• Location, cleanliness, good complimentary breakfast, and moderate prices.
• At first I was suggested a smoke room although ordered non-smoke.

“It is one of the best relatively inexpensive hotels I ever stayed in, and its attractiveness for me, along with positive features I mentioned above, is based on its proximity to Dutch Springs (I'm an active diver) and Perkin's - my favorite dinery. Overall, it yields a bit to Best Western in terms of comfort and staff professionalism, but not much.”

• I found it clean and quiet.

“The hotel was very comfortable, had a desk to do work on and some chairs which are important to me. When you are in a room and have to do some paper work and writing it is very hard to do it on a bed only and nice to watch TV from a chair and not on a bed all the time. I would stay there again.”

• It was located close to a wedding reception I attended.
• There was dirt on the sheets even though the beds were made.

“The hotel was easy to find, easy to register and provided a breakfast. It was convenient to Route 22.”

• Housekeeping was very accommodating in service /attentiveness.
• Was a bit of a drive to get to any offsite amenities.

• Great, friendly staff.
• Room was on 1st floor.

“Me & my boyfriend and dog came to this hotel last summer when a thunderstorm knocked our power out for 2 nights. We arrived at around midnight; the man at the desk was very nice & respectful to us, as most hotels think young couples going to a hotel just want to trash it. It is the only hotel in the area that accepted our dog at a cheap price. The room was a bit small, but overall it was very nice. Didn't wake up in time for breakfast, but the breakfast area was nice and clean. Very nice hotel, would definitely choose them if I ever needed to go back.”

• I thought it had a great location so it was very easy to find!
• The beds were a little uncomfortable but hotel beds are never great.

“I think it was a great hotel. It had wonderful features and was near all the things that we wanted to do. I will be sure to stay there again when I am in the area.”

• I could not get a hotel receipt.

• The hotel was convenient of amenities not available at the hotel like restaurants and shopping.
• Even though I am a smoker, my room smelled too much like smoke, I have been in other hotels that didn't have that lingering smell.

“Overall my experience at the Comfort Inn in Bethlehem was great. It was very relaxing and in close proximity to family and friends while I was in town and also to restaurants and shops when they were needed.”

• They were able to upgrade me to a suite for no extra charge.
• The first room was extremely dirty, smelly and the bathroom ceiling leaked onto the toilet.
