“This hotel is the worst one I have ever stayed in. We checked in on a Wednesday and out on the following Sunday. During this stay our room was only cleaned 1 day. If we wanted clean towels or supplies for the room since it wasn't cleaned we had to get them ourselves at the front desk. The housekeeping staff would list our room as "do not disturb" in the computer so they would not have to clean it even though we took the do not disturb sign with us when we left. The toilet overflowed and the staff would not leave the desk to look at it or call in help. Instead they had my 16 year old daughter come to the desk to get a plunger so she could fix it herself. The elevator is scary with lights blinking at times. The front desk staff rude (especially Katrina) and refused to call the manager or allow us to speak with him on the phone. The owner was on the premises and refused to speak to us or set up an appointment to discuss the problems. They post a 100% satisfaction guarantee in the room but refuse to honor it. I would advise that you never stay at this establishment. ”
