so they will get you
to eat in their restaurant.”

• Very friendly staff, clean room, jacuzzi was perfect temp.
• The wired internet connection in room is slow.

“The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. They only serve breakfast at the hotel. However, it is a full breakfast menu and the food was great. On-site fitness center was small but sufficient. Jacuzzi was clean and temperature is about 103 degree. There is free, wired internet connection in the room. However, connection is slow. The connection is only good for checking email or surfing web. If you need more bandwidth than that, you must go to the hotel lobby.”

“Very nice hotel, great location. Asked for recommendation of certain type of restaurant that would be close by. Enthusiastic recommendation by staff. Was not close by; was closed early when got there. Wasted a lot of my time. Hotel should be much more careful about what they recommend.”

• Room setup could have been improved. I would have liked the bed to be facing the TV.

• Beautiful room. Quiet room.
• Terrible selection of cable channels. Too many sports channels specializing in golf. Not enough for women like the Food channel or TCM.

“Beautiful hotel. The room was very clean and very quiet. The lobby had a computer available for use, which was nice. The television was large, but the stations were terrible. Too many golf and sports oriented stations and not enough for women. I want to see the Food Channel, HSG, Turner Classic Movies (TCM). They can get rid of HBO too. One other complaint: There were 2 trash cans in the room. Both were tiny. I could never fit all of my trash in them.”

• Sprawling landscape conducive to running; for someone without a car, conveniently close to bus routes and shopping center.
• Charged me twice for long-distance cal, but readily rectified error.

• Easy to get to, spacious rooms. beautiful grounds.
• Jacuzzi was out of order, pool water was cloudy.

“Wish we had found this hotel for our first stay of 3 days. The rooms were huge with a couch and chair and 2 double beds. Service was great. The best part was it was easily accessible from the turnpike with out having to go 2 miles down the road for a u-turn to get to the driveway. Would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Excellent room, very nice priced hot buffet breakfast.
• Entrance was dirty, pavement needs to be cleaned.

“Nice hotel, located in office/hotel area, near mall, just off Penn Tpke. Hard to find if you didn't know it was there. Very nice room. Excellent full hot buffet breakfast for $8.95. Common areas were not deluxe but perfectly adequate. Pavement was dirty and needs to be steam cleaned, especially at front entrance.”

• Room was immaculate and very quiet.
• Terrible selection of cable channels.

“Rooms were immaculately clean. When you closed your door, all sound was filtered out. Very quiet and peaceful. Bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that their selection of cable channels was terrible. They need to add TCM, AMC, food TV, HGTV, Bravo and Truth. I had no use for the golf channel and most of the others they offered! Also a few more trash cans or larger ones would have been great.”

• Convenient location. Good breakfast buffet. Bathroom fan.
• Stink Bugs! Beds/bedding not as comfortable as other courtyards. Worn furnishings.

“Be aware of the stink bug infestation at this hotel! I changed rooms after deciding that killing three stink bugs in the first room was enough. Stayed at a nearby hotel a couple of weeks prior with no sign of these quarter-sized flying critters. Chances are I will not stay at this hotel again.”

• Once out of the Lobby the hallways smelt, gave me the impression of a 1 star economy hotel.

• The fact that they had a stink bug infestation and I did have a couple in my room.

• It's a great hotel for travelers or for a getaway but promotion of non-family viewings like adult porn is destructive.
• Great location and access to events.

“With the news about the NY governor in the news it is far too evident that porn, as a multi-billion dollar industry is very destructive and does not promote family values.”

• No microwave or refrigerator; no lounge table.

Would have also liked microwave and refrigerator. Great breakfast but offered as a separate charge, not included with room. Marriott recognized my "Elite Member" status.”

• The rooms and lobby were well kept.
• The cleaning staff were rude and rushed us out of our room in the morning.

“The pool is dirty and disgusting. You can't even see the bottom, except the outline of the dirt circle around the water returns.The cleaning staff knocked repeatedly with the privacy please tag on the door. After asking if they could return in an hour at 9:30 AM, they told us they could return in half an hour, no later. We left the room 20 minutes later and spent 45 minutes to an hour in the pool/whirlpool and fitness areas (without entering the pool). When we returned to our room, an hour after they told us they would return, and an hour and a half after speaking to them, they had not yet returned to the room.”

“Not impressed with this level of Marriott Courtyard. The owner went cheap; quality of room was a "c" in comparison to other Marriott Courtyards I've stayed in. Cheap linens, carpet, towels, workout equip, room treatments & fixtures even the elevator was cheap.”

• The customer service was superb.
• It would be an ideal hotel if the restaurant served dinner as well as breakfast.

“As a frequent business traveler, this hotel exceeded my expectations for both comfort and affordability. The rooms were clean and spacious and the customer service was extraordinary (the wait staff, management, receptionists and housekeepers were all extremely friendly). Highly recommended!”

• The location is great and it's in a very safe area.
• No wifi in the room have to use cable with pc.

“There's always something quirky with this hotel. This time it was that we walked into the room and it was over 90 degrees the heat had been left on (perhaps for days?) And it was a moderate day out (in the 40's and 50's) so it was most unpleasant. In addition the refrigerator we require for medical purposes was not keeping things cold. We were offered another room, but had already begun to unpack since it was late and we were exhausted. In these situations, I think the hotel should offer compensation upfront. The last time we stayed here, they were dry walling the wall right outside our room at 8 a.m.! It's always something, which is a shame, since it's really a nice facility in a good place.”

• The room was clean and spacious.
• Bad directions from front desk clerk. Had me going in the opposite direction of the hotel. It took 1 1/2 hrs to arrive. Should have been only 15 min.

“The hotel room was nice and it was clean. The front desk clerk gave me bad directions and had me going in the opposite direction of the hotel. it took me 1 1/2 hrs to get there when it should have only taken 15 minutes. Also, they put a hold on my bank card without informing me that will happen. Other than that, my stay went well.”

• Person at the front desk was really great. Just went the extra mile to accommodate me.
• Room size this stay was smaller than previous visit.

“I have absolutely nothing but good things to stay about this hotel. Off the beaten path but convenient to shopping, eateries and major highways. My trusty friend helped me find a great sushi bar less than 2 miles from hotel. Great stay!”

• Very clean and friendly.
• Somebody in another room was smoking and it made our room stink!

“Thought the hotel was really nice. The entire hotel is supposed to be non smoking. Unfortunately, somebody in another room was smoking which caused our room to stink. We did call the front desk, but nothing was done to rectify the situation. I would definitely return to this hotel.”
