• It has Jacuzzi rooms which are not always available.
• Noise coming from the roof above our room, possibly ac unit on the roof, very annoying.

• Only one, slow, elevator.

“I got in late and left early, so my stay was limited. But it was clean, staff was courteous, bed was VERY comfortable, and continental breakfast had some amazing selections.”

• The continental breakfast was more like a FULL BUFFET with many choices and good food.
• Nothing.

“It is a very reasonable, comfortable hotel. The breakfast was very enjoyable and an extremely pleasant surprise. The hotel met all our needs at a very good price.”

• Excellent room, excellent free breakfast!
• Location not where map quest nor Garmin GPS showed it

“Very clean. New. Easy in and out. Nice room. Free internet in room, and free computer with printer in lobby. Printer in lobby used to print my boarding pass. What a great idea. Free breakfast was more than any other hotel I've seen; Make your own hot waffles, cereal, even hard boiled eggs and all the expected things. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Location: Their address would have you believe they are 4 miles south of actual location. GPS and Map quest failed to find them.”

“This is a very well managed hotel with a friendly and sincere staff. The continental breakfast is well stocked and good quality and served in a clean comfortable environment. The rooms are well maintained and very comfortable. I will certainly keep this one at the top of my list.”

• The staff was very cooperative, especially when the power went out.
• I got whiffs of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room.

“Excellent for overnight stay. Again, the staff responded well to an extended power outage, especially their assistance in finding alternative lodging.”

• Great better than usual breakfasts.
• No place to hang towels nor to hang a dress (just suits).

“Very nice place to stay. The breakfast was very nice and a step above the usual juice and Danish. No complaints except there was no where to hang towels and no place long enough to hang a dress. There was not a towel bar by the sink nor hooks in the bathroom.”

• Excellent attention to detail, loved the fresh cookies and breakfast.
• the location was not right! Map you gave me was 15 miles off!

“Very impressive place. In-room micro, fridge, high-speed Internet Pool and exercise room a bit sad, but more than made up for it with excellent customer service. Hotel staff made me feel special, even if I only paid $46 for the room. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.”

• Room was cheerful, neat and clean. Very good continental breakfast. Computer in lobby for public use.
• It was farther away from where I needed to be than I expected. This address cannot be accurately Map quested. Call for directions.

“The Fairfield Inn exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort and quiet. The rooms were well-equipped and nicely decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. USA Today was placed at my door in the morning, and there was a wide variety of food and beverages to enjoy at the complimentary continental breakfast. ”

• Clean, well appointed room, good value for money.
• Very poor noise control - plumbing noises, thin walls, doors slamming, parking lot noise, etc.

“A very nice room and a clean, well-run hotel, but with the poor noise control we have come to expect from some Fairfield Inns. Not a good place to get a night's undisturbed sleep.”

• Pool was not open.

“At first they offered me a smoking room-- but refused and ended up putting me in a king non-smoking. The room was nice but someone else got the boot from this hotel.”

• Too close to road, traffic noise.

“Nice clean, a bit noisy. Too close to the highway. Staff was pleasant, helpful. If your a sound sleeper, no problems. If you are bothered by road noise, go someplace else.”
