• Location.
• Unfriendly staff.

“The hotel staff was not friendly or helpful. Pool was not clean. Cleaning staff walking in hallways without shoes on.”

• Easy to find.
• Nothing in the area - no where to eat.

“The hotel was very nice, the front desk worker seemed bored and wasn't very friendly at check-in but the other staff members were nice and courteous. We did have to drive about 20 minutes to find somewhere to have decent (not fast food) food, but otherwise it was nice for a one night stay.”

“Georgetown is a very small community near Rehoboth Beach, a very popular summer destination. Is the only hotel to go? There is another one that I will not mention.”

• Umm the cable television.
• Rudeness of the staff.

“I stayed at this hotel in August 2006, when it was about two years old. The rooms were small, the hotel had two floors, and no elevator. It was pretty nice, but when you first entered the hotel, it smelled like smoke. The shower leaked, there were lots of flies, and the pool was never open the three days I was there. I had to wait around in the lobby for about 30 minutes for them to prepare the breakfast (though it was during breakfast hours), and the staff was pretty rude about it. And when asked about the pool not being open, the staff just said they didn't know why it was closed, and refused to look into it. Overall, this hotel wasn't great, but it was pretty good. I got what I paid for, which wasn't too much.”

• Clean, personable clerks, well maintained, good rate.
• Food at breakfast seemed to be stale. And no plates were available.

“I was pleasantly surprised to find the condition of this motel very good. I usually stay at Hampton Inns but since there was not one in this area I chose the Comfort Inn. Everything was fine except for the breakfast. The bread products were stale and gave the impression that we were getting leftovers from some previous days.”
