• Great Airport location, nice room, comfy bed.

“The location was great for what I needed, literally 5 min or less from airport. The hotel had a nice snack room to purchase late night items and the prices were great, 50 cents for a soda and a coupon to get one free! The room was set up nice with necessary appliances etc. Friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised.”

• Large rooms.

• Great room! Exceeded our expectations.
• Parking is a little tight.

“Very nice hotel. The room exceeded my expectations. I was traveling with my wife and two small children. They absolutely loved the room. The only problem we had been with the local restaurant that was supposed to have a delivery agreement to service guests at the hotel (Fresno's). They refused to deliver and when we tried to order to go get the food, after waiting on hold, we were hung-up on twice. Not good, but I don't hold anything against the hotel.”

• It was clean, have had a comfortable, home-like feel.
• I was given a non smoking room, which I didn't like.

“My only concern was the non smoking room. So it made sleeping a little uncomfortable because of the odor. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.”

• I liked having a kitchen and grocery available in the hotel.
• Everything was very good.

“I had but a brief one night stay at this hotel but if I'm ever in Syracuse again, I plan to look it up to stay there.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and its really close to Syracuse airport.
• The parking was a little difficult.

“The Candlewood Suites, Syracuse Airport had very friendly staff and was very quiet. It was also very close to the airport which was wonderful for our red-eye flight. Parking was a little tight though.”

“For the traveler who wants a clean, quiet hotel within 5 minutes of Hancock airport, this hotel is perfect.”

“Got good service from Tony at front desk regarding my needs. However upon arrival the cot I requsted for one of my children was not in the room. Furthermore, we were not awakened at the specified time requested for a wakeup call. Fortunatly we made our plane.”
