“Over all an ok stay. Had some problems their that should not of happened and surprised a big hotel like that did not make better accommodations because of it.”

• Friendly staff and nice breakfast.
• Faulty air conditioner.

“Nice hotel, friendly staff, liked the shower head. The fridge was unplugged and the carpet was wet in front of the fridge. Also, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner made an extremely loud sizzling-bang with sparks flying. At first, I didn't know what lit up the room and exploded, and I thought I was dreaming. About 30 minutes later, I saw it happen. I changed the temperature control on the AC, and it never happened again.”

• Had to walk too far to room.

• Location and price.
• No problems.

“Check in was fast and no hassle. Was on road and had late arrival, but had no trouble checking in. It was just like walking into the house and going to sleep. They just hand you the key and you're in your room. Check out, you just drop the key off and on to your destination.”

• Convenient to Salisbury university. Good breakfast.
• Smelled really clean but there as mold/mildew in shower and room was very dusty.

• Good location.
• Lots of dirt in the pool.

“No breakfast on the weekend. Pool hours are 10am to 9pm. Not 6are as advertised. Pool was filthy. No trolley cart to move goods to room, even when hotel totally empty. Had to interrupt staff conversation to get service. Staff looks like they could care less. Should be one star not two.”

• The price was affordable and the stay was ok.
• The location was a little difficult because of traffic.

• Room was large; beds very comfortable; liked microwave and refrigerator.
• Traffic noise from Rt 13; too much light came in window even with curtain.

“The Ramada was clean, affordable and we enjoyed the room because it was large and came with a microwave and refrigerator. It is located on a major highway. The breakfast buffet was good.”

• It was fairly convenient for my travel plans.
• Nothing really to complain about.

“Overall fairly nice front desk personnel, room was clean ,didn't spend enough time at hotel to enjoy indoor pool, but felt that pool could have been a nice relaxing touch.”

• Rom dirty and sheets were not changed from previous guest.

“I am relocating to the area and at check in I asked about different locations and the front desk was not very helpful. When I pulled the sheets down to go to bed that night, they were filthy dirty and had previous peoples dirt and body things on them!!! The front desk changed my room but I still felt very uncomfortable. Very inconvenient! I would have expected a clean room with clean sheets upon check in because I spent my money at that hotel.”

• The view from our room was beautiful.
• Check out is 12:00 but maid was at the door at 10:00

“For the price, this was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nicely decorated. The only thing that could have used improvement was that the floor of the shower stall could have used some cleanser.”
