• The bed was comfortable.
• Smelled, broken window in room, and
  no street sign or hotel sign to mark location.

“I would not recommend it at all. It was extremely run down, ice was 3 floors below. The halls smelled of dirty feet. The window in our room was broken, and was taped to prevent further cracking! No locked doors on side entrance which is not safe!”

• Friendliness of the staff.
• Spiders on the floor of bathroom, noisy.

“It was clean, but there were spiders walking on the floor of the bathroom. Heard noise from guests walking the halls all through the night. The only view was of the parking lot. The noise from the surrounding buildings woke you up with the sun.”

• The room had not been cleaned and was not noticed till next morning when going in to bathroom to take shower.

• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• Although, everything looked extremely clean, the elevator smell was disgusting.

“Based on my first stay at a Comfort Inn, had it not been for the terrible odor problem, I would have been happy to recommend it and also stay again, unfortunately, I will not.”

• Friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, large rooms, and quite.
• Very hard to find, sign not visible coming from the direction that we did. Stopped and asked directions.

“We found the hotel friendly, personable, staff was very accommodating, helpful with directions and willing to talk or listen when they were not attending their position. They made you feel welcome and not like some hotels where all they were concerned with was the money. They made you feel like family.”

• It was clean, the people at the desk were very friendly and helpful The public space was welcoming; the room was all that I expected it to be.

• Location was convenient. Waffle maker for breakfast was good.
• Smell of smoke in hallway and room.

“I ended up with a smoking room for 2 nights and the smell was horrible. I had to keep a window open most of the time to help "air it out".”

• Good location, price, and decent breakfast.
• Old, dirty, and smelly.

“Great location. Staff is very friendly. The place is dark and dirty. There is a bad smell in elevator. The sheets and blankets seem old and worn. I have stayed multiple times but I can't stay here anymore. It is time for a renovation.”
