• very friendly staff. pleasent and smiling.
• no fresh towels everyday. no made bed every daY.

• Excellent value, clean, friendly staff
• Difficult to locate hotel, noise transmits through floors

“Overall great value, clean room, helpful staff. Tough to find hotel from major highway. Suggest requesting 3rd floor room-- we heard every step from the occupant in the room above-- including the stumble to the shower at 5 am.”

• Good kitchenette. Quiet.
• Terrible mattress. No hotel staff on Saturdays.

• I was able to exit safely on my last day.
• It was very uncomfortable and the wireless is not reliable.

“I am very unhappy with this place. None of the prior times I visited were all that enjoyable either. 1. There is only WEEKLY maid service.2. The wireless has never once worked for me first time I try. It is the only place where I have problems. After two days, the vendor finally acknowledged there was a node down, but nothing could be done because there was no hotel staff there to do what needed to be done. Essentially it was USELESS to me, and that is a problem.3. The bed, pillows and linens in use were uncomfortable and in need of replacing. They were more fitting a of one star, not a two star.4. They have far few stations available on the TV then any of the other hotels.”

“Very good location for business travelers, with a convenient location to major interstates. It is located in a business park-like setting in suburban Delaware. The hotel was very clean, organized, and of good value for the money.”

• Homestead Studio Suites should be changed to 1 star.
• This hotel did Not allow the double bed.

“This hotel has bed smell and small room.And I can not use internet line for nothing.They required me to pay some money for using wireless.”

• It was located within minutes from restaurants, and directly off of I95.
• The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude, the room I checked into was dirty. Big turn off!

“I have used a lot of hotels, and I have also worked in the industry for more than 10 years. This is the first bad experience and I hope that it is my last. The halls, and elevators were clean, but the room was dirty at check in, it happens, no big deal, but desk clerk should apologize for the mix up and offer to help relocate to new room. She just looked puzzled, and when I asked to move to a different room, she hesitated, but then just put a new key on the counter. I was very unsatisfied with Homestead!”

“The hotel which I was booked into was the best deal I have ever encountered. The entire process was great. From check in to check out. Very clean and in a great location.”
