“Clean and comfortable. The room had a small re-fridge, which may it nice to keep my husband's insulin cool.”

“If you're picky about comfort and cleanliness, don't go to this hotel. The elevator was broken, the night staff was indifferent and had no sense of customer service. The carpet was stained and unclean, the room was smelly, the curtains were filthy and the bed linen was not on par with what should be hygienic. I'm glad I only spent a night there.”

• The room was spacious and had some nice amenities.
• The area was not particularly safe, it was in a run down part of Philadelphia.

“This hotel is fine for a traveler who just needs a place to flop, however it is priced two high for this. Parking is an issue, the first evening we had to park in a handicap spot and the second evening we had to wait until a spot opened up. The staff however was very friendly and helpful. The hotel did have a fairly good place to eat. I could not recommend this hotel to the casual or business traveler.”

• Parking problem and language barriers with staff.

“Our stay at the Chester Days Inn was very nice, it was near our exit and not difficult to find. The young man who checked us in was not very friendly, however, the rest of the staff were very nice. The surrounding area was not very appealing and I would not recommend venturing out on foot very far from the hotel.”
