• Thank you for allowing dogs and putting us on the first floor.
• Bathroom was small, couldn't close door unless toilet seat was up, loose flush handle, and a icky shower.

“Appreciated pet friendliness. Beds were hard. Didn't care for bathroom split design (shower and toilet in one area; sink and mirror outside).”

• I did not like anything!
• There was nothing I liked!

“The elevator was very loud in its ascent up and descent down. I had a smoking room and there were no windows to open to let the smoke out so we never smoked in there. The toilette had makes from where someone put out a cigarette on the seat and there was something on the walls of the bathroom. The room stunk and it wasn't from cigarette smoke. It was the worst experience in a hotel that I have ever had! I will never stay at another Days Inn again it was disgusting!”

• Easy access to I-90 and hassle free check in and out.
• Smoky smell throughout the hotel.

• Dirty, smells like cigarettes, someone had a barking dog.

“The hotel itself is not bad - but it's not clean, it reeks of cigarette smoke, and overall, it does not compare to other budget hotels at the same location.”

• It was in a convenient location, right off the thruway.
• It was very dirty. Not thoroughly cleaned in a while.

“The room looked like it had been remodeled about 10 years ago, but never updated. The room, even though we had a fridge and coffee pot, was not clean. Cobwebs, dust accumulation on baseboards and corners, tub wasn't very clean, etc.”

• There was a decent continental breakfast bar.
• A deposit is required to use the phone for outside calls even if only local.

“This is a good, solid, clean four-story hotel. It is removed from, but convenient to, highways, downtown, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are good sized and free wireless internet is available. It could use a second elevator.”

• They are located just next door to a "Dennys."
• The attitude of the staff was very poor, especially the daytime front desk manager.

• It was clean.
• Unfriendly staff.

“My wife I arrived early and were told our room was not available yet, which was fine. I then asked the clerk if my wife could use the ladies room as she had to relieve herself because we had just gotten off the road from 3 hours of driving. He stated that there was no restroom and we would have to go elsewhere. I then asked if she could use the employees restroom as she had to go real bad and he said no, its just for employees and he was very rude about the whole situation. We then went across the street to hotel six and they let her use the restroom.”

• Cheap.
• Mold, smoke in non smoking room, pit bull.

“A bathroom with mold on tub and shower curtain. There was a pit-bull in lobby which a man was trying to hold back on a leash. I left after a 1/2 hr/ I refused to stay there with my toddler.”

• I thought the staff was very pleasant and quick to respond to all of our requests, the room was cleaned daily.
• A water pipe had broken and we were not informed until after check in.

“The Days Inn is a family friendly low cost hotel. The rooms are fresh and tidy, the staff is eager to please. Over-all, good experience, we would stay again.”

• Beds not very comfortable; facility is old.

“The hotel was just fine for the price paid. It was far better than many hotels we have stayed in for more money, and more than I would expect for a one start rating.”

“Hotel is close to the center of the city, close to the On Center convention center, but is not the greatest quality. Rooms are very plain with no amenities (except wireless internet), and the rooms were not as clean as they could have been. The normal price is extremely overpriced, but the price we paid was comparable to the quality of the hotel room.”

• No internet access if you did not have your own computer.

“Bare bones hotel. I was disappointed that there was no means of internet access if you didn't bring your own computer. Location is remote--nothing happening in that neighborhood--no nearby bars or entertainment. Bathroom door scraped against toilet seat.”
