• They have your room door open for you when you check in.

“Very nice and
clean. Comfortable beds (not too soft, not too hard). Climate control was good. WiFi good. Staff excellent. Breakfast good - a little bit more than the usual continental breakfast. Liked how fresh coffee was available in the lobby at all times.”

• Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

“We arrived very late/early morning and was greeted promptly by the front desk agent. We needed a late check out due to an appointment running behind schedule and the hotel staff made arrangements for us and didn't mind giving us the extra time for free. Hotel was actually better than expected, beds were softer than most 3 star hotels I have enjoyed. I would stay there again in a Heartbeat.”

• I like the fact that the hotel was conveniently located. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. The staff was friendly.
• I did smell smoke early in the am.

• The front desk was so accommodating, allowed us to check in early and was so pleasant about it!
• The blankets were a thin sort of through, draped between two sheets.

• Very clean, nicely decorated and well lighted.
• Received 2 prank phone calls 4:15 a.m. Also, lamps in room a bit worn.

“Hop and a skip from Dover Downs. Close to many restaurants and shopping, quiet, safe, attractive, clean, well lighted, comfy beds, free continental breakfast (free). Would definitely stay here again.”

• Clean rooms, comfortable beds w/lots of pillow. Friendly staff.

“This hotel was well worth the price. There were many positives to this hotel, too many to list. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable w/a lot of pillows. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which was very nice. I only had a one night stay, but it would definitely be a place I would stay again for one or multiple days. It is confidently located to many places to eat, the casino, and the mall.”

• We were very surprised to see a fridge and microwave in the room.
• The beds are kind of hard, the pillows are wonderful.

“This hotel was very nice. I told the desk that we had been at the Flamingo hotel in Las Vegas three weeks ago and the room at the Fairfield was a tremendous upgrade. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, quite, and amenities were outstanding. The desk clerks were very nice and helpful.”

• It would have been better if the late checkout were later that 1 pm for the event I was attending.

“The hotel was in a very convenient location and the lobby and landscape was extremely clean. The hotel staff from check in to departure went above and beyond their duties. The breakfast provided had excellent choices and varieties as well as an attractive place to eat them.”

• The Marriott name guarantees me with high expectations in room accommodations and friendly staff.
• I just wish that they would raise the height of the toilet; I feel it is rather low. That is all.

“Exactly what you see in the front lobby is a reflection of what you can expect when you enter your room. Very clean and comfortable accommodations, the fact that the room has a clean microwave and refrigerator are a feature that is quite practical and convenient. I totally enjoy the many TV channel choices provided as it is a nice place to get away.”

“I requested 2 double beds and was told that would cost more than a king bed. Never have I heard of this previously, usually the king room is the upgrade. The front desk clerk was not interested in resolving the issue.”
