• Friendly staff; nice accommodations.
• Would have preferred king size bed.

“While this hotel is set up for business travelers, it is a nice place to stay for leisure travelers too, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean rooms, easy to find and convenient to the docks and stores in Annapolis.”

• Lots of space, good breakfast.
• Not close enough to downtown Annapolis.

“Stayed at the Residence Inn over my daughter's wedding weekend. The rooms were great we rented both 2 bedroom suites and studio suites. The rooms were spacious, kitchen facilities were roomy and well stocked. The breakfast was plain, but very good.”

• It was roomy, clean, and well-kept.

“This was a wonderful hotel; I highly recommend that you stay. The room is like an apartment, with a full, though small, kitchen, a queen bed, a pull-out sofa. It was quiet and spacious. They serve dinner in the evenings (included with your stay) and a full breakfast in the morning. There is nothing I would change about the stay-except I wish I had stayed longer.”

• Internet didn't work; staff was smarmy; floors above me creaked.

“Ok overall. Nice breakfast. In my building I could hear every move made by the person in the room above me. No sound insulation in the walls or floors I suspect. Room was nice and well lit. Appliances worked well.”

• Had a kitchen.
• I was traveling alone with 2 small kids lots of luggage and was put on the 2nd floor without an elevator -not easy to get up the stairs.

“We weren't there long, but would stay there again. The only thing that I would make sure of the next stay is that I would request a first floor room, there weren't any elevators and I was stuck with two small kids and lots of stuff to get up to the room - my back was a mess!”

• Annapolis isn't the easiest to get around.

• I liked the hotel location.

“This hotel is good if you are traveling alone and do not expect much of anything. It does not live up to the expectations or the Marriott name. There was no standard hair dryer in the room, there were no extra pillows or blankets for the pull out sofa, and front desk staff was less than friendly. I was traveling with myself, spouse, and three children. Room was a lot smaller than I had encountered at another Residence Inn in another state.”

• They were professional about fixing the problem where I was booked into an occupied room.
• They booked me in a room that was occupied.

“Good Suites Hotel- with pool privileges at adjacent property. Breakfast is nice. Most rooms are in separate buildings, apartment-style. Staff was pleasant and fixed the problem to my satisfaction.”

• Great free breakfast. Decent free dinner (Monday, Thursday).
• Nothing.

“The residence Inn in Annapolis was great for our needs. We spend 4 nights there and enjoyed the great free breakfasts (pancakes, waffles, sausage, eggs, croissants, bagels and lots more), and even the decent free dinners which they serve Monday through Thursday evenings. Location was great. Staff was very helpful. Absolutely no complaints.”

• Full in room kitchen.
• Small bathroom; light fixture fell down in workout room and almost hit me in the head.

“Spacious rooms would make this hotel a comfortable place to spend a week away from home. The workout facility was not worth the time old machines and light fixtures that fall from the ceiling during your workout made it a dangerous place to exercise.”

• Computer and printer in lobby, could print out directions to all the places we were going.
• More expensive than what we needed. Bed and breakfast would be cuter.

“Very convenient for shopping. Loved the computer and printer in the lobby so we could print out directions to all the places we were going. Very comfortable, very clean, very big room/suite. Suites have full kitchen, very nice, if we needed to stay long term would be great. Too far to walk downtown, but fine with a car. I have no complaints. A great stay.”

• Rooms were large and very spacious.
• Not all rooms were accessible thru the main lobby.

“Nice hotel, rooms were large/clean, good for families. Internet worked fine. Good continental breakfast. Only drawback is that some rooms were in diff sections of the hotel which had separate entrances from outside.”

• Consistent with high quality that you would expect from a Marriott. Clean, comfortable, well maintained.
• Outside stairways could be cleaner.

“The residence inn - Annapolis is consistent with what business travelers would expect from a Marriott property - clean, modern, well maintained, and comfortable. Located in a nice business/office park environment, the location is a short drive from the Annapolis harbor area and the Navel academy. This hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers that are staying in Annapolis for more than a few days.”

• Very nice room layout. Very clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

“Would definitely recommend this hotel. Laundry facilities were conveniently located and very clean. I did not have an opportunity to use the pool but I very much liked the layout of the hotel around the outdoor pool. Also the room layout was spacious and felt more like a bachelor apartment than a hotel room.”

• The room was spacious, and the fireplace was a nice touch.

“This was a very nice hotel. The room was outstanding and the amenities were great. The breakfast I had was delicious. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to my friends and colleagues.”

• The area was very nice.
• We were not offered help when we said that my wife was having a hard time sleeping.

“We had a nice experience for the first 1/2 of the first night. My wife is 9 months pregnant and could not sleep in the bed provided. The hotel did not offer us another room or bed, we had to leave without compensation and we could not stay so lost our trip and our money we invested in the room. Because I lost all the money I did.”

• Excellent continental breakfast.
• Non-smoking room had lingering cigarette odor throughout the 6 days.

“This hotel is centrally located and has convenient free parking. The breakfast with hot items like fresh waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs was the best feature for us. The kitchenette was useful while traveling with our 5-year old. Queen bed was comfortable and fold-out couch was fine for our son.”
