• Good breakfast variety, adequate seating, and comfortable.

“Convenient to Philadelphia and surrounding areas east west and south. 25 minutes to airport, though at rush hour it could be 45-60 minutes. It is a large facility and it was full of college athletes and families in town for the Penn Relays. The hotel has a no party rule, so there was no problem with noise. Our room was clean quiet and comfortable, though not plush and the pillows, linens and mattresses were okay, but nothing to rave about. Free internet, fast, but not WiFi, so we had to work from the bedside desk. In room fridge, micro, coffee. Plenty of room to spread out and not bump into each other moving around. Looked at the indoor pool and exercise facilities. Didn't use them but they seemed fine. The pool was almost always in use whenever we walked by. I'd stay there again on another visit.”

• Handicapped room. Front desk customer service. New bedding needed.

“Front desk personnel failed to tell me upon check-in that I had been a handicapped room. Didn't find this out until I got to the room, after which I was told no other room was available. This type of customer service failed to meet my expectation of good customer service.”

• I loved the location, the service provided, the daily breakfast, the recreational facilities and the air of professionalism exhibited by the hotel staff.
• I did not like the morning breakfast ending at 9:00 a.m.

“This hotel should have a 5+ star rating. It far exceeds all the expectations I had imagined it exhibits a resort type atmosphere.”

“The Spring Hill Suites by Marriott is always an excellent choice. Lots of space in the room, a comfortable bed and a decent mini-breakfast in the morning. As usual, the staff at the motel in Plymouth Meeting exceeded all my expectations.”

“It was very clean, close to highway, and they breakfast was ok for being included. Don't eat the eggs! One minor issue when I asked for a can opener it was an issue b/c the night staff was not staffed well. Overall nice!”

• The TV reception was not good, but we did not notify anyone of it.

“The King bed room was very comfortable having a sofa and even a small fridge. The shower head was a good one since I have been in hotels that did not have good shower heads. Everything was clean.”

• The cleanliness, the outside appearance was new and landscaping well kited. Facilities convenient and close, parking was excellent.
• Appreciated the comp buffet and make own waffles, meats, cereals, parties were great. Did not like the eggs. Loll.

“If you are looking for a clean, friendly and quiet place to stay outside of Philly or near king of Prussia/valley forge area for shopping. Stay here! This hotel is brand new I believe, very well kited, not overwhelming with guests and activities going on, just simple and warm. I price was right for me and we appreciated the pool, sauna Jacuzzi and complimentary buffet. I am from Philly, and live in mad. I will most definitely come back!”

• Perfect lay-out of suite, beautiful decor, very clean, and very comfortable.
• There was nothing to dislike!

“This hotel is perfect for a family with small children. New, beautiful decor-with everything in perfect condition. Super clean. Great complimentary continental breakfast, from cereals to waffles, fantastic variety! Exceptional value for what you get. Close enough to drive to Phila. Attractions (about 20 minutes, max.) And very close to the Plymouth meeting mall. Whatever you do, do not eat at the restaurant across the street-Romanos macaroni grill- horrible service! Nothing was done right, and no one cared in the least! Bad place!”

“This hotel is the best hotel in the Greater Philly area for past years, and we always kept coming back. This is the only hotel that I know of (given using hotels for over 150 nights a year) that use "power wash" to clean their front door, drive way every day after guest checked out. So, it is always very shine and clean.”

“This hotel is very conveniently located at I-276 and I-476 exit 333 and the staff are awfully nice. The room is a suite with two double beds and a living room corner with sofa bed, desk and kitchenette sink, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom is big and nice. It is so comfy for a family with up to 6 people. The complimentary Internet access helps travelers a lot on looking for local attractions, and the complimentary breakfast helps to get up early and go sightseeing. The parking lots are plenty and clean. I like this hotel much better than any hotel in town, and I believe 2* is misleading (not sure who rated it and based on what?) e.g. I think it should be at least 2.5*, at least, I prefer it over any other 2.5* hotels in the area.”

• Price we paid and pool and breakfast.
• The smoke alarm battery beeped during the night.

“Staff is great and so is breakfast. Only problem this time was the smoke alarm in room started beeping during night. In morning it was every 5 minutes and I asked front desk to have battery installed while we were at breakfast. Instead they completely removed the alarms! I noted on comment card to management. Only sore point in our stay. We were up a lot.”
