• We stay here about once a month, we like the beds, cleanliness, location and price.
• The beds in the room we got this time seemed a little more worn, mattresses not as good or needing replacement soon, I¿m not sure.

“We stay at this hotel about once a month and really love the price, location, beds, cleanliness. We were a little less happy than usual this time, and have paid a little more to stay somewhere else the next time we stay in this area. We'll see if we like that hotel better or not.”

• Rudeness of the individuals who worked there.

“The hotel advertised that you receive a continental breakfast. I went down for breakfast with my 10 year old son at 6:50am and started to serve ourselves. A very rude individual told me it was not time for the breakfast bar to be open, they still had approx. 10min. At that point we had already had food on our plates. We were told to proceed and the next day at check-out I get a bill for $18.00 each for breakfast. I understood it was free with my visit.”

• The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was really clean.

• We requested an extra blanket, and received not only 2 extra blankets, but also a cot and pillows. And we were not charged for the cot.
• There was nothing that we didn't like about it.

“Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Pool and gym are both opened early and stay open late, very convenient.”

• The staff was friendly, the price was great, the location perfect.

“Courtyard by Marriott in Bethlehem P.A. is a clean and efficient residence. There was a computer in the lobby for guest access, a small but working health facility, a conveniently located indoor pool, and a washer dryer. Everything you need is available in this clean and tightly run establishment.”

• The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the cookies yummy and it was quiet.
• The bed.

“This hotel certainly met all but one of the requirements of a 2 star hotel. Unfortunately, the bed felt like there was no mattress on it. In fact, I checked in the morning to see if there was anything over the box spring If I can't sleep, it's hard to recommend a hotel.”

“We liked this hotel as it is new and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also liked the indoor pool. The noise from the airport was bearable and didn't really impact us until the morning (we sleep late :)”

“This hotel is so easily accessable from the highway, yet you will not be bothered by any type of noise what so ever. The pool is well maintained. It's just right place to spend the night or two.Fantastic!!”

• supposedly I could get a different room if I asked and if they have. but the assistant mgr rejected.

“nice location (convenience to some nice restaurants, to Allentown and Bethlehem.). clean and comfortable. but if you like more space and more facilities (microwave, fridge), you might want to consider Residence Inn which is right beside courtyard.”

“The hotel was very helpful. I had to have surgery and my two siblings were coming from Michigan to Pennsylvania. The hotel was helpful and gave us a room with two beds. They even got us a microwave and fridge so that when I was there recovering my siblings would have access to food. I would love to stay with Courtyard Marriott again.”
