• This hotel was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and well staffed.
• There was nothing I disliked.

“The Marriott Baltimore Waterfront is an excellent hotel based on location to events and public transportation. Rooms are quiet and well-designed for the business traveler. An extra table or love seat would've made this room perfect for a leisure vacation.”

• Wonderful harbor view, harbor walk area and brand new carpet.
• Room without refrigerate, pool is a little bit small and water is not that clean.

• Location, very clean, staff great!
• Construction was outside our window. Obstructed some of the beauty of the view. Parking and food were very expensive.

• AC was unable to cool room-had to move to 3 different rooms.

“Great location, but I would never stay here in the summer. The AC units in the bedrooms were unable to cool the rooms and we had to switch to 3 different rooms and still not satisfied.”

• All aspects of our stay were first-class.
• The construction was going on across the street but not their fault.

“The hotel was in a fine location for enjoying Harbor place, Little Italy and Fels Point. All within walking distance. The room was exceptionally well decorated and most comfortable. We would eagerly stay here again.”

• Location was awesome, rooms were modern.
• Crowded because it was a holiday weekend.

“I had never been to Baltimore and was nervous that the hotel may be far from all the great attractions. It was right in the thick of it all-It was a short and nice walk to everything- Little Italy for dinner, the aquarium, the science center, the ballpark, and shopping! I would stay here again w/o a doubt. Request a room w/ a water view!”

• Distant walk from baseball, all else fairly close. Water taxi.

“We were pleasantly surprised by this newly updated hotel. Staff was amazing, beautiful views, pretty/clean public spaces. Even the gym facility was nicely appointed and very clean. We would go back in a minute!”

• We requested a refrigerator in the room and in the middle of the night it broke. We lost our food.

“Very clean, convenient and had a great view. I would recommend it to anyone. However, we requested a refrigerator for the room and it broke during our second night. Along with us losing some sleep due to the noise it made we also lost the food we had in it.”

“Oh my gosh. The room, the view from Harbor side, the quiet side of the Harbor, the walking access to everything (I never took my car from garage parking - we walked and used the water taxis to go everywhere), room service (food was great!). Wow.”

“This is a fabulous hotel in a completely remodeled upscale neighborhood in Baltimore. On one side you have the Inner Harbor and on the other is a great neighborhood complete with a whole foods and cool shops and restaurants. Around the corner is the Italian neighborhood. The front desk was great and gave us a beautiful room with a harbor view. Very clean and comfortable.”

• Front desk manager offered to upgrade my room to one with a fabulous view, when she didn't have the bed type I preferred.
• I initially checked into the wrong Marriott (the one closer to Camden Yards.) Bellman offered me a service car ride that cost more than a taxi would.

“We stayed here in June for a red sox game road trip. The hotel is located in a nice area with lots of shops, restaurants and movie theater. It is walking distance to several nice areas (little Italy, waterfront) and there is a water taxi stop directly in front of the hotel that gets you to lots of places for $9 a day unlimited rides.”

“This is a beautiful hotel, but, we were there because our son had surgery at Johns Hopkins. I asked to arrange for connecting rooms, so his medical needs could be looked after during the night. When we got to our rooms they were not connected and it took the hotel staff 2 hours to get us connecting rooms - after 2 hours they just gave us the one that was connected to one of the two rooms, we requested. My son was hungry and in pain, we were all very stressed from the day. They were very nice about it getting it straightened out but it should never have taken 2 hours to do it!”

• The hotel has no parking of its own. You must pay to park in a garage across the street.

“From the moment we (my partner and I) walked into the hotel, we were very pleasantly greeted by the kind staff. Arriving in our room was amazing because we had a beautiful view of Baltimore's Inner Harbor. The bed and other room features including furniture, bathroom, TV (LG LCD), and room service all were well above expectation. This hotel could not have been anymore perfect; however for those of you traveling to Baltimore keep in mind that parking is not included.”

“An attractive hotel, with a great location. They had a few restaurants, but Little Italy, Fells Point, or the Inner Harbor were not far away. The linens and toiletries were very nice, though the bed itself could use some updating. The water taxi stops right outside, and the aquarium is a few blocks walk. They even offered umbrellas when it rained. A good stay.”

• The parking was too expensive for Baltimore (self park $21/nite or $36 for valet).

“The Marriot was a pleasant surprise. We used the indoor pool (warm and pleasant). The room was updated and nice. The location was a shade off of the prime harbor area, but still a 5-10 minute walk and you were at the aquarium/world trade building. Had a great time and if you dont want to walk the water taxi does stop right in front of hotel ($9.00) all day and wherever it goes.”

• The location was perfect. The service was outstanding. The new renovations were A+. We could not have been happier staying there.
• I can not think of a single thing.

“This upscale hotel had a perfect location. Everyone I encountered was ultra-professional and polite. We stayed in a recently renovated room and it was beautiful - with a glass wall overlooking the harbor. The in-room coffee maker was a pod type coffee machine and the coffee was very good. The linens were all 100% cotton and very deluxe. We loved this hotel.”

• Construction outside made getting to and leaving the hotel a little difficult.

“Decent hotel at a good price for the inner harbor. Everything was clean, staff was nice and everything was quiet. We stayed on the 27th floor and had a great view. Im not sure its a 4 star hotel, but 3 1/2 is more like it. Id stays there again for sure.”

• When I sat down in the lobby during evening, by the lounge, noticed a scruffy person lying down on the couch w/pillow in hand.
