• Friendly front desk staff.
• Small beds in the double rooms.

“I liked this hotel. Great location, across the way from the Inner Harbor. Our room was a double and the beds were way too small, so I called the front desk to ask for a king bed. They didn't have anything - convention in town - so they upgraded us to a one-room suite. Amazing really. Really great bathroom amenities as well.”

• Staff was extremely helpful, smiled, and asked the right questions.
• Restaurant is overpriced and the food at breakfast wasn't the greatest.

“Room was quiet. Had updated fixtures and linens. Very clean. Had no idea as to the amenities at the hotel - nothing was mentioned in the hotel guide in the room. Bistro 300 restaurant is overpriced for the food. Service is good. Restaurants at other nearby hotels were better and less expensive.”

• Business data center - computers were non-functional and/or extremely slow.

• Great location, clean, and quiet.
• $27 for 24 hr parking is absurd.

“This Hyatt is in a great location near all the inner harbor attractions and within a couple quick blocks of Camden yards. It has a walkway that allows you to cross over to the inner harbor area without having to take your chances with street level traffic. It's clean, the rooms are very nice and quiet, and some rooms have a great view. I definitely felt safe being there too.”

• The hotel was decorated very nicely and conveniently located to everything we needed.
• Parking and in room items way over priced. Crying children next door sounded like in the same room.

“This was a very nice hotel with friendly staff however they seemed over worked and stressed out. There were two people trying to check out 20 people and others just standing there watching. Same at check in. They also asked us if we would like a double, queen, or king and we said king and they gave us a double anyway?!?”

• It was super clean and well decorated.
• The scents in the room. The perfume/ scent sprayed into/ coming out of the air ducts.

“Wonderful Hotel, sans the scenting of the circulating air.Yes, we complained to management at the front desk about the scent affecting our asthma and allergies.”

• We were leaving on a cruise the next day and it was close to the harbor.

“Very nice. The room was a little cramped. We asked for a king bed and they did not have one available. We should have took the two doubles instead of the queen.”

• Perfect location.
• Hotel food and parking were expensive.

“The room at the Hyatt Regency was elegant yet comfortable. The bed provided a good night's rest. The location was perfect- a very short walk to the stadium, to dinner, and to the inner harbor. It was a $6 cab ride back from Fells Point. Check in and check out was quick and easy thanks to self-serve kiosks in the lobby. Parking at the hotel was expensive ($27 per day) but worth it with the deal from priceline. It is also convenient to leave the car in the garage the full day of check out. Food and beverages from the hotel were far too overpriced and should be avoided.”

• The location to the inner harbor was great.
• Specific to our room, our window opened to the elevator, which was glass so we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy.

“The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. We were right next to the elevator and didn't hear anything. The pool was small, but great location on top of the building over looking the harbor (we did not swim, just looked). It was so close to the aquarium (the reason for our visit) and the sky bridges made it very easy to get across traffic. Traffic was busy around the hotel.”

“The Hyatt is a beautiful hotel, the rooms were large and very comfortable. We had a wonderful view and it was very close to the Inner Harbor as well as close access to the above ground transit. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Each room was equipped with WIFI, flat screen TV, iron, board, and hair dryer. I would gladly stay there again at the same price and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baltimore.”

• The rooms were very clean and the location was right next to the harbor, that was wonderful.

“We were placed on the 9th floor in a room that projected out over the harbor with 270 degrees of glass with spectacular views of the harbor. Very clean, very comfortable. Great staff.”

“It was phenomenal. Excellent customer service. The first room they showed us to was made up, but had a newspaper left on the floor, and the bellhop immediately made arrangement to upgrade us to a nicer room, and gave us complimentary breakfast for the trouble.”

• Most miserable acoustics ever encountered - no noise buffers.

“This hotel must have been built by one of the three little pigs-or with the most inferior materials ever. Ever sneeze of guests sounded like they were in our room. Every guest walking down the hall could be heard clearly. The child across the hall cried half the night and might as well have been in our bed. The sheets were cheap and not tucked in so the bed fell apart. Despite the temperature controls, the room was sweltering and the air conditioning so loud every time it came on, we woke up. The furnishings were that of a 2 star hotel (and I travel all the time). Truly a miserable evening; so bad we thought about leaving in the middle of the night.”

• The view, well appointed rooms and easy walk to many family attractions.
• Expensive parking, hard to get to because of traffic congestion.

“We enjoyed our stay. We had a fantastic view of the inner harbor. Tons of attractions and amenities within easy walking distance from the hotel. The Science Center, Aquarium, Paddle boat rides and so much more within just 1 - 3 blocks. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel charges you $27 a day to park in their parking garage. They also charge extra for everything. All in all though I would stay there again.”

• Asked concierge for affordable restaurant, not too pricey and it turned out to be very expensive!

• Location is great.
• Parking expensive and elevator did not worked.

“Hotel location was great. On the harbor beautiful views. But the parking was expensive It was full because of event and we parked on 6 floor and elevator did not worked had . Had to walk 6 floors down to the lobby with our sun. They could have save a few spaces for their own guest, besides the valet parking. We did not wanted valet because had to leave very early otherwise take the valet parking”

“I have stayed in the area at many hotels over the past several years, this was my first stay here. Hotel had great location, but did not feel as safe, maybe it was the big guards that are posted. Garage was hard to get around, nice hotel but something off about it”

• Bed was too soft for my back need firm mattress.

“This hotel has large rooms and is in an ideal location for a tourist visiting Baltimore's Inner Harbor. It is an older hotel. The room was large but not particularly attractive. Staff was nice. Internet is $10/day. Parking is $27/day (Self Park) but there are cheaper garages in the area.

  very comfortable.
• Cleaning service to room was EXTREMELY inconsistent, from no service on one day to inadequate supplies.
  

“Location excellent, staff friendly, bed and room very comfortable. Only negative was inconsistent servicing of room. One day they didn't even come by and we ran out of shampoo, toilet paper, coffee cups, etc. Another day we got 5 bottles of supplies, extra rolls, and two days of our 9-day stay we got turndown service and chocolate, with never an explanation why one or the other.”
