• The lobby is beautiful. I especially like the koi pond.
• The rooms are not nearly as nice as the lobby. They do not look like they had the same remodeling done.

“We had to change rooms three times. We paid for a room with a king bed and sitting area. The first room was extremely noisy, we thought there was construction going on in the room next door and requested a different room (we later saw that the room was a utility closet, and the employees were just very noisy, and kept slamming the door.) The room we were moved to was the same type (king bed with sitting area), this room was quieter but the bathroom was very dirty with hairs and bugs in the bathtub. We requested yet another room, and at least this one was clean. The rooms are not remodeled to the same quality the lobby is. The furnishings seemed cheap and dated. One good point is the bed was very comfortable. However, the bed was made incorrectly with just a flat sheet draped over the mattress, not a fitted sheet on the bottom. I also did not find the staff very helpful. The shower was also a disappointment with only a trickle of water, barely enough to get clean. In two of the three rooms we tried there was no privacy door sign. Just another example of the lack of service and detail given to each room.”
