  • Room was clean.
  • There was a glass left outside the door by the previous occupant that wasn't picked up in the 24 hours we were there.

  • Nice pool.
  • Curtains in room did not come close to keeping out the light.

“Ok place. Doesn't deserve a 3 star which many Marriott's, Hiltons, Hyatt's receive. This is not as nice as those chains. At least it was cheap. I hate that Holiday Inn products are increasingly showing up as 3 stars.”

  • Whirlpool & pool - very clean and refreshing.
  • Sink had sticky top- not cleaned thoroughly.

“Mostly very clean & comfortable. Housekeeping brought me up tooth paste - I forgot mine - in just a few minutes! Bed was very comfy. Very pleased. I would definitely stay with Hilton again.”

  • Pool had too much chemicals. Pool hours changed. Smoke detector battery went off at 1:00 AM for over 20 minutes.

  • Beautiful pool and public areas.
  • Room heater was noisy and hard to control.

“Most of the rooms we have stayed in are very nice only this one time did we get a sub standard room. Not terrible just a noisy heater that was hard to control. I did not tell them about it, and if no one else does they probably don't know about it. We have stayed here at least 6 times. Clean wonderful food. Room service was great.”

  • That the actual price of the hotel is too high - not worth it.

“I enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were okay. Staff was very nice and helpful. Even though it was located right off the interstate - it stayed quiet. The food was very good. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family for a cheaper cost per night.”

  • Very good amenities.
  • The hotel was dated and many things were out of order.

“We were please with our stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel has many pleasing amenities. The only obvious drawback was that the hotel seems a bit dates as many things were out of order (An elevator, the ATM, the air hockey table, the pool table, the air conditioner on the top floor common area, the token machine, etc). For one visit, it was an extremely high number of items, which makes one wonder if their maintenance program needs to be improved. Fortunately, many of the items were not things we wanted or planned on using, thus it did not severely interfere with a pleasant stay.”

  • The lobby was nice and the staff was friendly but not overly friendly.
  • The hot tub was very cold, the heater was broken and no one cared about it. They had a wedding going on and that was more important than any others.

“I would maybe go back. The room was ok. The bathroom floor was dirty in some areas and could have been cleaner. The hot tub water was ice cold and the heater was broken. The front desk did not care; they had a wedding going on so everyone there was trying to please the wedding party and not the other guest staying there. There was no free breakfast coffee and tea only free. It was easy to find and back off the main road and I felt safe in the parking lot. The room air had to be on high to get any air at all there was no low working on our air conditioner.”

“The hotel was very good over all the only reason it did not get excellent was Saturday night the room next to us was noisy at 3am-4am took security almost an hour to quit them down it is hard to get back to sleep at that time.”

  • The bar, food was descent, bed was comfortable.
  • Noise level while trying to sleep. Say from 11pm-4am.

“Room was not the cleanest; bed was comfortable, very noisy during late hours, lots of slamming doors, and just general noise loudness in the halls. Food was descent, bar area was respectable; atmosphere was friendly down in the lobby¿”

  • Beautiful room & pool.
  • Parking, ants in bathroom.

“Our room was a pleasant surprise, much nicer than we expected. We have stayed here before and it was nice. This time, the Friday Saturday bar crowd and a wedding made parking in the evening hard to come by. There was an ant problem in the bathroom, traps set out. We couldn't manage to get waited on at breakfast and had to give up since we needed to get on the road. This is a beautiful facility, and we didn't run into these problems before.”

  • Indoor pool with rooms overlooking pool area.
  • Pubic hairs in the bed, heater/AC unit broken.

“Room was nice enough. Indoor pool area was attractive but had too limited hours of use. Called front desk after check in to tell them we found pubic hairs in one of the beds. Only remedy they had was to tell housekeeping the following day. Next day I returned at 4PM to find room not cleaned yet even though their log book said it had been cleaned. Room and sheets cleaned by 7PM. No compensation, only apologies given. Hotel description mentions free breakfast buffet. No free breakfast. Breakfast buffet was $10 per person. No emergency toiletries available between 9PM and 7AM as housekeeping is closed. Heater/AC unit was loud and non-functional. Housekeeping left dirty cleaning rag in sink.”

  • Great food, most of staff extremely friendly & helpful.
  • Originally I was put in a room, with a sliding door to the pool, room had strong chlorine smell. Sliding doors bad choice for women travelers.

“Great food, excellent efforts to improve hotel and make things easy for guests. When returning to the front desk to ask for a room change due to the chlorine odor and sliding door, the woman who helped me was very abrupt and not as helpful as the lady who checked me in and out the following day. Room service was okay, suggested they give a pot of coffee when coffee is ordered and butter and jelly when a bread item is ordered.”

  • Restaurant was very good with a friendly staff.
  • The person at the counter at check in was rude. She was taking what appeared to be a personal call and she made me feel I was disturbing her.
