• Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Went out of their way to be welcoming.

“Great value. Hotel was clean, attractive, and well maintained. Breakfast had quality offerings and was plentiful. All staff was helpful and friendly making this a great place to stay. Have stayed in upscale hotels that did not meet these standards.”

• The staff was outstanding. The rooms were efficient/clean/comfy...highway & roads right there....various chain & other restaurants within a mile.
• No store/restaurant or lounge on premise.

“It was convenient to everything. Had swimming pool AND hot tub that was clean and properly maintained. Staff was very focused, available and friendly.”

• Nice room, good furniture and beds.
• The bathroom in the room had a large crack running along the base of the walls; no molding.

“Overall, a very nice hotel. The hotel's location was only convenient to those using the nearby airport; otherwise the hotel location was not very convenient.”

• Horrible smell, no amenities to speak of, terrible breakfast.

“Yes, the staff was friendly enough, but the property itself smelled horrible. The stench from the stairwell was enough to make me ill. The smell was everywhere, in the hall, the rooms, the linens. We requested two rooms over three weeks in advance and requested that they be close to each other. When we arrived, our rooms were about as far away from each other as humanly possible. Our room overlooked the pool, with unattended kids screaming in it all hours of the day and night. The continental breakfast was laughable, and quite honestly, inedible, with the exception of the Belgian waffles. The computer in the "business center" was so full of spy ware and viruses that I was unable to use it and the fitness center has a treadmill and stair master Why bother at all? The only benefit was that it was right next to the Courtyard Marriott which allowed us to get a reservation over there. ”

• The girl in the front desk was very pleasant.
• Only one elevator - it was a wait at times.

“Located near a freeway, apple bees, CVS, (I forgot to get a discount with my hotel key at apple bees). The girl in the front desk told me that somehow they gave me a smoking room, and she changed it to a non-smoking room. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. I can't stand smoke.”

• Deadbolt on door did not operate properly.

• Staff was friendly, hotel was convenient to highway, very clean and well-kept.
• I cannot tell you one thing negative about this hotel. We loved it.

“Parking was very convenient to our room, the elevator took us to our floor, they put a luggage carrier outside our door on checkout, offered us cookies when we came back to the hotel from a night out, the shower was great, wonderful water pressure, the mattresses were very comfy, TV worked great, we cannot say one bad thing about our experience. We especially liked the 12:00 checkout time! We did not have to rush in the morning to checkout. We will definitely stay at a Fairfield Inn again.”

“Hotel staff was wonderful. Upon check-out, we discovered our car died. Staff member lent us jumper cables as well as sending another to use their car to jump ours. But it didn't work. But they let us use the Business Library resources even though we were already checked-out.”

• Warm cookies when we checked in.
• Noise from highway could be heard all night.

“Warm cookies were out when we checked in. The front desk clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful as far as directing us to restaurants and local attractions. The outdoor pool seemed nice but we didn't have a chance to use it. The room was clean and bright but we heard the truck noise from the highway all night. Complimentary breakfast was very good. I wouldn't mind getting this property again.”

• The pool, hot tub, and complimentary continental breakfast! And the friendly, warm staff!
• Room smelled a little smokey, or "off".

“Excellent location. There were some restaurants around. Very nice pool and hot tub. Excellent continental breakfast with cereal, fruit, and pastries. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. They allowed me an extended check-out time (1 pm instead of noon).”

• Somewhat difficult to find. The exit was not well marked.

“The night of my stay,there was a party of hockey teams. The children were noisy,running through the halls,fighting with ice at the ice machine. They were very disruptive. My stay at this hotel was not a pleasent one.”

“This is quite a nice Fairfield, certainly better than most. They have free hi-speed internet connectivity via in-room category five connections (that actually work). The bed was far more comfortable than I would have expected at this price. Free buffet includes hot waffles.”
