  • The view and the location were great.
  • The desk staff I dealt with was condescending and not helpful.

“My husband, 8 year old son and I were in Baltimore for one night. We loved the location and could walk to the Aquarium, inner harbor and Camden Yards. The valet staffs were great! Our room had an air conditioning leak that soaked the floor in the foyer and the room smelled a little musty-moldy. I informed a gentleman at the front desk and he assured us it would be taken care of (wet-vac or something) but it was not. When we checked out I told him nobody ever came and he apologized but seem bothered by me. The room was otherwise great with a beautiful view. I would stay at this hotel again, just not in that room. Wait-staff friendly but slow.”

  • Our room was not very clean upon arrival, nor was it cleaned well during our stay.

“Great location. Between walking and the water taxi, we never needed to use our car. The room was not cleaned well, both upon initial check-in and during our stay. There was lipstick stains on the rug, on the Sheraton pillow, on the bathroom counter, and the lampshade was obviously stained. When we reported the problem, we were handed a new pillowcase to change ourselves.”

  • I did not like the fact that the rooms were smoke free, the pool was the size of a hot tub, and the staff was condescending.

  • No in-room dining available after 11pm. The sink made funny noises after use.

“The hotel wasn't quite what I expected. The elevators were very slow. The rooms were not very sound proof and people in the halls woke us up. The noises made from the sink every time it was used was very irritating.”

“Their message statement is that you will feel right at home in their hotel. I tried to order a smoking room, and they have none. I smoke in my own home, and while at the hotel, I definitely didn't feel like I was at home.”

  • The sweet sleeper bed didn't seem as comfortable as usual.

“We loved the location of this hotel- it was very easy to get to, and it was an easy walk to the Inner Harbor. The room was very clean and nice, but the Sweet Sleeper bed didn't seem as comfortable as we're used to in Sheraton Hotels.”

“I can tell that this hotel is not managed properly. I checked in around 3pm. As I went to my room, I saw several dirty trays on the floor. I left my room to get dinner around 7.30pm and the trays were still there! Very un-attractive.”

  • Room was not as clean or neat-looking as Iżd like.

“Decent hotel in good location near Baltimoreżs inner harbor. Staff was friendly, but not consistently professional--bellmen watching TV in lobby, shouting to each other, etc. Hotel is non-smoking, but first room I was given smelled heavily of cigarettes. The bed type I requested wasn't available. The second room, which I stayed in, had dirt or mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain, and one of the two beds was made sloppily. The one very positive part of my stay actually happened afterwards, when I realized Iżd left my laptop computer in the room. I called several hours after leaving, and the staff that I spoke with was friendly and helpful. My laptop had been secured and it was shipped to me the next day, and arrived safely.”

  • Morning coffee to go is always a pain in the neck to get, the coffee station is not and never has been user friendly.

“I liked the Hotel, Hated the Service and lack of services for basics like having the Oriole Grill ready to serve lunch when you can't check in at the specified 3 pm check-in time. Although very convenient to Camden Yards, I'd think three times before going back because of their lack of care. No Management in site and I asked!”

  • Great hotel right near the Inner Harbor shops and restaurants!
  • We called concierge for help twice (after business hours), and got a front desk person who was unable to assist both times.

“I went to the Sheraton for a girls long weekend away, and we had a great time! The hotel staff were generally helpful, and the room was very nice. The best part of the hotel is that it is so close to the Inner Harbor, once we parked the car, we didn't need it again until it was time to go home! When we left all we owed was $20/night for parking (which was the average price in the area). ”

  • The hotel had a wonderful breakfast that even my three year old daughter enjoyed. The pillows were very comfortable .
  • The pool on the second night of our stay was not as clean as I would have liked.

  • The location and the price was excellent.
  • Parking --$ 20.00 a day per vehicle.

“Service was excellent, the rooms were clean, 5 pillows per bed ,you had complete control of the heat and the AC. Free U.S.A. Today News Paper, free apples in the Main Desk Area. Nice clean pool area . Taxi service right at the front door waiting. The only objectionable item was the $ 20.00 a day parking. I don't recall seeing it in the brochure , it should be mentioned , as it raises the rate of the rooms.”

“Everything in Inner Harbor is expensive, and the Sheraton is no exception. $20 to park, $3 for a bottle of water, no breakfast. I'd stay there again if I had to. Make sure your room is as far away from the elevators as possible. The other guests have no respect.”

  • The location of this hotel to everything in and around the Inner Harbor was excellent.
  • No shuttle to/from the airport.

“The Sheraton Inner Harbor is located within a 5 - 10 minute walk of all sights and activities in the Baltimore Inner Harbor area. It is also close to the Baltimore Light Rail which takes you further into the city or directly to the airport. The business office was also extremely accommodating in use of their PCs.”
