“Our room was too close to the vents from the hotel kitchen. The smells were hard to take. The hotel staff did a quick pass through the room after the first night. A $10 per night parking fee was excessive. We will not be staying with Marriott at any of their locations.”

“Very nice, but I was unhappy about unexpected fee for parking.$10.00 per night. This should have been mentioned on there web page. Beds were very comfortable but they had a down bed cover which was way to warm. When I asked for a blanket they gave me a baby blanket. I am also put out by the fact that when you stay in a 4 star hotel they want you to pay for use of internet. Not to mention $15.00 for breakfast, if you want a bowl of oatmeal you can get it for just $8.00.”

- Excellent pool, exercise equipments and clean rooms.
- Parking fees were too high for a hotel in the middle of nowhere, internet access charges, the beds are way too soft so did not sleep well.
“It was okay. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean. I think it is obscene for hotels to charge an internet access fee in this day and age, so that did upset me. In addition, I feel they charged an unreasonable parking fee, since they are located in the middle of nowhere. My other complaint is that the beds are too soft, so we did not sleep well. On the plus side, it was clean, and the swimming pool and exercise room are excellent. Unfortunately, with the negatives I mentioned, I would not recommend this hotel unless one specifically needs to be in Conshohocken.”

- Not really convenient to where I was visiting. Small room.
“Very nice hotel, but a little far from where I needed to visit. I would not really group it into the vicinity of Plymouth Meeting; West Conshohocken can be quite a drive from eastern areas of Plymouth Meeting. Very courteous staff, although the room I requested was not the room I initially received a key for. I had to go back to the reservations desk after my wife and children already had their bags delivered to the room to request the type of room I had confirmed with the hotel after booking. Amenities nice, good access for business travelers to that area, as it is very close to 76 and 476.”

- The room was very dusty, ice bucket was full of water, drawers were dusty, dirty, there was a shirt in one drawer left behind.
“The system used for keying the gates to the parking garage did not work. As stated above the room looked as though it hadn't been used in some time and everything was very dusty. Inside of drawers was dirty enough that I did not feel comfortable putting my clothes in the drawers and the staff did not respond to my request to clean them. When we checked in the ice bucket liner had not been replaced and it was full of water, they did respond to that request but it took 2 phone calls spaced 8 hrs apart before they did. Not enough hand towels and wash cloths. Plenty of bath towels and shampoo, conditioner, shower caps, soap.”

“The Philadelphia Marriott West was beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely courteous and professional and went above and beyond what I'm used to expecting. Our room was bumped up to a junior suite. The room and hotel overall has a modern gorgeous decor. Our bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The restaurant, "The Regatta" had great food and was also beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel.”

- The only thing good about this hotel is its location.
- The service levels and maintenance levels were horrible.
“Calls to fix a plugged bath drain did not result in action for over 24 hours, both mornings with a shower that wouldn't drain. With two people, that's 5 inches of water the last person is standing in while showering. Front desk was unresponsive and upon check out, didn't care to hear about it. Parking is extra and added, without asking if you drove a car, automatically to hotel bill. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You'd get better service and value at a Quality Inn.”

“Beautiful hotel. We were given a fast check-in. All employees were helpful & friendly. Our room was very attractive & furnishings were in excellent condition. Room was immaculate. “The location of this hotel makes it a prime place to stay for those who need a quality hotel in suburban Philadelphia. The front desk staff is extremely helpful, serving as concierge and attendant all at the same time. Parking is convenient and affordable and the rooms are well-appointed.There were a few problems during my stay. The ice machines on multiple floors were broken and you may expect the hotel to be somewhat understaffed if you stay on the weekend. But all in all, it is a pleasant stay in a very attractive, comfortable hotel.”

“The location of this hotel is convenient to many places via I 76, 20 minutes from the sports stadiums and 5 minutes from the King of Prussia Mall. The furnishings of the room are very up-to-date, the bedding is extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. I've stayed here twice so far and would definitely stay here again.”

- The bed was wonderful -- like sleeping on a cloud
- We asked for a room w/two double beds but got a room w/King bed
“We enjoyed our stay in West Conshohocken. The common areas and room had lovely decor and parking arrangements were convenient. We stopped by the pool but didn't go swimming; we stopped by the cafe and had Starbucks coffee. During our stay 3 busses of Korean olympic athletes came and went. The facilities were full of people -- made me feel a citizen of the world. Would have liked a newspaper.”

“My wife and I walked in soaked from a 400 mile motorcycle ride, much of it while it was raining. Our luggage was compposed of a couple of stuff sacks that fit well in the saddlebags of my Goldwing. In spite of our disheveled appearance the staff at the Marriot were wonderful. I would recommend the Marriott Philadelphia West to anyone.”

- Service in the restaurant was slow and inattentive. The valet parking misinformed us of the cost.

- the well appointed beds and proximity to King of Prussia
- the piece of broken glass I stepped on and the lousy directions on the website
“It was fine, good, we used it as a great getaway and it worked! We were wishing we could stay longer actually. The parking arrangements were a bit confusing, but everyone was really nice including after I stepped on glass at the pool. I did enjoy the exercise room before that. Thanks for a mostly good stay!”

- Clean, nice restaurant
- charged me $8 to park. the driving directions are wrong .. they take you past the hotel at the end of them.
“Overall a decent hotel. The rooms are a little small for a hotel of this rating. I'm betting it used to be a different brand hotel. The bad directions and parking fee kind of ruined the beginning of the stay, we checked in and she said "It's $8 to park, I'll put that on your credit card" No other options, no discussion, just taken for granted that we were OK with that. Honestly, I could have stayed at a different hotel (closer to my destination) for an extra $10, and I would have done that if I knew about the parking fee before hand. The restaurant had decent food, a little pricey for what it was ($100 for 2 people) and the portions were too small. The dessert was fantastic though, so it kind of saved the meal. The staff was top notch, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortible. I was a little surprised they didn't have a contennental breakfast setup, usually the higher end hotels offer you a little something (besides their restaurant). Honestly, I've stayed at 4 different hotels in this area and I'd probably pick 2 of the others to stay at before I stayed here again. Nothing bad, but I'd have been more dissapointed if I would have paid full price for the room.”

- Great beds, sheets comforters etc.
- Paying for parking, there was nobody there.

- Clean , sophisticated , high level of service and hospitality . Smiles and service everywhere . Great Cushy bed .
- The waitress at the Bar was not friendly
“It was terrific over all .I did not like the parking garage system . You had to first of all pay for parking . As a top hotel ,that should already be in the price . You had to use your room card to get out of the garage . I could see someone forgeting their card and having to go thru a big hassle . I also thought that the Hig Speed internet should be free . It's free at the Hilton garden Inn .”
