• The staff and breakfast was ok.
• The hotel was really bad, the rooms were not very clean, and the toilets were not working very well.

“I would rate that place very poor, and I will never stay their again.”

• Really enjoyed it! Had free breakfast.
• Very slow elevators. One broke!

“Friendly staff, had pool, small gym to work out in, free breakfast, and was close to our needs at Dover. Room had fridge and microwave. Very quiet!”

• Expanded breakfast selection was a surprise.
• Housekeeping was almost no existent.

“Front desk staff was useless. Originally gave us uncleaned rooms. Could not offer change for the laundry facilities and didn't have paperwork in order at check-out.”

• The Elevator.

“Everything for your breakfast in the lobby was gone there was nothing hot to eat when we got there and couldn't wait for the next round. I was there because my son was in the hospital there in Dover, De. That really disappointed me.”

• I liked the complimentary breakfast.
• I did not like that the elevators were slow.

“This hotel was very close to all of the major attractions in Dover. The employees were very nice and accommodating. There is a night club attached to the property but the rooms are away from this area. I would stay at this hotel again.”

• It was clean and economical. It provided a good breakfast.
• The sink and faucets in the bathroom needed replacement.

• The pool.
• The nightclub and the elevators.

“This hotel was what I expected for the money. It could be so much better if they would replace the carpet in the hallways and fix up the elevators. The room was clean and comfortable.”

• Roaches, attached night club, dirty carpet, paint smelling hallways, noise.

“This hotel was assigned 1 star. Hotel is under renovation and should not accept any guests. Hotel hall and rooms were dirty, bathroom had roaches, and carpet was dirty. Night club was housed in the same building and it was very noisy and drunken people were roaming in hotel parking lot. Overall experience was terrible.”

• Not much, other than it was quite, at least at the end of the hall.
• Hallways and elevator had rank smell, had to use stairs it was so bad.

“Would not recommend a friend. Appeared clean, had a stale musty smell in hallways, and the elevator smelled so bad, we had to use the stairwells and my wife has asthma, so it was an inconvenience for her. For the priced charged, I expected a lot better.”

• Room was close to were I parked my car.
• The bed and pillows were much worn.

“Was ok for an overnight stay but if it were for multiple nights, I would have stayed somewhere else with a higher star raiding.”

• Nasty smelling rooms and hallways.

“The rooms posted on hotels.com, are not the rooms available. The hallway was filled with Smokey mildewing smells. We asked for non smoking room which on side of the hall way was smoking and the other was non-smoking not too smart try having a whole floor designated for each preference. The room, the double beds were old (solid mattresses and springs worn out). The bathroom was mildewed Nasty caulking around the sink with built up dirt in the corners of the dirty floor. The room was just Nasty...”

• Halls musty smelling, one slow elevator working, mattresses and pillows need to be replaced w/firmer ones.

“Hotel is in fine convenient location, however the facility needs a lot of work to Improve your comfort. Replace mattresses and pillows. Operate both elevators.”

• The added extras in the rooms.
• It seemed a little dirty.

“The hotel was nice but like I said a little dirty in the hall ways and elevators the rooms were clean and the staff seemed friendly enough the check out was a catastrophe even thou we were paid for in advance the girl in charge of the desk did not know what she was doing what should have taken two seconds, took 10 minutes or longer.”

• The lobby and staff were delightful.
• Lots of "locals" coming and going, poor upkeep of rooms.

“I have traveled a great deal and rarely have I felt uncomfortable in a hotel. I did here. Very shabby and far too much "traffic" in and out of my floor by local people who were not staying in the hotel. The great thing was that each room had a nice fridge and microwave, and the desk staff were the equal of any four star hotel. The establishment is fortunate to have workers who understand that a pleasant word can go a long way toward offsetting an otherwise below average stay.”

• It is close to my son's house.
• Needs renovating. Too close to rough crowd at Extreme night club. Drug deals in parking lot.

“Staff was pleasant, nice lobby, but rooms are dark, bathrooms old but more importantly, I was afraid of the patrons leaving the nigh club attached to this motel. Why don't you list the Days Inn on your selection list.”
