• It was clean, and had a kitchenette.
• It was VERY hot in the building, the room had only 1 dbl bed, staff was unpleasant.

“We got to the hotel, and it took too much time to be buzzed into the lobby by the girl working the desk. She was unpleasant, not rude just, just not very nice. We got our key and went to the room through the veryY hot hallways (80 degrees) to find and even hotter room. It took half the night to cool the room down to comfortable. There was also only 1 double bed in the room for me my husband and 2 kids under 5”

• Recliner in room, continental breakfast.
• Rooms are only given maid service for 7 day plus stay.

“Lobby staff is often away from desk with other duties and unavailable for assistance, not their fault. Continental breakfast very limited, 1 fruit, 2 bread products, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Recliner and bed was very comfortable, room nice size. Internet only available for an additional charge per day. Maid service not available for stays of less than 7 days. Towels, toilet paper, soap are available for asking. Shampoo would have been nice. Room had complete kitchen which was nicely supplied. There was a coffee maker, but ground coffee was only available for $1.00 from a vending machine. However, on a plus side, there was coffee and juice available 24 hours in the lobby.”

• Great amenities: fridge, microwave, internet, roomy.
• Disappointed there was no breakfast served on weekends.

• Nice clean grounds, good sized room, full kitchen.
• Key sensor did not work to get in from outside.

“A very good value in that you can make your own meals there. Lots of space. Set up well for business travelers. A bit annoying not to have maid service daily (i.e. no new towels, unexpired trash).”

• The hotel room was extremely spacious and accepted pets which was the best part.
• I requested a non smoking room and the room smelled like smoke and had hair in the bathroom.

“The bed was very hard to sleep on, and there wasn't air conditioning in the hallways. Our room smelled of smoke and we requested a non-smoking room, but they accepted pets and the room was very spacious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in the area of one.”

• I liked this hotel that I felt like home. I can cook my meal.
• kitchen utensils were rusted especially spetula

“We were very much pleased to stay at Homestead studio suits.we got all the comforts that we wanted.only thing is there is no daily house keeping.we had to asked for everything.but we did'nt mind to ask. we had nice time in Philadelphia.”

• no linens for the pull out bed, no pillows at all

“I was just happy to get a room. THis place was conveniently located, but definitely caters to the more long term stay (About half the hotel was laborers, put up by their job)When I got there, the room they gave me had a bed and a chair.”

• Woken up at 7:00AM both mornings by banging pipes and loud people in hallway

“When I checked into my room there were 3 apparently drunk people loitering in the hallway directly outside my room. When I left half an hour later, they were still there, hanging out in the hallway. The next morning I was woken up at 7:00AM, first by these Mexicans running up and down the hall and slamming doors for about an hour. Also, the hotel had an incredible plumbing problem - the pipes clanged and rattled constantly, and it was so loud that it sounded like a jackhammer.”

• On Arrival Fri PM Staff told us Continental Breakfast was being served Sat and Sun, actually it was not.

“We stayed 3 nights, Fri, Sat, Sun. Hotel was clean. For a Suite, room was smaller than expected. It did have a kitchen with full facilities, and full size refrigerator. Staff was not well trained. Upon arrival Fri. PM, front desk person told us that Free Continental breakfast would be served Sat and Sun. I had read somewhere that this chain did not serve breakfast Sat and Sun, so I asked "even on Sat & Sun?". The answer was yes. Needless to say, there was no breakfast upon our arrival for breakfast on Saturday morning. The clerk at the desk different one) apologized, asked what we wanted, and went and got us some bagels. Very nice). On Monday morning we went for the free breakfast, and they were out of orange juice, and didn't know it, looked for more, couldn't find any more. Had all weekend to restock it but failed to do so! Other than that, uneventful stay.”

• Large room with a full kitchen that included stove, dishwasher, and utensils.
• You can hear the neighbors through the walls.

“Large rooms with all the comforts of home, including stove, dishwasher, kitchen island, and comfortable living room. The service was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus.”

• The room was dirty and in bad repair.

“I've stayed here before, even in the same room. The hotel is generally ok, but they say they offer a pullout bed in each room but there was none in mine, just a broken Lazy-boy. The floor was dirty and there was a discarded condom wrapper under the bed. I've seen worse, but I've seen much better for the price.”

“In general the staff was inexperenced. How ever the young lady working on sunday night was very helpful. We had requested a towel change for sunday and it went undone. The towel change was unavailable for saturday. Ther was a used q-tip in the hallway from friday through sunday. Finally, if there is a way to request only the city of Exton it would be helpful.”

“Although the hotel was difficult to reach, it was clean and comfortable and the staff was pleasant. The rooms are large and contain everything needed for a very nice stay.”
