• It was right on the beach in a great location right in the middle of the strip.
• There was only an indoor pool. An outdoor pool would have been nice since I was traveling with children to young for the ocean.

• Incredible view, great location.
• Lobby smelled like chlorine from the indoor pool.

• It was clean, staff was polite, it was quiet, and it was available.

“This hotel was great. I booked it at 10:15 pm and we checked in at 11:30 pm. the staff was great, courteous, very helpful.”

• The location is convenient and all the rooms are Oceanside.
• Very motel-like in the rooms. Much-needed repairs.

“The first room I was put in smelled like smoke, then the second room they moved me to have a toilet which had to be flushed several times after each use. The shower took forever to get hot water flowing. I was very disappointed with the closet-sized fitness center and lack of equipment. However, they do have a small pool and hot tub.”

• Friendly well kept, beautiful ocean view, good food.
• Not enough parking.

• House keeping not good bath room window stain dirty.

• The bed was very comfortable and the view was excellent.
• The shower head had a leak.

“Hotel was great. It had a neat appearance and nice people. The room was comfortable, the view was great and the room had lots of information available. The availability of a coffee pot and coffee was a great help. Over all I had a wonderful experience.”

• All rooms ocean side, central location, quiet, large rooms.
• Pool and whirlpool dirty, front desk staff rude and are not very helpful, only one elevator working order long wait and had to take the stairs.

“Good price for Va Beach, Good location clean rooms with refrigerator but had to ask for a microwave. Dirty pool and whirlpool. Front desk people where not well informed and did not know the area for directions or what events where going on. Nor were they interested in finding out for you. Only one parking place per room so you can't have any visitors even for the day and parking at the beach is hard to find with all the regulations and permits.”

• The location is excellent, right in the middle of the boardwalk and accessible from front and back.
• I didn't like the fact that there was no sliding screen door leading to the balcony, just a glass sliding door.

“The staff were professional and provided good information about dining establishments. They were quick to respond to my request for new bed linens and even extended my check-in and check-out times.”

• The view of the ocean was great.
• Our room was not clean: night table, bathroom.

“An okay visit. Will be nicer when the elevator problem is fixed. Staff were friendly and parking was adequate. Our bathroom and the door were not clean. The night stand and telephone was sticky. I had to wipe them down.”

• Clean, perfect location, very friendly, gave us fridge & micro and respected our wishes.
• No complimentary breakfast.

“Our stay was excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and the price could not be beat. We are a family: 2 adults, 4 children ages 6-12.”

• Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• I was given a smoking room and the odor was almost unbearable until I sprayed extensively with Lysol.

“The hotel staff were extremely helpful. Beds and linen were clean. Bathroom was clean and very functional. The ocean view was wonderful. The room contained a refrigerator and everything functioned as expected. However, the smoke odor was terrible and there was caked dirt on the heating and cooling system vents. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel.”

• Did not check their records to see that room was prepaid; not return phone calls.

“ The room itself was fine. The hotel staff was not overly friendly or helpful. I think they were understaffed. The hallways and elevators were extremely hot. The pool was dirty and the hot tub did not work. The food was good, except we could not order breakfast and had to eat buffet every morning. I would like to have been able to order a meal instead. Parking was bad; the lot was crowded and too small. The beds were comfortable, so were the pillows. I was glad to have an ocean front room.”
