“Very attractive, easy to get to. Room was very comfortable.” Sep 13, 2009 by
Roman from North Royalton,OH
“The room seemed old and not taken care of properly. Exposed outlets, dirty carpet, Sep 11, 2009 by
Arlene from Clifton,VA
“Attractive rooms, all non-smoking.” Sep 9, 2009 by
Rob from Arnold,MD
“Told me I couldn't have a king. I think I was one of the first to check in that day. I know bed size requests are not guaranteed. This has never happened to me before - even at other Sheraton's.” Sep 3, 2009 by
Tamisha from White Plains,NY
“It was very nice, clean, comfortable and a very friendly staff.” Sep 2, 2009 by
Johnnie from Southlake,TX
“Desperately in need of a face lift and a thorough cleaning. Not well kept up. Hardly a 3.5 star hotel.” Aug 19, 2009 by
Greg from Northville,MI
“When traveling with family, including grandchildren, I rate a hotel by the following: Safety, cleanliness, quiet location, price, amenities and staff performance. This hotel's staff performed well, it was clean and neat, the pool was too small and indoor, it was located near a freeway that was loud and there was noise coming from their banquet room and air handling units all night.” Aug 7, 2009 by
Lyle from Winfield,KS
“The rooms in the hotel were fine but the entire hotel had a smell to it. The public areas were rather average, but the rooms were okay. It smelled like pets and like heavy-duty industrial hand-cleaning lotion. The hotel was difficult to get to the first time--while we could see it from the Interstate some signs indicating how to get to the hotel would be helpful.” Aug 7, 2009 by
Bob from Centreville,VA
“The Sheraton Annapolis is clean, comfortable and reliable. A great place to stay.” Jul 24, 2009 by
Jason from Noblesville,IN
“The room was nice just dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor. Not very much help with luggage. Beds are comfy. Would never pay full price ever. Never seen a dirty hotel by Sheriton but, this one is. The elevator didn't work one day only had one working. I also never could use the ice machine on my floor for 7 days. Really how long does it take to get it fixed. I think a 3.5 star hotel you shouldn't have to go t o another floor to get ice. Not picky just stating the facts.” May 26, 2009 by
Al from Falls Church,VA
“Clean, comfy and May 12, 2009 by

“We enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. It was very comfortable, clean and nice environment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and stay here again in the future!” Apr 24, 2009 by
Joe from East Rutherford,NJ
“Happy over all with the hotel. But very disappointed with a place.” Dec 29, 2008 by
Kathy from Coppell,TX
“Thought it would be nice to be close to the mall, but it actually made getting in and out of the hotel quite difficult because it was Christmas week with lots of shoppers. Not sure how other weeks of the year compare.” Dec 15, 2008 by
Robert from Raleigh,NC
“They should explain the benefits of the stay upon checkin. The staff was very friendly and helpful otherwise.” Dec 9, 2008 by
Billie from Martinsburg,WV
“This hotel was beautiful.” Nov 19, 2008 by
John from Hingham,MA
“Good location. Needs updating. Room size is good. Towels, bed linens and temperature controls in room were not upto the mark. Elevators are slow.” Oct 20, 2008 by
Trevis
“It was ok. I was traveling on business. The staff was great, everything was clean. But, it wasn't outstanding. The bar was small & pricey and the restaurant had a limited breakfast that was very pricey for what was available.” Sep 14, 2008 by
Melody from Gardner, KS
“This hotel does not match the quality of other Sheraton hotels I have stayed at. The room smelled horrible when I checked in and my business partner was in a separate room and the same smell was there as well. It was apparent that the room was in the middle of construction as no pictures were hung on the wall and there were paint scraps in the bottom of the tub. I couldn't get the internet to work well. It reminded me more of a two star hotel.” Aug 12, 2008 by
Jane from Herndon, VA
“They gave us the room which was still under renovation. There's no slide door of the closet, fallen-off the wall bottom, and moldy and dirty bathroom. Although they admitted their mistakes and changed the rooms, we were very unpleasant with that kind of experiences.” Jul 26, 2008 by
Barbara from Dana Point, CA
“Good location, clean rooms, courteous staff.” Jul 26, 2008 by
Larry from St. Cloud, MN
“Stayed here only one night, but it gave us what we asked -- a clean place to recharge after a long day of driving through Pennsylvania and Maryland. Clean, but not deluxe. Located in a Business District, near a shopping mall with lots of restaurants conveniently located.” Jul 24, 2008 by
Don from Huntersville, NC
“Upon check-in I found the front desk to be rather unfriendly, however the remainder of my stay the staff was very polite and helpful. The workout equipment was top notch, and the rooms were small but very comfortable. I found the location to be very convenient for shopping, dining and hwy access. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would go back again.” Jul 14, 2008 by
Deborah from Irmo, SC
“Beautiful remodeling throughout the hotel. Our room was always clean when we returned at night. Staff went out of their way to help or answer questions. We will stay there again when returning to Annapolis. The mall was conveniently across the street so we could walk there.” Jul 9, 2008 by
Rhonda from Dinuba, CA
“It was nice but not fantastic. It was clean and comfortable with little amenities.” Jul 3, 2008 by
Nancy from Greensboro, NC
“We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated. We have no complaints.” Jun 27, 2008 by
Patty from Muleshoe, TX
“The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the people who worked at this hotel were helpful and charming! I would definitely recommend staying here!” Jun 16, 2008 by
Ray from Little River, SC
“Great location near restaurants and shopping.” Jun 9, 2008 by
Donna from Springfield, MO
“We really enjoyed the decor of the hotel. The satellite service was a bit spotty due to some severe weather in the area but overall, a very pleasant experience.” Jun 9, 2008 by
Connie from Homeworth, OH
“When checking out, I mentioned that my room was missing the hair dryer, the air conditioning unit was not operating properly and that the desk clerk the night before had told me it was a non-smoking room, when in fact it was a smoking room. The morning desk clerk listened politely, but offered no apology or any kind of promise that those problems would be taken care of. It seems to me that an "I'm sorry" is basic customer service protocol. That was the second time in one week at the same hotel that the desk staff behaved unprofessionally. Maybe it's a problem with Sheraton.” Jun 6, 2008 by
Carol from Washington, CA
“This is a great hotel to stay at. It's only a few minutes from downtown Annapolis but has several good restaurants in the same parking area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the maids are thorough. The hotel restaurant is a bit pricy.” Jun 5, 2008 by
Carolyn from Temple Hills, MD
“The hotel was great. Very comfortable, clean, friendly. I was very impressed and will definitely stay again.” Jun 3, 2008 by
Connie from Homeworth, OH
“Excellent, except for the lack of propriety with the front desk clerk loudly announcing my room number and a need for a roll away bed in my room.” May 28, 2008 by
Heather from Alexandria, VA
“Upon arrival, we noticed that our sheets had multiple stains. We called and asked for our sheets to be changed, although this was never done. We also had a remote that didn't work well, and we were never brought a new one. The movie we ordered stopped half-way through. We called and were told the movie would be taken off our bill. It was not, so we had to call again. This called finally worked in our favor.” May 24, 2008 by
Helen from Oceanport, NJ
“The bed was extremely comfortable especially the pillows. The staff was very accommodating, breakfast was good. Beware of gratuities being added to parties over six persons. Waiters should remind patrons of that fact.” May 22, 2008 by
Lilia from Saginaw, MI
“We enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay there again. The location was great; close to the mall and minutes away from the Academy where our daughter is currently attending.” May 22, 2008 by
Ryab from Glastonbury, CT
“This was a nice hotel. It had a pleasant, helpful staff, a good fitness center, and clean and comfortable rooms.” May 10, 2008 by
Jennifer from Flemington, NJ
“My dad died on the Saturday during our stay in this hotel. We had to extend our trip for 3 nights to attend the funeral. This was all unexpected and I wish there was a better way for you to handle guests with problems such as this.” Apr 28, 2008 by
Tom from Williamsburg, VA
“An excellent night's stay for a tired traveler. Many facility (banquet, restaurant, etc) not used.” Apr 22, 2008 by
Vicki from New Orleans, LA
“Close to Naval Academy, parking is free but would have liked it to be a little closer to downtown but stay was great. Quiet, staff friendly except maid staff, clean.” Apr 3, 2008 by
Todd from Edmond, OK
“Not pleased that I received a handicap room that was missing a light bulb in the only floor lamp in the room.” Feb 12, 2008 by
Cheryl from Arlington, MA
“For two nights of sleep the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, the shower head pointed towards the wall - even when you turned the head so you had to work at taking a shower! Not that I needed these services but, there was no one to drive the shuttle and no one to help with luggage. Overall the front desk staff was helpful. The waitress on Friday morning left a LOT to be desired - either didn't listen or understand something as simple as "nothing on my waffle and no coffee." Overall, my stay was okay.” Jan 4, 2008 by
Toria from Vienna, VA
“While the location is not the idyllic, waterfront area of Annapolis (instead it is in a suburban area with a mall across the street), the hotel is well-appointed, comfortable, and reasonably clean. I would stay here again.” Jan 3, 2008 by
Alison from Littleton, NH
“The Sheraton is tastefully appointed and well located. Drawbacks included: clerks trying to charge me twice for my lunch; the restaurant being poorly staffed and overpriced; the business center had two available computers, but only one was connected to a printer; we had to wreak our room several times for no apparent reason; and there were no vending machines to buy a soft drink. (Your only option was the overpriced kiosk near the front desk or the bar) Still was very pleased with the price of the room and the quality of the facility.” Dec 19, 2007 by
Tina from Windham, NH
“Overall, it is a pleasant place to stay. The common areas are open and reasonably comfortable. The first room had very thin walls and no room darkening curtain (it was missing). The people in the next room sounded like they were in our room! The second room was much quieter, and the staff was very attentive when I requested a change. There is traffic noise in the rooms facing the highway. The hotel appears to have technology issues. No one could print airline boarding passes (or anything) in the business center, and check in was negatively impacted because the credit card system was down. The food is mediocre and a bit pricey, and service was poor. The hotel is near a mall and several restaurants, so there are alternative dining options. Overall, this is an acceptable place to stay.” Dec 10, 2007 by
Tracey from Toano, VA
“Dirty bathrooms. One small bar of soap for sink and shower and it was never supplemented or replaced. Hair clogging tub drain. Asked about a shuttle to the Naval academy. Got a different answer every time I asked. At check in, I was told to be in the lobby at 8:30 to catch the shuttle. I was there. No shuttle. I asked the woman on desk duty. She said thee was no shuttle. Asked who told me there was. She called the man who told me there was a shuttle and asked him. He said the shuttle was only for groups. I am a big girl but Im not a group! No shuttle. Was now late getting to where I needed to be because of misinformation? Called down the next morning and asked about shuttle again. Was again told to be there at 8:30. I was. No shuttle. Same thing repeated on day 3. Ridiculous!” Nov 15, 2007 by
Tom from Sonoita, AZ
“Everything very nice, clean and enjoyable. Location good for shopping and downtown Annapolis access. Easy freeway access also. Received handicap room though did not need or ask for one. The mirror on the door of the closet was only really usable when in the open position, however, the closet door was difficult to open and close and when open you could not get past it easily. Needed more hangers in closet.” Nov 13, 2007 by
Kacey from Doylestown, PA
“I stayed in hotels rated as 3 star and they were well above the appearance of this place. There was barely a bar or restaurant. It was clean but you could hear through the walls, people talking etc.” Nov 8, 2007 by
Kiki from Arlington, MA
“We were initially given a very smelly smoking room built for handicapped access where the closet rod was waist high so that our clothes pooled on the smoky rug. When my husband went to the front desk to complain, the clerk was non responsive. The supervisor, overhearing the complaint, intervened and assigned a different room. The new room was acceptable, though the bed linens were some kind of sub standard synthetic. If price is your goal, this is a good choice. If you are looking for luxury and comfort, forget it.” Oct 30, 2007 by
Teresa from Morgan Hill, CA
“Rooms were very basic, carpet in hallway torn, bathrooms extremely small, if sitting on the toilet and someone opened the door, it would take out your knees. I expected better overall quality.”
