• I believe the AC had dust in it and was a problem with my allergies. Odor coming from it.

“It is a nice hotel but not a 3.5 with paper cups in the room. They have wireless INS but my PC is not wireless therefore I was unable to use it in the room. Dust in the AC, perhaps bed spread and carpet were a real problem for me.”

• Snacks at the hotel.
• They would not help us with our bug infested room situation. We asked for help with bags to move to a new one and they wouldn’t.

“As of wedding parties stayed there. Did not get sleep at all. Awful! Bug’s in room.”

• I liked the computers and the nice fireplace, there was also a little patio.

• The staff was exceptionally helpful.
• The TV volume was broken.

“I have stayed here twice now and hopefully will be staying there next season when I return to Annapolis. I highly recommend the place as it is both affordable and convenient. But also because the staff is always very eager to help out in any way they can.”

• The young lady working the desk when we arrived was very friendly.
• It seemed in poor taste to me that we had to pay for an average breakfast.

“The hotel itself was great. I would definitely recommend to friends. I was unhappy that the breakfast wasn't complimentary. It was a buffet that included fruit, pastries, cold cereal, bacon or sausage and a waffle maker. I've had similar breakfast at other hotels without paying $10 for it. Very poor taste in my opinion.”

• The rooms were big and the hotel had a pool.
• Hotel check-in was not ready for 2 hours, unfriendly staff, and feces on the "clean" towels.

“I was very disappointed in this hotel. The staff was extremely unfriendly. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 but our rooms were not clean or ready for almost two hours. They blamed this on us-saying we booked through a 3rd party and would have to wait even though we booked 24 hours ahead of time. The most disturbing thing about this hotel was finding feces on the "clean" towels that the staff had placed in our rooms for taking showers. That was disgusting, uncleanly, and ridiculous for staying at a Marriott.”

• Location is ideal for the wedding we attended; to church and reception place, also not too far from relatives' place.
• The room did not have a small refrigerator nor a microwave.

• The hotel is beautifully landscaped. There were literally hundreds of beautiful tulips everywhere.

“The hotel is beautiful on the outside and clean on the inside. I tried to check into two rooms with my father and brother at 2:15. I was told no rooms were ready and that I needed to return later. At 5 pm, we returned and were told that all rooms except two rooms with King Beds were left and that the hotel was booked for the evening. I explained that I was traveling with my father and brother and that they could not share a king bed.”

• The linens were beautiful and comfortable.
• The male waiter in breakfast area was rude!

“The hotel's location was good for visiting Annapolis. Desk staff was polite however the male waiter with a foreign accent was very rude. He was hard to understand, made no effort to improve communication and was not pleasant. We would stay again, but will not eat breakfast at hotel.”

• I was with my 3 very young children. They had a crib, and sheets for the sleeper sofa. GREAT!

• Great bed.
• No hot water 2nd day I was there. I called front desk they told me to let it run which I did for 30 minutes still no hot water. They offered to move me.

“Room was great, clean, quite, bed was comfortable I slept well. Next day there was no hot water. I called the front desk and was told to let it run. I wound up taking a cold shower.”

• Cookies were nice and it was great to have true queen beds.
• Mold in the showers, towels were worn, shower head could not be adjusted, there was no coffee in the decanters on Sunday at 8:30 am.

“Typical Marriott Courtyard. Very nice. The only disappointment was with mold growing in the corner in the showers. Easily could have been cleaned with a little bleach. Room towels were old and worn. No one was refilling the coffee decanters on Sunday morning. Rooms were spacious and queen beds were very nice.”

“I was very pleased with my stay. As is typical with Marriott courtyards, the hotel and rooms were clean, pleasant smelling, quiet and comfortable. I arrived late so my family didnt get to try the indoor pool and Jacuzzi but they looked clean and inviting. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.”

“We enjoyed our two night stay at this property. The rooms were spacious and clean with a very attentive staff. Friendly staff with a positive attitude. I do feel that the hotel should include breakfast in the room rate.”

“Courtyard by Marriott Annapolis, MD is in a beautiful location and is conveniently located near many local attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are attractive, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Annapolis.”

• Very clean.
• Lock out of our room 2 nights in a row keys did not work. Very upset to have to put our stuff on dirty sidewalk to side door.

“Upset with desk as they were excused for the first key lock-out, second one was unacceptable tried to blame me. I have traveled with keys for many years. I called customer service and the rep. Was not buying the desk clerks "made-up tale" either. We were offered free breakfast-declined. This up-scale motel does not offer free anything breakfast 9.95 each for the buffet they offer. Something wrong with that picture?”

• No carts for luggage and key didn't work very well in outside door.

“It was a pleasure staying there with the couple of things that either were not available although we were told they were and the key not working very well in the outside door to get in when I was trying to take in luggage.”

• The location if the hotel.
• The hotel pool was used as swim club with a lot of young children really not being supervised.

“The price was excellent for the location. But the pool being used as club and the noise in the morning from the staff gathering outside of my room #170 was very upsetting that it woke my children up daily.”

“Good hotel. However, the Springhill suites have better rooms, pool, and free breakfast but are only a two star. This hotel is a 2.5 star, but I prefer the Springhill suites.”

“Hotel was great. At first I was given a room near the elevator and ice machine. I asked to be moved and was. A wedding party was in the hotel the night I was there and by 2:30, when I still could not sleep because of the noise, I contacted hotel management.”
