• Good location. Short drive to historic area.
• Dumpy. Claimed recent renovation? Where?

“The best western Annapolis is consistent with most motels flying the best western flag. Older, somewhat dumpier establishments well past their prime. Stay here only if you are looking for a low price. It's in a decent location about five minutes drive to the historic area and was reasonably clean.”

• Not much comes to mind! Rude staff! Smoky rooms, Hated it!
• Pretty much everything.

“OK so there were no bugs there but the hotel room was to be nonsmoking and it was so smoked filled that we couldn't breathe when we entered! I asked to get our room changed since I have health problems and small children with me and the hotel staff wouldn't move us at first! They came up and sprayed air freshener to cover the smell and told us to leave for a while to let it settle and take affect! Oh Please! Come On! That didn't work and finally I was able to get us moved! I wouldn't suggest going there again!”

• Close to rte 50 and Annapolis.
• No elevator for handicapped. Small bedroom open bath area.

“Location rather hard to find. No elevator to second floor. Just a small bedroom and open sink area that was objectionable.”

• Had a refrigerator and microwave.
• Hard to find, slow staff, free wireless too slow, TV problems.

“Just a basic older motel. Located behind very large business parking, lots off Riva road. Rooms open to the outside for easy access. Relatively clean and well kept up for the value. The staff was confused with the reservation at first, but after mulling around for a while everything was fine. The hotel offered free wireless internet, but during peak times it would not work. The TV only had about 15 channels and 2 of them had reception problems. Noise could be heard from adjoining rooms. Overall it is worth staying if you can get a low price.”

• Very close tom all and a great mini shopping center with giant and beauty first spa.
• Nothing.

“This hotel seemed very duchy, but the rooms are great and very clean, the house keeper was wonderful they all deserve a raise or free dinner or something, even a four star room was as clean as this one. They could more exterior decorating. They could also use a cafe around them.”

• The breakfast bar was nice and better than expected.
• Mold in the bathroom, cigarette burn in bedding in a non smoking room with ashtray.

“They are undergoing renovations which appear to be not great quality. We did enjoy the breakfast and front lobby and the staff, but the rooms smelled bad, there was mold in the bathtub and the exercise facility/equipment was very disappointing.”

• Carpet buckled hair on pillow, dated, worn, odor.

“The last time I stayed here the only thing I liked was that there was a bottle opener on the door frame, in my last stay the bottle opener was upside down. This should likely be a one star.”

• Free high speed internet and extremely friendly staff.
• Paper thin walls made it difficult to rest. Ask for the inside building!

“For the price we paid, we were very happy with this hotel. The staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was okay, and the free wireless high speed internet was a big bonus, but the walls were PAPER thin and we were woken up three times in the night by drunk people loitering on the motel balconies. The pool was also exceptionally small. However, there were two buildings in the hotel, one of which had inside hallways, so I wonder if our experience would have been better in that building.”

• Excellent location to driving traveler. Good continental breakfast.
• Exercise room equipment non-working, room telephone and adjacent room equipment noisy.

• I was first placed in the old building which was categorized by small rooms and paper thin walls and ceilings.

“Stay out of the old building- paper thin walls and ceilings, small rooms. The newer building is better but only has 2 doubles plus no Internet - they only have a transmitter in the old building. I'd pass on this hotel.”

• Friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. They care about your stay. They really do! Continental breakfast was fresh.
• Parking on the west end. Difficult to get to room in cold weather.

“This hotel has more than once gone out of its way to care for my needs as a business traveler. They are close to various good restaurants and they have easy access from the highway. I'd recommend them.”

• Room smelled badly.

“The hotel is located conveniently close to the highway. Outside access to all rooms, no elevator. Outside hallways were dirty and floor was spongy. I think it was starting to rot. There was a hole that was patched poorly in our room. The room smelled intolerably of smoke. I suppose you get what you pay for.”

• the hotel was clean and convenient location
• i asked for a king size bed they gave me a full (2 large people)

“The hotel was in a convenient location and the housekeeping was superb. I enjoyed the quiet as it was off the main road. I was astonished by the wonderful continental breakfast served there, and the cozy dining area provided (including outdoors). The staff was friendly and quite acommodating. Our hotel is definatley one I would return to!”

• the cleaning staff came in like 3 times to try and clean when we had a late checkout

• Good location for visiting Baltimore and Six Flags Park
• "Security" door to second building did not lock - anyone could get in without key card!

“Convenient location for surrounding areas, but security was not adequate for an inside-corridor hotel. The security door to enter the hallway was unlocked (should have needed to swipe a key card to get in), allowing anyone to enter or trespass. The room was OK, but the beds were very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast buffet was stocked and well-maintained.”

• We were with our daughter and son-in-law and asked for a room change that would locate us closer to them. We were pleasantly accomodated.
• It was raining and it was difficult to find the hotel. A taller sign would have made it easier to find under the circumstances.

• It had an awesome POWERFUL shower!
• During breakfast, the attendant handed us the rag to clean our table instead of doing it herself.

“Nice sized room, ceilings a little low and very humid when the AC turned off, but the SHOWER made up for all of that. The most powerful muscle penetrating shower I have EVER had. Almost pushes you over it's so strong!! Over all we had a nice stay, until we were on our way out. At breakfast we were crowded at a teeny tiny round table that was very unstable. My coffee kept spilling and I was wiping it up with napkins. Then the breakfast attendant came over and handed us this nasty wet rag and said "you keep puting too much coffee in your cup, here you can clean that up." It was insulting. Maybe she should have just done her job and fixed the table and wiped up after us instead of passing her responsibilities on to her guests and minded her own business when it came to my cup of coffee. Aside from that it was okay. Nice breakfast selection... cereals, yogurt, bagels, muffins, danish, oatmeal, etc.”
