• Located near everything.
• The view in my room.

• The added extras in the rooms.
• It seemed a little dirty.

“The hotel was nice but like I said a little dirty in the hall ways and elevators the rooms were clean and the staff seemed friendly enough the check out was a catastrophe even thou we were paid for in advance the girl in charge of the desk did not know what she was doing what should have taken two seconds, took 10 minutes or longer.”

• The lobby and staff were delightful.
• Lots of "locals" coming and going, poor upkeep of rooms.

“I have traveled a great deal and rarely have I felt uncomfortable in a hotel. I did here. Very shabby and far too much "traffic" in and out of my floor by local people who were not staying in the hotel. The great thing was that each room had a nice fridge and microwave, and the desk staff were the equal of any four star hotel. The establishment is fortunate to have workers who understand that a pleasant word can go a long way toward offsetting an otherwise below average stay.”

• It is close to my son's house.
• Needs renovating. Too close to rough crowd at Extreme night club. Drug deals in parking lot.

“Staff was pleasant, nice lobby, but rooms are dark, bathrooms old but more importantly, I was afraid of the patrons leaving the nigh club attached to this motel. Why don't you list the Days Inn on your selection list.”
